Anish from ResetU shows four shoulder stretches to warm up before overhead work. Start with a PVC-pipe floor glide lying on your back to align shoulder blades, then use a resistance band to stretch your upper lats, a PVC pipe on a bench for lower-lat mobility, and finish with rotator-cuff rotations on a foam roller.

What's up guys, Anish here with ResetU, here to show you 4 different stretches you should be using to properly warm up those shoulders. First, we're going to grab that PVC pipe, lock it in with your thumbs, lay down on the floor, elevate that forehead slightly. We're going to just glide that PVC pipe downwards just to kind of align those shoulder blades into place. Next, we're going to grab a band, anchor it high, lock it in with those hands and wrists, take a few steps forwards and let that band pull back until you feel a nice stretch in those upper lats and shoulders. Next, we're going to grab that PVC pipe again in, or you can even grab a broomstick if you're at home. Grab a bench, and all we're going to do is get down and get into that bench stretch to open up those lower lats, help improve that range of motion in our overhead pressing. And lastly, we're going to lay down on our side, grab that foam roller. Here we're going to just work on that internal external rotations in our rotator cuffs, kind of clear away any junk we may have.
