Here's a quick test. Can you put your arms over your head like so and then squat without your body leaning forward? Or can you squat below parallel? If you can't, you're not alone. Most of our clients at Reset U, when they squat, they lean forward like this because they've got tight hip flexors or really dominant quads that are taking over. Or they might even shift to one side or shift to the other, meaning they're compensating on one side and putting all their weight on the other. Now, these things are something very simple for us to break down at Reset U Fitness. Takes 30 seconds, your cell phone. We usually have a broomstick like this that we have them hold up so we can get a perfect read of their upper body posture, lower body posture. And then here's the secret sauce. We can give them tissue work that they can do at home, mobility drills to loosen up those joints, and then strength training exercises to activate those weaker muscles so that everything stays in place. Now the outcome is this or this. Or even this. See, it doesn't matter how bad you think your first squat test is initially. It just matters that you have a specific program specific to your muscular imbalances and then to reset. Now at Reset U, you can get access to myself, a functional trainer, a doctor physical therapist, and a full team of people with our R3 Reset Method. If you want to start today and get the full force of Reset U and reset your body for a $1 trial, just type R3 below and we'll get you started.
