A Voodoo Band technique to release a tight forearm: wrap the band snug around your arm crease, then do slow supination and pronation rotations with a dumbbell until fatigue. Remove the band and repeat the movement to restore blood flow. Do it once daily for quick recovery.

Today we're going to work on releasing a tight forearm or a bound up elbow. We're going to Voodoo Band by putting the Voodoo Band in the crease of the arm. Make sure you overlap and then you're going to make it tighter as you go down. Now you can Voodoo Band the elbow and the bicep and everything else like that. I like to just focus on one thing at a time and wrap up the form. I always leave this little end off here because you don't really need to tuck it back in. Haha. Grab a dumbbell. You're going to rotate supination and pronation back and forth, nice and slow, and focus on tempo until your body is fatigued. Then take the Voodoo Band off and do it again without it. Get the blood flow back in and do this one time a day. Maybe skip a day if it gets too sore, and you should recover really quickly.
