Come in close. I'm going to show you the exact snacks I bring for pickleball. All right. So in between matches, you want to get yourself some fuel, but you don't want to be too full. Now, the first thing I want to talk about is hydration. I'm going to take in as much water as I can. And I like to use Element. It's electrolytes, lots of salt in it. It's very salty. If you're not used to the salt, it's going to taste gross. But I promise you, it'll increase your performance. The next thing I'm grabbing for are RX Bars. These are two of my favorite flavors, Chocolate Sea Salt and Coconut Chocolate. They're 210 calories, so it's super small, and they literally list the ingredients on the front because there's such a small amount of preservatives. It's amazing, super healthy for you. It won't mess up your gut. If I'm still hungry, the apple is a quick shot of sugar, natural sugar, and protein with beef jerky. These are all super easy to put in your bag, and you don't have to heat anything or get a microwave.
