I started about 205. Today I weighed myself, I'm down to 187. If you have pain and it's consistent pain, it's not just going to go away, especially if you do what I do, which is sit in front of a computer for 12 hours. And then I hurt my shoulder in the back part of the shoulder, and I went and got a massage because it was sore, and she folded my arm behind my back like she normally does. And I mean, it was excruciatingly painful. I mean, I couldn't even lay on it. And it was super painful. And I, I'd gone from 5 workouts a week, sometimes 6 workouts a week, to not being able to do anything. Like I didn't even want to get up off the couch half the time. I gained like, um, I don't know, 25 pounds. Doctors were pretty much saying, no, it's probably gonna need surgery. First month I was probably at least 50% better in my shoulder. Now I've been in the program for that, this is my 4th month. And it's been absolutely amazing. I'm 98%. I mean, I go for 99% now. I played basketball for 4 hours. You know, I've been working out again. It's, it's just, it's literally given me my life back.
