The Renegade Row uses dumbbells to fix tech neck and rounded shoulders while building core strength. Set up with a wide stance, flat back, and bent knees, then row one dumbbell at a time while keeping your hips level and shoulder blades squeezed. The key is tight, controlled movement without swinging or letting your hips rotate.

In today's video, I'm going to show you how to fix tech neck, rounded posture, and strengthen your core using just dumbbells. Welcome to the At Home Body Restoration Project, where we focus on resetting and restoring you back to your best self. What we're going to do today is called the Renegade Row. It's one of my favorite exercises, works your back muscles and your core at the same time. What you're going to do is lower your weights to the ground, grip them really, really, really hard, otherwise it's going to hurt your wrists. You're going to go with a wide aggressive stance here. Your butt is probably too high, just like mine is. You're going to bend your knees, bring it down, flatten your back. Next, you're going to stabilize one arm and pull the other one in. Squeeze your shoulder blade, hold everything tight, and then slowly lower. And then alternate. Squeeze everything really, really tight. Slowly lower. Do not shift your hips. Don't get your butt really high. And don't swing the weight around. Keep everything tight and concise and you will correct your core.
