About 10 years ago, I, I hurt my back really, really badly, and I had 2 herniated discs, which I ended up working on, and it went away. But it came back within the last 2 years, the point where I actually was basically in bed all the time. I couldn't get up. Through a lot of hard work and physical therapy, I was able to manage that to a much better level. It took me about a year to a year and a half to get up, and I got slapped with type 2 diabetes. For anyone out there that's listening that has a diagnosis, now I have it for life— I don't, I don't believe in that. I think you can, you can get yourself back. What was like 6 months, and I went into my doctor. Not only was my, my discs were feeling so much better in my back because we built the muscles around my back, she was like, she ran in the door and she's like, what did you do? And I was like, what happened? And she goes, you don't have diabetes anymore. And I was like, I was speechless. I'm— the biggest key, if whoever's listening, whatever, whatever you're doing, it's just putting a stake in the ground and saying I've had it. And, and just change. You just change in a minute. You're like, I gotta do something.
