Here's the 3 clinically based ways to prevent injury. Here's a clue: none of them are stretching. Now, number 1 is hydration. Hydration is an awesome way to prevent injury. Now, if you're not getting 0.75 times your actual body weight in ounces every single day, you're setting yourself up for an injury. Also, I like to add salt in the morning, or my favorite electrolytes, Element Electrolytes. Number 2 is a warmup. A 5-minute warmup can decrease your chances of injury a ton. Make sure you get in, get your heart rate up, even if it's just walking on the treadmill. Get your heart rate up, get blood pumping, get fluid into your joints before you start to work out. Number 3 is sleep. If you're not getting proper sleep, your body is degrading every single day. You're slowing down your functionality and you're setting yourself up for an injury. Now, at ResetU, we have a video on each one of these individual 3 if you need more help. Go check out those videos and like and share this one. Get on the ground, bro. No, dude.
