I was doing cardio like crazy. Even my doctor said, "You do the cardio. Don't worry about weights." And I was doing the cardio at the gym. I was on the treadmill. I was doing the stairs. I was walking out drenched in sweat thinking, "This is great. I know that this has got to produce results." And I would stop eating at 7 o'clock. I was reducing my portions. I thought, "This has got to be enough. I know I'm burning more calories than I'm eating." and I'm taking in, I've got to lose weight. And week after week, I'd be up a pound, I'd be up 2 pounds. I went from 195 to 228 in about 3 or 4 months while I was doing all of this. And I was just getting, I was getting crazy. I was really getting frustrated, ready to just say it's hopeless. I got a metabolism that is not gonna let me lose weight. I'm approaching 60. I felt cheated. Well, I started in February. My daughter actually hooked me up with you. I think she had confidence that once she hooked me up with you, the results we got were the results we were going to get. I was at 228, 228 pounds. I'd have regular pain in my back and in one, in my right knee. And I'll jump to right where I am now. I'm at 172. No more pain in the back, no more pain in the knee, and I just couldn't be happier. You know, as much as the wow factor of how I look, the appreciation for knowing that you're going to be around a lot, you know, and you're gonna— we're gonna be able to do more things with you. You're going to be able to do more things with our daughter, my granddaughter, and with family. That's what it's Really about?
