Fire your trainer or physical therapist if they put you on a Bosu ball and it's wobbling all over the place and you're not ready. Listen, a lot of people have hip, knee, ankle issues and they get put on a Bosu ball and they're all wobbly. If this bad boy does not stay flat and it's wobbly, you don't deserve to be on it yet. Your body is not ready. Practice does not make perfect. Practice creates habits. And if you have a habit of tilting your knee out or in on a Bosu ball, you're going to do the same thing on flat ground instead of doing your lunges here on a Bosu ball. If you can't keep it flat, go to flat ground. Master this, master this right here with stability and functionality, then add in difficulty. Again, I'll say this one more time, master flat ground before you do the Bosu ball.
