As somebody who's struggled with weight loss, I've done so many different diets and fitness programs, cleanses, you name it. Throughout my life, I've yo-yoed quite a bit with my weight. Each time that I get to my heaviest, I say, I'm never going to weigh this much again. But then life takes over again. And I think a lot of times it's just that those programs weren't necessarily like the healthiest. They leave you gaining more weight after you're finished with it. Every time I think this is the lowest that I can feel right now, it caused me to have to dig deep and find a new part of myself. I'm officially down 60 pounds. I've gained 14 pounds of muscle mass, so, and I think I'm down 15% body fat. Honestly, it feels like a gift. When you did tell me this 6 months ago, I had a hard time believing it because of just how I felt and everything I had tried, but this feels awesome. Anyone can do it, whether you have 100 pounds to lose or 5 pounds to lose, just do it. And the best part is that you will feel better. It's not just about losing weight, it's about your energy levels and your hormones, and I think that everyone can benefit from that.
