This shoulder reliever right here is one of my favorite products. However, if you're still dealing with shoulder pain after purchasing it and using it, you're probably missing one of these next things. The shoulder reliever is really good at getting new blood flow into the joint, creating mobility and stability with the surrounding rotator cuff muscles. However, if you're really, really, really strong in your chest and you haven't developed your rear delts or the muscles in your back, you're still going to have a muscular imbalance where the front's just pulling too hard and creating an impingement. The joint, you could still have an impingement in the shoulder joint itself. The shoulder joint is a ball and socket joint, and the Shoulder Releaver is super, super helpful at getting new freedom in the joint. But maybe your impingement is so, so, so, so tight and bound up that it's just not doing the job. So you need more mobility in the scapula and the shoulder joint itself. Most people don't know this, but the shoulder joint is a total body issue. Your shoulders are connected to your hips, much like a puppet with strings. So if your hips are out of alignment, twisted, Usually the shoulders are going to go with it. That can create massive problems and make the shoulder pain keep coming back. At Reset U Fitness, we do this awesome assessment, the broomstick. You just stick it over your head, do a squat test, and we figure out exactly what's going on.
