In this first‑person testimonial, a professional model recounts chronic neck and shoulder pain that developed from constant travel, heavy luggage, and demanding on‑set schedules. She describes how conventional interventions—chiropractic adjustments and massages—exacerbated the discomfort, leaving her unable to stand straight, perform squats or lunges, and lift even modest weights. After enrolling in a remote rehabilitation/reset program, she was instructed to pause heavy workouts and rebuild a foundational strength base. Over several weeks she noticed gradual improvement, culminating in a pivotal 28‑hour trip with three 50‑pound suitcases where she arrived pain‑free. The experience marked a turning point: she now lifts 25‑pound dumbbells, is progressing to heavier loads, and reports a dramatically better quality of life, noting that the absence of the constant “pinch” allows her to enjoy daily activities and work with renewed confidence.

Used to have really long days on set and I was like traveling around the world, like in airplanes all the time. And at one point I just, I couldn't even stand straight on fashion shows and all my pictures you could see I was tilted. I had constant neck pain, couldn't move my shoulder and wasn't really able to do like workouts like squats and lunges. And I just didn't really like feel that. And it was hard to like build up muscle. I would go see chiropractors, I would take massages, and actually it would all get worse. I would always blame the travel, like, oh, it's the traveling, it's the traveling, my heavy suitcase, this and that. I just thought I couldn't really fix it. I just thought that that was my body. I think when I just started, it was definitely taking a step back, which was kind of hard for me because I was so used to working out 4 times a week. Going pretty hard and I just like love the feeling of it. I feel good, but at the beginning you kind of need to take a step back of those heavy workouts and really just like reset, literally reset your body. And at the beginning I was like, wait, like, am I gonna ever, you know, get, get in this shape like this? Like, we're going really slow here, you know. But I guess that's what is needed to, you know, make, build that foundation. The point that I was like, wow, this really worked, was a month ago where I had to travel 28 hours with 3 suitcases of 50 pounds. And I was really not looking forward. I was like, I'm going to arrive, my body's going to hurt. And I did the whole trip and I arrived, I landed. I was like, I feel great. No shoulder pain, nothing. And I was like, that was one of my biggest goals to be able to, to travel without pain. It has definitely changed my life because I really noticed like whenever you have pain, like a pinch, or I just had a feeling there was a person just always pulling on one side of my shoulder. Like it's almost like there, there was literally a weight on my shoulder. And I just feel like when that pain disappears, it is easier to like enjoy things in life, to enjoy your day. Because when you're just having this awful pain, it just influences your, in your daily routines, everything. I'm actually able to lift 25 pounds with my arms right now. Literally, like before I was, I was like a little weight already. I just couldn't lift it because I would have this pinch. And now I'm like starting to like lift heavier, heavier weights. And I think that is, uh, that was definitely a moment that I was like, oh, I'm like getting stronger and that I'm able to do that. That's, yeah.
