Good morning, you beautiful person, you. This is the ultimate morning mobility routine for someone who just feels stiff in the hips, stiff in the neck, stiff in the shoulders when you wake up and you want a quick adjustment to go conquer your day. Follow along. All right, so the first thing we're going to do is knees to chest. So we're going to do 10 reps of this, so 5 each side. Now, as you do this, I want you to hold and pause and push your knee back into your hands and activate that glute as you pull up. Keep your toes up. This is actually much more difficult than it looks. You got to stabilize on one leg and hold yourself up as you're positioning your weight. We're just getting those hips warmed up, those hip capsules warmed up. All right. The next thing we're going to do is a Spider-Man. So you're going to go down on all fours and you're going to bring your foot up and come down on each side. Now, if this is too difficult for you, all you got to do is just bring your knee up just like this. But we're going to do 10 Spider-Mans, and now we're stretching out our hamstring and our hip flexor. All right, next we're going to do a back lunge with a Y. This is going to open up our chest, our hip flexors, and really just open up the whole like upper body torso core area. We're going to do 10 of these as well. Make sure as you do these back lunges you have a 90-degree angle with the front leg and your back knee doesn't touch the ground. You want to actually use your legs to pull yourself up. All right, last but not least, we're going to stretch out your chest. So we're going to do a chest wall stretch. You're just going to put your arm on the wall, basically like an L, and then turn your body off. You're going to do this for about 90 seconds each side. All right, you did it. Chest is open, hips are open, blood's flowing. You're ready to conquer your day. Now, hopefully you enjoyed this video. If you did, make sure you comment, let me know. And if there's anything else that's like coming up Let me know in the, in the comments. I'm literally going to cater all the videos I make to you specifically.
