In this video, we're going to cover the chair butt stretch. This is an easy one to do. What you're going to do initially is elongate one leg. You're going to place your foot over the top of that knee and then slowly bring this leg up, giving yourself a stretch in the butt itself. Now, from here, I'm going to lean forward onto my elbows and put pressure here on this knee. This knee is your fulcrum. So as you push down, you'll feel a stretch in that glute. For tissue change, it takes 90 seconds. So you might be here for 90 seconds to 2 minutes before you switch sides. And make sure as you're doing this, if it causes pain at all, do a different exercise or let one of us know at ResetU, because you don't want to be doing this exercise if it is causing pain. It should just feel like a good release in the glute itself and in the hip capsule, just like so.
