RU Fit?

Introducing Are you making your workouts workout? We pair individuals for success on their fitness journeys. Today we'll be going through the exercise industry, the problem solution, customer value and our business strategy. The exercise industry has shown that despite another year of economic slowdown, the fitness industry is continuing to stand strong with both private and public fitness sectors showing record number of members, fitness facilities and total market value, with the UK penetration rate hitting expect all time high of 12.6%. The problem is achieving fitness goals is both physically and mentally demanding. Many times people don't want to go to the gym alone. They also feel like they don't have a support system, they might not have access to recipes that are tailored to them and the diets they want to achieve and they also are not achieving the goals that they want to achieve. With Are youe Fit? We aim to meet all three of these pillars. For example, meet John John tried going to the gym alone but struggled with technique. Working out at home, he was unable to stay motivated and finally planning workouts was something that he had no idea where to start on. Since joining RU Fit, he's now able to work with various weightlifters and individuals with experience. Our customer journey starts with profile creation where they then set search filters, browse users, find a partner, send a message and then they'll cooperate towards their fitness goals. They can also search for recipes and finally cook their recipes and they can do the same for events. In terms of customer acquisition and revenue, these are some brief estimates and these are our mission and goals for 2022. Now onto our UI or UX.
