We've got 2 deals going through at the minute which we wouldn't have got if it wasn't for Propertyfilter. Guys, my name is Justin and I'm from Nottingham. I live here, I invest here with my partner Ray. What our strategy is, is we buy rundown houses and we convert them into HMOs. We do lease options as well, and we're currently studying a commercial to residential conversion of ours too. So I used to set up all the alerts on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket. I used to be on my laptop all day looking through deals, looking at what comes up, but with Propertyfilter, it's all there in one place, so it's scrapes all the data off their website and puts it in one place for me. So I run the agents, I said, these have been sold for longer than 90 days, what's going on with the sale? And they said, we're glad you've rung because this sale is about to fall through, would you like to book a viewing? Lo and behold, we've done the viewing and, uh, yeah, they're going through, and in 2 weeks we're going to, um, be completing on one of them, and then a few weeks later we're going to be completing on another one. The pipeline on there is amazing, so I can add all my properties on there on the pipeline. So that's also another software that I used to use which is now in the same place. I highly recommend it. Think it's such an amazing tool. If you're not using it, you need to get using it because I just think it's a perfect tool that all investors should be doing.
