First one is always going to be my favorite because we literally. I didn't even know what an archetype was when we did that deal. It was baptism of fire. It was one of our best deals. We purchased it for 202 and sold it for 350. And I reached out to that agent who then told me all about the problems and everything that was not in the legal pack. And we are on our eighth project. Yeah. So seven of them were. One of them was my own house that I rented. So that's how I became a landlord in the first place, while Danny and I. But all seven were found through property filter.
