In the last year, I've had 4 deals from Propertyfilter. It took a long time finding deals on Rightmove or Zoopla. And I think since I've got Propertyfilter, I'm currently doing 4 deals at the moment. 3 of them are options and one's a back-to-back. I think when you're structuring a deal, sometimes it takes a little bit longer because some estate agents don't understand it. I think if you're buying with bridge or if you've got the capital, you could do deals far quicker. But I like to structure the deals. It de-risks my investment for both myself and investors. And so yeah, I'm currently working on 4 deals at the moment. I think Propertyfilter, in terms of us starting out, I think it's a great tool. There's a lot of software out there and you can kind of spend hundreds on software, but I think PropertyFilter has got a great little package that if you're kind of starting out, whether you're looking sort of for rent-to-rent properties or just looking to source, it's a great way to sort of find properties. And I think if I was starting out again, I'd be so happy to use a tool like PropertyFilter.
