In this testimonial, Dr. Laura Sheldrake, a Hampshire‑based doctor and property investor, recounts her frustrating experience of spending hours scrolling Rightmove on Friday nights, manually tracking properties with confusing spreadsheets, and repeatedly encountering the same listings. After attending a PIN meeting where Guillaume demonstrated Propertyfilter, she adopted the tool. She highlights Propertyfilter’s core features—automatic alerts for properties returning to market and price‑reduction flags—that enabled her to spot a motivated seller over a weekend and submit an offer within minutes, beating other investors. The platform also consolidated her pipeline, showing viewings, offers, and completed deals on a single screen, dramatically reducing time spent on unproductive viewings. Additionally, Propertyfilter’s ability to monitor distant areas allowed her to invest remotely for the first time, expanding her portfolio beyond a half‑hour commute. Overall, she emphasizes the massive time savings, improved decision‑making, and confidence the tool provides, turning a previously overwhelming process into a quick, five‑minute‑a‑day workflow.

I definitely was guilty of sitting there for hours and then going on to properties and getting excited for a second and then spotting really ugly curtains and thinking, oh no, not this one again. Sad individual in at home on a Friday night with a bottle of wine, um, pretending that I was enjoying it, having fun on, on Rightmove. So I'm Laura Sheldrake and, um, currently live down in Hampshire. I'm a doctor down here and I've been investing in property now for a few years and we've got a mixed portfolio of HMOs and single let, the amount of time it takes to scroll through the same stuff. You become very confused as to what you have and you haven't seen before, and sitting there for hours and then going on to properties and getting excited for a second and then spotting really ugly curtains and thinking, oh no, not this one again, I've seen this before, I may have even visited this property. Um, I found an old crib sheet that I'd done for myself when I was on Rightmove, I don't know, 4 or 5 years ago, and trying to keep track of properties. And so I was like writing down the date that I looked at them on Rightmove and what the price was then, and then a date when I should go back and look to see if the property had gone down, and had I spoken to them. There was all these different columns. Even though I was the one that wrote it, I didn't understand it. It was completely confusing. I'd never heard about it before I went to a PIN meeting, and Guillaume was there and did his, you know, spiel about it. And he described me basically, so the person, the sad individual in at home on a Friday night with a bottle of wine, um, pretending that I was enjoying it, having fun on Rightmove. When I saw what what it did, it was just like, wow. So rather than spending hours on a Friday night, I could actually like go out and have some fun, and then I could just do like 5 minutes a day on Propertyfilter once I'd got it all set up. I think we all probably quite secretly enjoy a bit of Rightmove scrolling. We don't have any time, and so wasting your time doing something that another program could do a lot better just isn't the right thing to do. With Propertyfilter, the— it was the coming back on the market and reduced, um, which flagged up to me. And so a property came back on the market, they were clearly motivated. Not only they brought it back on the market, they'd actually marked it for less than what they just sold it for, which is a pretty sure sign that somebody is in, is in a mess. And so we were able to spot that on our bot. So I went on, on, you know, Monday morning, it had come on over the weekend, and, you know, we were in that property that day and we'd offered on it. If I hadn't had Property Filter and I'd had to scroll through Rightmove, I mean, you know, you know, the fact that it'd come back, it may have popped up, but it depends on how long off the market it had been, and it certainly wouldn't have you know, come, come to me on a Monday morning. I wouldn't have logged in and done that. And already by the time we, we agreed that deal, just within a week there was already other investors offering. Within, you know, 5 minutes of opening my laptop, I found a deal that I wanted and was able to phone the agent. You're not going to do that with things that aren't producing that kind of data. But do you know what the massive, um, time saver is? That you don't go on viewings that, um, you have more information on that you don't, you don't want to buy. You might know a really key piece of information about how that property's been sold for a lot cheaper, you know, a year ago, and something that you would have had a conversation with, with the agent before. And anybody that's trying to buy properties and is out doing 5 or 6 viewings a week and you're finding that 4 or 5 are hopeless can recognise that that's a big time saving. The pipeline that you've got, I think that makes a massive impact on how I feel, you know, everything's going, because I can get to that information really quickly. And I definitely think a lot of the overwhelm that I had as an investor previously was all these spreadsheets. And so just being able to see what viewings for, what I've already offered on, what I've, what I've completed on in one screen is really, really helpful. Absolutely love the fact that you can go into a new area. So for us, we started remotely investing for the first time earlier this year, and previously to that we've always invested in places we could get to within about half an hour, and this was like 6+ hours away, and I could just literally open a new bot and have a look in that area, and that was, that's pretty amazing. When you get your first deal is the obvious point when you think this certainly paid off. [MUSIC] [MUSIC]
