From scratch. In one month I have secured my first deal. Hi, my name is Chris Brammell, I live in Leamington Spa and I've been part of the Property Filter inner circle. As of December last year I went through with the intensive and have started the short lease strategy and immediately I started to implement that. Over the Christmas period I started viewings of all the short lease properties that I found on Property filter and on the 9th of January I was successful and I got my first a short lease deal. The deal was a significantly below value purchase and I managed to buy this pre auction. I started from scratch and from scratch in one month have secured my first deal. They were looking for a sale price of 90,000 and I put in an offer of 48,760 and the lease extension cost is 38 so the total will come to around 90,000 but the property value will be 155 so that is 62,000 profit on just this one deal.
