It's no longer looking for a needle in the haystack. Well, before Propertyfilter, I think the biggest challenge was the noise. I was spending hours scrolling through listings, manually checking comparables and trying to work out which opportunities were actually worth pursuing. It wasn't that the deals didn't exist, it was more that the process wasn't scalable. So I needed something that would surface the right opportunities consistently without me drowning in the admin because I was always flitting between spreadsheets and Rightmove, Zoopla, on-the-market listings, it was very difficult to actually sort of keep track of what I was working on. Now that I know what I'm looking for and the ROI, the metrics I'm measuring, I can now see straight away at a glance whether it meets or doesn't meet the criteria that I'm looking for. So the speed and efficiency of making those decisions is— I'd be so slow at getting to that decision.
