Just wanted to quickly share my experience on using the Property Filter software over the last 2 months as I'm in a search for HMO properties, or properties to convert into HMOs, should I say. I first had a demo with Guillaume Black, um, just taking myself and a few others through the software and all the benefits and how the tips and tricks basically. And ever since then, I've just implemented what I saw on the call, and it's just been a great experience. Definitely something that I'm going to be sticking. And yeah, I just want to say thanks to Property Filter team, always there to kind of respond to emails and very responsive. So if you're considering it, definitely give it a try. After the first, I think, your trial, however long it is, you'll definitely be, um, keen to go ahead. So yeah, give it a shot. Thank you guys.
