And then you just pick up the phone. In my experience, you're never more than a five minutes conversation away from creating your next deal. It's simple, but for most people, it's not easy. So people fear the phone, they fear the conversation, they fear upsetting the vendor with their offer, and they never follow up. So this is where your competition is at. It's what you are up against.
