When someone says or tells me that there's no deals out there what they actually mean is that they are delusional. So they are looking at asking price, screwing past deals to be made, never picking up the phone. They've been deformed by the likes of Amazon where the price is the price you add to the basket and it's delivered to your door next day. People get stuck at this. You know there's no deals out there loop for months if not years. They're expecting to find magical deals that magically stacks at asking price and they can take all their money out and then when it gets hard because they can't find them they they'll be jumping and distracting themselves from one strategy to the next and never getting anywhere. So if you do yourself a favor, ignore the asking price. Nothing slacks the asking price. Understand that deals are made not found. Create your opportunities. You'll do more deals than most people out there.
