In the middle is the deal calculator section where you can go and create a deal calculator, and I'll cover that in a future video. But just for today, I'm going to show you actions and notes. Click on take action. From here you can change the status of the property in your pipeline. So for example, we could move it to organized viewing. You can also add a tag. For example, this could be that you have gone and starred this property because you really like it. Just click on save. Underneath we can add a comment. For example, spoke to the agents Mike. You can go and select whether you've made an offer, so yes, offer made, and how much and when. And you can also go and add a reminder or a viewing date. For example, let's set a viewing date of tomorrow, the 16th of January, at say 11 o'clock. You can add the viewing in there, click on add, and it then goes and appears in this section, and you can see your various notes. Recording the information specific to a property in one place in Property Filter is really powerful. It will save you loads of time.
