Contacting estate agents about properties listed over 90 days revealed deals about to collapse. Two viewings turned into near-complete sales, with one finishing in two weeks and another a few weeks after.

So I rang the agents, I said, these have been sold for longer than 90 days, what's going on with the sale? And they said, we're glad you rang because this sale is about to fall through, which that's the book of viewing. Lo and behold, we've done the viewing and yeah, they're going through and in 2 weeks we're going to be completing on one of them and then a few weeks later we're going to be completing on the other one.
