A property sold, fell through after a few months, and came back on the market. The team used Property Filter to uncover the vendor's motivations and craft a deal that worked for everyone.

And with this property, we found that it was on the market for a couple of weeks and it sold, and then it sold for a few months and it come back on and we stepped in. We found out what the vendor wants to do, how they're motivated, how we could create a win-win situation. And we managed to do that by the power of Property Filter and what it was able to do, target the ones that come onto the market after being sold. ¡Gracias!
