I believe that the foundation of many great tech startups is they asked a very simple question. A simple question like therefore what? Everybody's going to have Internet access therefore what, what company comes out of that concept. Another simple question is isn't this interesting? This is when you create something and it doesn't exactly do what you expect it to do but it does something else. Maybe you can use it for another product, another service. Isn't this interesting? Another interesting question is why doesn't our company do this? So you're working for an existing company and you see this market, you see this demand but your company is just not interested. Your company is going to going down this path, they can't change this path, they can't change their methodology. But you see this new class of customer, new kind of customer, new way to use old technology. Why didn't our company do this? So ask the simple question to start a great startup.
