Hi, I'm Guy Kawasaki. I am the chief evangelist of Canva and the creator of the Remarkable People podcast. I'm here now to tell you about how you can make your life better if you're trapped in a PowerPoint world. I was trapped in a PowerPoint world too. I used to make 50 to 75 speeches a year using PowerPoint. But with this pandemic and everything going virtual, I've had to up my game. And one of the best ways that I figured out to up my game is, is to improve the design and aesthetics of my presentations so that they communicate better and have greater impact. So let me tell you how it works. Canva has these design types, one of which is 16 by 9 presentation within a design type. There are really literally more than a thousand templates. There are thousand different designs of presentations already done for you. So you change the text, you add your graphics, you add your photos, or you can search through free graphic elements and photos from us to create this beautiful presentation. Now, you may be wondering, but I'm still stuck in a PowerPoint world. I have to send a PowerPoint file. Well, guess what? Canva can export to the PowerPoint format. So you build it in Canva with all the beauty and the power, the stock photos and the design elements, and then you save it as PowerPoint. You could also send it as a PDF, you could send it as a link, you could send it as a video. And then there's one super duper way, which is you can embed your video picture in picture in your presentation. So you could send a file where you are explaining each slide. And that is just utterly fantastic. So remember, if you want your life to be better and you're living in a PowerPoint world, switch to Canva. I promise you, I promise you, you will never look back. I'm Guy Kawasaki, chief evangelist of Canva, creator of the Remarkable People podcast, giving you this piece of advice to make your presentations remarkable. Thank you.
