LIVE SHOW: Remarkable People Behind the Podcast

Guy Kawasaki, Jeff Sieh, and Peg Fitzpatrick keep this Thanksgiving episode short so you can get back to family. Each host shares one thing they're thankful for: family traditions, friends from the Remarkable People community, and their audience.

Good morning. I'm Guy Kawasaki. Happy Thanksgiving. This is the Thanksgiving edition of the Remarkable People podcast live show. And in honor of Thanksgiving, it's going to be the shortest version of this show ever because we think you should be spending time with your family, not watching shows on social media. Today's guest. Today's guest is Henry G. And he is a paleontologist. So he's going to talk about old stuff and how much longer the human race is going to last. But we're not going to go deep into that because I said this is the shortest episode. So we're just going to answer one question each of us, and we're going to let you get back to your turkey, which is, what are you thankful for, Peg? And what are you thankful for, Jeff? Hmm.
Since it's Thanksgiving, I'm gonna say family traditions and just doing things that, you know, you do every year that are special in your family, that make it, you know, funny and entertaining and just special.
Yes, Jeff. So I'm gonna be thankful for all my friends here at Remarkable People. No see how. But also that. That I get to see. My kids are out of the house, so we are empty nesters. And so Thanksgiving, like kind of pig said, getting them back together, where I can hang out with my son and my daughter and just chill a little bit, watch a little bit of football, but just have them in the house again is a lot of fun, and I really enjoy that. So I'm very thankful for my kids and my family.
It's funny, you know, so my answer would be along the same lines. I'm just thankful for my family. I have four kids and one wife. Wife 1.0. And I'm just so thankful for them. They are the light of my life and. And nothing else is even close to that. So I'm thankful for them.
So we're thankful for you guys watching.
Like emotional people this week.
That's why it's going to be a short episode. Okay.
We are so for Henry G. I'm thankful for Kleenex.
Thank you for human history and evolution.
So I. I thank you guys for watching the show. And this show would not be what it is without everybody who goes to the remarkablepeople.com goes to Apple or Google Play or wherever they listen from and downloads the podcast and listens every week and joins us live every week. We see the same people. You know, Jonathan's usually here and a bunch of other people hope with her, her food. Hope. I can't even believe what she's going to be doing for Thanksgiving? I'm like, turkey tacos.
Turkey tacos.
Yes. It's Jackson. All you guys, we're thankful for you. Thank you so much for joining us. If you're joining us first time, make sure you go check out remarkable people because there's always amazing guests that we have every week. So with that guy, with that, I.
Would like to just bid you a fond holiday weekend. Thank you very much for watching.
Bye, everybody.
Bye.
