Hey, mama. Hannah here. Did you know that there is a time warp just for moms? That's right, girl. Today I'm going to show you four ways you can bend time. Here's the big question. How are these average, everyday moms getting radical results in their lives? How are they able to transform their health, money, families, homes, and have fun doing it? The trick. Check this out. We're not average. I'm Hannah Keeley, and I'm going to spill our secrets and answer your questions right now in that mom show. Okay, y', all, I am sitting out here on the dock. Sitting on the dock at the lake, okay? No, I'm not going to go there. But I did, okay? I'm sitting here and I'm thinking about you. And I'm thinking about why I have a little extra time today to spend with you is because I've learned these secrets on how to bend time. So that was always my desire. And it's kind of like, well, do you remember that old show, Bewitched? You know, I'm talking about, like, it's so old, it actually started out black and white, and then it got color. But it was a show about this woman who was living in the mortal world, but she was actually a witch. And, y', all, I love this show. It was everything. And the reason it appealed to me so much is I could always imagine, what if, like, you know, here she hears her husband coming into the front door and she snaps her fingers and the kitchen is all clean and there's this delicious meal waiting, or there's some explosion happens, right? Like laundry explodes out of the dryer and a little, like, wiggle of her nose or snap of her fingers and it's all folded and put away. And I'm just thinking, oh, my gosh, like, I want to do that because then I would be able to contract time. Like, I would be able to shorten it. And that's what all moms want. Like, if you really get down to it, y', all, I've been coaching moms for over 20 years. I've coached thousands of moms. And it always comes down to, I wish I had more time. Like, think about it. If I had more time, I could keep the house clean, or I could, you know, play games with my kids, or I could focus on my business, or I'd be able to go to the gym more. And the thing is, it's nice to think. Think that. But in reality, it's not more time you need. It's better time management. Everyone's got 24 hours in a day. So why is it some people are able to accomplish so much more than others? It's because they've learned these tricks of how to bend time. Now, it doesn't work with everyone. The ones I'm sharing with you today are mom specific. Okay? These are for moms, because I know moms, and I know how they tick, and I know how to help them. So. So I want to help you be able to, like, snap your fingers, and all of a sudden the work is done. Like, we want to get results in our life. We want to see the fruit of our labor. But the problem is we spend so much time thinking about it or anticipating it or scheduling it or preparing for it. We don't spend any time actually doing it. That's why the laundry is backed up. That's why we never get to make those calls for a business. That's why we never get to pay bills on time. And that's why we never get to spend time with our kids or go out on a date. It's because we're not learning how to get things done. And that's basically how to bend time. Like, we're going to do the time warp today. Are you ready for this? It's just a jump to the left and then a step to the right. Put your hands on your. Okay, I'm. I'm sorry, y'. All. I'm sorry. Why do I do this? Because I know what's going to happen now. You're going to be stuck on that for, like, two hours. You're going to be sending me Facebook messages. Hannah, why'd you get me stuck on time warp? Okay, I apologize for that. I'm sorry. Give grace, grace, grace, grace. Pour it on me, baby. Because we're going to talk about these four things on how to bend time. Now, number one, if you've been in Mount Boot Camp, you already know this, but you might need a refresher. Number one is tie a bow around it. And this is that time management skill that kicks some serious booty is being able to tie a bow around it. Now think about when you're giving a gift. Think about when you're wrapping a package for Christmas or for someone's birthday. Like, the last step is always putting a bow on it. Like, it's not done until you stick a bow on it. Or maybe you're fancy and you tie a bow, and maybe you're, like, super fancy and you curl the ribbon or whatever it is, but it's, like, not done until you Tie a bow around it. Of course, for some of us, we're just like, here's your target bag. There's a gift receipt inside. But. But we would like to think, like, think of all those gifts around the Christmas tree. You know, they're. They're wrapped so pretty, and they all have bows around it. They're all finished. So I want to get this idea in your head of everything that you do. Start developing habits of completion and tie a bow around it, get it to the done stage. The problem is with moms. Now, I don't know about anyone else, but I know with moms, we have a tendency to do 85% of the work. And what that means is we do just enough to take away the pain, but we don't do enough to feel the pleasure of actually completing it. Let's do. Take the dishes. Okay? Let's say dishes are piled up a mile high in the sink. They're spilling out on the counter. And it is like, it's excruciating to see that. Like, every time you see it, it's like, it's taunting you. Like, man, if you were a decent mom, you would have taken care of me. Like, it's taunting you. You feel horrible when you see it. It's bothering you, is creating pain, right? So what typically moms do is we'll go over there and we'll tackle the dishes and. And we'll get 85% of it done. We'll get enough done so that we're not seeing it anymore. There may be, I don't know, three plates, two coffee mugs, a dish or two, a Tupperware container, and, like, all the silverware left in there. But it's not so apparent that we feel pain in association with it. But here's the deal. If we could just tie a bow around it, like, get all the dishes done, the sink is empty. Think about the pleasure we will feel. The problem is we stay in this, like, middle area, this middle ground. We try to avoid the pain, but we don't go far enough to actually experience the pleasure. So I want you to start hearing my voice in your head every time you're tempted to leave it at 85%. Let's say you folded all the laundry. You have it all in piles, but you haven't put it away in the drawers yet, girl, that's 85%. You're going to hear my voice in your head. Tie a bow around it, girl. Tie a bow around it, mama. You can do this. So I want you to develop that Number one, habit. Tie a bow around it. That's going to help you turn a 24 hour day into a 48 hour day because you're going to be able to get so much done because you actually complete the task. Hey, mama. We'll get right back to the podcast, but did you know there is an entire online university just for moms? If you're ready to get radical results in your life, you can just go to mommastery.com that's M O M M A S T E R-Y dot com. Make sure you check it out and take your free quiz. Again, that's mommastery.com M O M M A S T E R Y.com now back to the podcast. Now number two. The number two way to bend time as a mom is rock your routines. This is what I mean. If you have not done the rockin routine challenge, girl run. Do not walk over to rockinroutines.com and do this free challenge because it just helps you develop routines every day that help you get more time and clarity in your life. So let's say one of these routines is laying out your clothes every night for the day before. How does this help you bend time? Let me show you. Typically, what a mom will do is get up and try on a few clothes. Oh, that makes me look fat. No, that's not clean. We grab things out of the laundry, sniff it and make sure it smells decent enough to wear for another day. Or grab an old sweatshirt. No, I don't like that. We leave clothes on the floor. This creates more tasks to do. It eats up your time. It eats up your sanity. And we've lost time. If you just laid out clothes the day before, that's one of those routines you need to rock. Just laying out clothes the day before. If you just did that, think about how much time. You're just so tired during the day. So what you need to do. Oh, wait. You're just so tired it feels like you have no time. Now, something we do in Mom Mastery University is we always talk about get. Oh, y'. All. This is so cool. A heron. Two herons. Oh, my gosh. They just flew right in front of me. Like I'm sitting here on the dock like I told you, outside my house, these two gorgeous herons just flew right in front of me. They are beautiful. And now these two swans are like, literally, they're like paddling right up to me, y'. All. I hope they're not dangerous. They're like right here. They're like, right up in my face. Hi, swans. They're like four feet from me. Okay, we're all good here. I have nothing to feed you. I'm sorry. Do you hear them? Can you hear them? Hey, guys. Can you hear them? Hey, guys. Yeah, you're really cute. I don't have any food. Okay, bye. All right, you're just exhausted during the day. And this is why it feels like you have no time. Oh, they're mad. They just. Okay, bye. They're swimming away now. They're like, forget you. You didn't have any saltines. You didn't have any Wonder Bread. You ain't my friend no more. Another heron. What is the deal? Why are all these herons flying? Do they know something I don't know? All right, back to it. Sorry. We talk about getting your boob on. B O O B. Butt out of bed. Like, if you're gonna conquer the day, if you're gonna get those dreams and those goals accomplished, if you're gonna be productive and get results in the day, you gotta get your butt out of bed. You got to get your boob on. But here's the deal, darlin. You can't get your butt out of bed unless you get your butt into bed. That's right. You gotta get your butt to bed. And I'm gonna be your coach. And I'm telling you just like you would tell one of your kids, you need to go to bed. It's your bedtime. Like, set a bedtime for yourself. I'm telling you, the most successful people I know have early bedtimes because they get up so early. I remember one time I was staying at one of my mentors homes and he and his wife, they get up at the ungodly hour of 4:30am but here's the deal. They go to bed, like at 8:45. I remember I was staying with them during a conference and I had to like sneak in the back door and sneak up the stairs and be super quiet. So I didn't wake him up. And it was like 9:45pm Right? Like, that's when the party gets started, right? Well, I'm telling you, you've got to get up and get to it. But you can't do that unless you get to bed. I want you to be serious about this. Bedtime. Love yourself enough so you can set a bedtime. Because if you. You will get more done in one hour if you have slept than two hours if you're sleepy. Because when you're sleepy, you're running on Fumes, you can't focus. You're going back and forth. You're not productive. You're falling to the 85% stuff. You're leaving tasks, and you're frustrated with the kids and your husband and anyone else who decides to pop into your stratosphere. So do yourself a favor and everyone else a favor. Set a bedtime. Love yourself enough to let your body and your brain get some sleep. Now, number four. And this is our last time bending mechanism. And that is. Are you ready for this? I wish I had a drum roll. You've got to embrace the mantra, sloppy success beats perfect failure. You've probably heard me say that, oh, I don't know, 587,000 times. But I'm going to keep on saying it because I see a huge problem with moms today is they're stuck in this perfectionism, and that just leads to paralysis. You can't get. Okay, let me. Let me. Let me phrase this the right way. You can get a tiny bit done perfect, and you can get a lot done imperfectly. Like, you can be perfect or you can get results. You can be perfect, or you can make an impact. You can be perfect or you can be productive. But if you're stuck in this perfect, you're going to make yourself and everyone around you miserable because you're not going to get real lasting results in your life. Think about this. I'm going to challenge you. I'm going to challenge you to be intentional with the sloppy success thing, because I know there's some of you who are listening, who are like, Hannah, but you don't know me. Like, I'm a control freak. Like, I have to cover every little detail and. But see, you're probably also not getting as many results as you want in your life. So I want to challenge you to embrace sloppy success and do something intentionally sloppy. I want you to mop the kitchen floor and I want you to forget about the corners. Okay? Don't get the edges in the corners. Just do that for me. I want you to post something on social media and not worry about every single spell check and all the little cool emojis you can put in there and making sure the lighting is perfect. Just post it and you're done. Let's spend more of our energy getting it done than getting it perfect. And I promise you're going to be so much happier. And guess what? You don't have to fold underwear. I know. Isn't it a relief? You don't have to fold the wash rags. Just toss them in a drawer. You've got to start developing habits of sloppy success so that you're just getting it done. And you'll be so much happier seeing the finished product, even though you know deep down inside not. It's not all perfect. But hey, it's done. And like I said, sloppy success always beats perfect failure. So there you go. There are your four time bending mechanisms for moms. One, tie a bow around it. Two, rock your routines. Three, go to bed. And four, embrace sloppy success. I love you. Let's go bin time. Let's go do the time warp. Oh, I almost sang it, but I can't. I. I have to. Let's do the time warp again. All right, that's all. I love you so much. Go rock it, mama. I'm behind you 100% of the way. Are you ready to get radical results in your life?
