In this motivational podcast episode, Hannah Keeley introduces the "just one more" mindset—a simple yet powerful principle that encourages moms to add a single extra effort to any task, whether it’s a workout, business call, or household chore. She explains how this incremental approach builds competence, capability, and integrity, leading to heightened confidence and a stronger self‑trust relationship. Through vivid everyday examples—push‑ups, treadmill minutes, follow‑up calls, decluttering, laundry, gardening—she shows how the cumulative effect of doing one more each day creates radical results over time. Keeley also contrasts this mindset with typical quitting habits, emphasizing that productivity without an achiever’s mindset is fleeting. The episode concludes with a challenge for listeners to practice "just one more" throughout their day, reinforced by promotional calls to action for Mom Mastery University (mommastery.com) and a free Mom Show Starter Kit (thatmomshow.com / text KIT to 345345).

Hey, mama. I want to challenge you today to do just one more. It can make such a huge difference in your life and I'm going to explain what I mean about that. Here's the big question. How are these average, everyday moms getting radical results in their lives? How are they able to transform their health, money, families, homes, and have fun doing it? The trick. We're not average. I'm Hannah Keeley and I'm going to spill our secrets and answer your questions right now in that mom show. Okay? So this whole mentality of doing just one more, this is the one element that separates where you are from where you want to be. And I want you to get this idea in your head. Like it's this constant, pervasive idea that's always present in your mind. Just one more. As a matter of fact, I want you to say it right now. Like, I'm not even kidding. Say it out loud with me. Ready? Just one more. Did you say it out loud? Let's do it one more time. Okay? Just for good measure. Just one more. More. Now, what is this concept and why is it so important? Here's what I'm talking about. When you're going through your life and you're doing your routines, you're doing your habits, let's say you're inside the 90 day mom challenge and you've started with your master habits. Could be, you know, exercising, it could be drinking water, it could be having your devotion, it could be meditating, it could be practicing, spending quality time with your kids. Whatever it is, whatever that action is that you've decided to start taking, to start changing your life, start transforming your life. I want you to get this attitude of just one more. If you're exercising, let's say you're doing, you know what your goal is. I'm just going to do 10 push ups every single day or even like five push ups every day or maybe, maybe one. Whatever that challenge is, wherever you've decided is your baseline. I want you to think about getting this idea of just one more. So if you do five push ups, somewhere inside of you is one more. Somewhere inside of you, I know it's there. Somewhere inside there's one more pushup. Just do one more. If you're on the treadmill and you and you did the treadmill for 20 minutes, do it 21. One more. Just one more. If you're doing 10 reps, you know, if you're doing like, do like 10 reps of an arm exercise, right? Go for that one more. Because somewhere Inside of you, there is one more. And you're like, well, Hannah, you know, it's not really. I'm not really in this whole health and fitness thing. I'm perfectly fine. The way my body is and the way my energy level is, that's not a challenge for me. But you know what? Somewhere you. You are challenging yourself. Let's say you're trying to build your business, okay? And let's say you need to make follow up calls. You got to call 30 people. That's the goal you set for yourself that day. 30 people. You're calling them to tell them about your business and, and to bring them in, you know, to offer them some, some type of package, some type of program. Make 31 calls. Somewhere inside of you, there's one more call. You can sit at that desk and make one more call. You can always do one more. Let's say you're. Let's say you, you need to declutter your house, okay? And you put away 15 items, right? Somewhere inside of you, you, there's one more. You can put away one more thing out of that junk drawer. You can fold up one more load of laundry. You can put away one more toy that's out of place in the living room. There is one more. When you get this attitude, this whole mindset of just one more, here's what it's doing for you. Because it's not just about getting more done, okay? Because you can be super productive. But if you're not in line with your purpose, and if you're not really developing that mindset of being successful and being an achiever, and if you don't develop that mindset, you can be super productive. But then you'll go back to the same way you used to be. If you haven't developed the mindset of someone who is an achiever, who does more, who is capable. So what this concept of just one more teaches you is that, number one, you're competent. Number two, you are completely capable. And number three, you have integrity. See, this is a difficult thing. Most of the times, you know, if you're like every other person out there, you'll say, you know what? I'm going to fold all the laundry today. I'm gonna get it all folded and put away. That's my goal for today. And then more than likely you'll get started and you're like, this really is a pain in the butt. I don't want to do anymore, and you'll stop. Or if you say, you know what? I'm going to the gym, I'm going to exercise. You might get to the gym, you might get on the treadmill. You're like, I'm going to do 20 minutes. And then around 17, you're like, oh, my gosh, I didn't realize how long 20 minutes was. I'm getting off the sand. I'm exhausted. You always quit on yourself right before your body really, really has, has. Has achieved their stopping point. Somewhere in your body and somewhere in your mind, because your mind controls your body. There is one more. There's one more minute, there's one more rep, there's one more action you can take so that you can not just be more productive. Because, I mean, think about it. If you did one more minute, just one more minute on the treadmill, over a year, you've done I don't know how many, I don't know how many hours, 365 minutes. You guys can figure it out, okay? But think about it. You've gotten that much more exercise done if you put, if you do one more load of laundry. Think about how ahead you are of the game. If you decluttered one more item out of your garage or one more item out of the closet. Think about it. At the end of a month, that's like 30 items that instead of being there in the junk pile driving you crazy, they're gone, they're put away, they're out of there. Hey, mama. We'll get right back to the podcast, but did you know there is an entire online university just for moms? And if you're ready to get radical results in your life, just go to mommastery.com that's M O M M A S T E R Y dot com. Make sure you check it out and take your free quiz Again, that's mommastery.com M O M M A S T E R Y.com now back to the podcast. So, yes, it makes you more productive, but the huge thing it does for you, this idea of just one more, is it builds that trust relationship with yourself. So you become that kind of person who knows that they are. There's one more in them. And they push themselves, they drive themselves. You not only complete the task, but you do that thing that you think you can't do, and that builds up your mentality and your mindset that truly nothing is impossible. Like, I'm not just an achiever, I go further. And so it builds up your confidence in yourself and in your goals that you've set for yourself. Because think about it, if this person stops at 20 minutes on the treadmill, and I do 21. It's not that I necessarily got more exercise in than he or she did, but my mindset was like, you know what? Whatever goal I set for myself, I'm going to go further than that, and I'm going to be further ahead toward my goals. And I've become that kind of person who takes another lap, who does just one more. Now think about what this will do for your confidence level. Okay. A lot of times we don't have a trust relationship with ourselves because we quit too early. We don't do that last push up. We don't do that last rep. We don't put away that load of laundry. We leave the clutter in the living room instead of putting it away. We leave the dishes in the sink and we go to bed when we could have put away just one more. And so we build that mentality and that mindset that, you know what? I'm the kind of person who doesn't complete things. I'm the kind of person who stops before the finish line. What does this do to yourself? It lowers your confidence, not just in your abilities, but in who you are as a person. It lowers your confidence so you don't have the boldness to move towards your dreams and move towards your vision. But when you get this mentality that you don't just finish what you start, you go one more. Have you ever seen people who, like, they'll finish, like, a marathon or half marathon and they keep running? It's like, dude, you're done. Like, you did it. You achieved it. Like, chill. I was talking with my husband about this, and he. He runs half marathons and stuff. He's a runner. He's like. It's almost like your body can't stop. It's like you're in this, like, habit of running. You've, like, programmed your body, and so you see the finish line, but you're like, okay, my body's still going. It's still going because you had this mindset of, like, I'm in it not just to win it, but I'm in it to prove something to myself. And so you program your body to just be obedient. And that's what you're doing as a mom. Whatever you have in front of you, program your body to go further. Okay. If you've decided, I'm going to weed the front flower bed, you can always pull just one more weed. You can always do just one more bed. You can always mow just one more Bit of the yard. You know what I'm talking about. That attitude of just one more. You've got it in you, so develop that confidence. Just program your body that you don't stop. When you reach the finish line, you go one more lap, you do one more thing. Just one more. Say it with me. Say it in your head. Ready? One, two, three. Say it. Just one more. Now, here's what I want to challenge you to do. Going throughout your day today. I want you to hear my voice in your head. Some of you are like, hannah, I do already. Oh, my gosh. But I want you to hear my voice in your head telling you, just one more. You got this. The finish line isn't good enough for you, because you're the kind of person who goes further, goes faster, is bolder, more confident, more. More capable than you first believed you were. So you're going to develop this mindset. Just one more. Just one more. You're going. You're going to put away, like, you're going to clean up something. You're going to declutter something. You're going to do the dishes in the sink, and you're going to be like, you know what? Just one more. I can wipe off the counters. Just one more. I can put away that one toy. Just one more. I can hang up those. Those clothes on the floor. Just one more. I can do another rep. Just one more. I can do one more lap. Just one more. You've got it in you. But what this does. I mean, yes, it helps you be more productive, like I said. But what. You're gonna be shocked and amazed at what this does for your mindset, your confidence level, your boldness. You're going to, like, step into this new identity of that person who's like, you know what? I'm just not going to get the prize. I'm going further. And you. And it's not like it's a competition thing, but really what drives us is that competitive spirit because you're competing with yourself. Like, that's who I used to be. I used to be a quitter. I used to. To stick stop before the finish line. I used to set a goal and then not even get close to achieving it. I would say I was going to the gym, and I wouldn't go to the gym. I would say I was going to clean out my car, and I wouldn't clean out my car, and now look at me. I competed with that person I used to be, and I won because I did. Just one more. Try it out. And it's going to do miraculous things in your life. When you apply that, that philosophy of just one more, you're going to realize how strong, how capable and how confident you actually are.
