Momzempic: Wire the Mom Brain to Lose Weight Subconsciously - Part 3
17 Jan 2025 · 21 min
In this solo coaching episode of Mom Mastery University, host Hannah Keeley introduces the “Mom Zempic” framework, which aims to replicate the appetite‑suppressing effects of GLP‑1 drugs like Ozempic by rewiring a mother’s mindset. She explains the Faith Formula (thought → feeling → action → result) and reviews the first core belief, “I’m full,” introduced in earlier sessions. The focus of Part 3 is the second core belief, “I’m grateful,” which she argues will slow down eating, turn meals into a spiritual experience, and, through gratitude‑infused prayer, alter the molecular composition of food (citing Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water‑crystal experiments). Keeley shares a personal story about cultural clashes at the dinner table with her husband, illustrating how slowing down and savoring food can change habits. Practical advice includes pausing to breathe, reciting the gratitude mantra, tasting each bite, and avoiding urgency. The episode concludes with a promotional call to enroll in Mom Mastery University for full access to the training and workbooks.

You know, Zempic seems like a miracle drug, right? Just by an injection once a week now, we can put our weight loss basically on autopilot. All of a sudden, we feel fuller, longer. We're not having cravings, everything's slowing down, and we don't eat as much. And guess what? You lose weight. How cool would it be, though, if we could do that without the injection and basically inject a new thought into our brain and wire our mom brain for weight loss? Well, that's exactly what we're doing inside this series Inside Mom Master University called Mom Zempic. The three beliefs that we can wire into our brain to basically put our weight loss on autopilot. Welcome back. Welcome to Mom Mastery University. The education every mom should have had, but mom didn't. I'm Hannah Keeley, America's number one mom coach, and class is now in session. All right, guys, welcome back to Mom Zempic. This is our session number three, and we're talking about wiring the mom brain for weight loss. It is possible to do that because we know from the faith formula, if you're inside Mom Master University, if you've been inside there for any amount of time, or especially if you're a Covenant coach, then you know the faith formula. And it works like this. If you change your thought, you will change how you feel, you will change what you do, and you will change what you have. So that's what we're going to in order to rewire our mom brain so that we can just put our weight loss on autopilot. So instead of having it to be hard and rigorous and. And the harsh discipline that we often associate with dieting and weight loss, we're going to do this by really nurturing three core beliefs that we inject into our brain. And it creates a feeling of not needing to always eat, kind of what ozempic does. The GLP1s right. It does that by slowing down the digestion. It does that by helping you feel full. Full. And also by resisting cravings and stabilizing your blood sugar. So we're doing that in our brain. Why not? It is possible you find miracles happening every single day inside Mom Master University. And one of those miracles. If. What if losing weight could be easy. Now we learned all about mom brain and how it works and the thoughts that drive eating behavior. In module one and module two, we started nurturing and started learning about that first, first thought that we can inject into our brain, and that is I'm full. If you. If you missed any of Those make sure you go back and watch or listen to part one and part two because it all ties together. But don't move from this because we're going to talk about that second core belief that you can wire into your brain. And that's what we're going to. That's going to result in the feeling of slowing down, down. Now the GLP one slowed down the processing of food. So that's why you don't eat as much because you stay fuller longer and you're just not even thinking about eating because it has slowed it down. Now what if we could just slow down by starting in our brain now I want to share this, this story with you. When Blair and I first got married, I came from a very large family. Meal time was something that was. We always sat around the table for dinner. This I, I remember it like so clearly and it's still in my parents house to this day. This red table that we had. And it was a rectangular, rectangular table. And we all sat around the table for dinner every night. And I just thought, you know, that's, that's what all families do. You just, when evening comes around, mom has something on the stove or something in the oven and you put it down on the red table and everyone just eats. And so that was what I had learned about dinner growing up. And you don't just eat at the table. You eat and you talk and you laugh and you joke around and you get in trouble or you know, all the things like family dynamics like that, that basically that time to slow down and, and just engage with one another is something that I'm so grateful my parents really fostered when I was a young child. And so when Blair and I first, we first got married and we started like having dinners together, I realized how differently we were raised because mealtime was more of a thing that you warmed up something or you made something quickly or you sat in front of the TV and. And it wasn't like you all sit around the table. It wasn't a tradition really in his family. And so he would literally eat like if I made a meal, which I would do all the time, and we made our place and we would sit down at our tiny little thrift store table that we got for like 23 bucks. And we would sit there. He would sit basically like with one foot, like I'm doing it right now as if you can see it, but like one foot out, one foot under, sitting at the edge of his seat, eating quickly. I'm like, it was like culture shock. For me, like, wait, what are you doing? What. What's going on? Where. Where do you have to go? And he had just learned, like, eating was more of something you do when you know to fuel your body. It's dinner time. You eat, and then you go and do whatever you were in the middle of doing before that. So it's like, no, no, we, like, you put both feet under the. You sit back in your seat, you place your fork down between bites, you talk like it was. It was like. So it was a clash of two very different cultures. And he had to basically, you know, I'm not gonna change, right? Like, no, no real time. He said, we're going to slow down. We're going to connect. That's always been so important to me. So he had to learn to change his eating behavior. And do what? Slow down. So he had to learn how to sit and relax at a table. He had to learn how to carry on conversation while he's eating, not just before and after. He had to learn how to allow the. The eating process to slow down so it could be enjoyed. Like when we would first have a meal together, I'm three bites in and he's done like, whoa, I cannot compete with this. I can't. I cannot eat fast. I can't do that. Like, we have to. We have to chill. We have to slow down. And so it was a learning curve for him in order to slow down and really experience a meal. So that's what we're going to talk about in this coaching session, is how to slow down. Now, if one of the results of GLP1s of Ozempic is to slow down the food processing, what if we could work in our brain by establishing a core belief of slowing down? Now, we're not going to work on, like, I eat slow. We're not going to work on that. We're going to work on a different thought. I'm going to give this to you in just a minute, so hang with me. But I want you to understand what happens when we slow down. When you slow down the eating process, you taste food like you haven't tasted it before. You expand experience food in a way you haven't experienced it before. Like, I believe eating is a spiritual experience before it's a physical experience. And I want you to think about that. Jesus often compares himself to being the bread of life, right? He even said to his disciples, like, unless you eat my body and drink my blood, you can't enter the kingdom of heaven. That's when the disciples were like, yo, Jesus, this is a hard lesson. Like, are you saying we got to be cannibals? And so he. He had to explain to them, no, it's actually a process of taking me into your body, of assimilating everything that is Jesus into every cell that is us, spiritual, physical, everything. It is consuming Jesus so that now he becomes part of us and we become part of him. And so eating, first and foremost, is a spiritual experience because there is a hunger that causes us to seek sustenance and take it into our body. So what if we could change how we feel about eating? Eating isn't something that we just have to grab and stuff in our face in order to go on to the next thing. What if eating was the experience? So this is where we're going to work this week, is changing our experience, experience around eating. It becomes more of a spiritual experience. We taste the food. Have you ever thought, like, did I really taste the last meal that I ate? Did I really slow down and taste all the flavors? Did I consider all the food? Did I. Did I stuff it in my mouth? Did I eat quickly? Or did I really take time to savor the food and appreciate the food and be grateful for the food? Because when you rush through things, you can't really experience gratitude in that moment. I want you to think of this as a mom. When you rush through the day, very rarely does gratitude reveal itself because urgency has taken over. So when urgency takes over your day, you will get to the nighttime, and then you'll think, wait, okay, I did a lot, but did I really appreciate that time? Did I? Was I grateful for everything that I was doing? Was I grateful for my children? Was I grateful for the day? Was I grateful for the energy to get through the day? So gratitude and urgency don't get along too well together. It's kind of like oil and water. And if we're rushing through life, rushing through a day, rushing through a date, rushing through a meal, very rarely are we experienced gratitude because we haven't slowed down enough to allow it to exist. So if we slow down our behavior, then we actually get more done. I've noticed that. Have you ever noticed that when you're really rushing that more things happen that just make you need to rush more? Maybe you can't find your keys. Maybe something gets left at home. Maybe, you know, all of a sudden you spill something, Now I have to clean it up. I've noticed that God doesn't want us rushing through life. And we'll often have consequences that come up when we do rush to make us slow down. So one thought. Whenever I'm running late and I'm just gonna. This is. This is a freebie. This isn't even part of Mom's epic. This is just a freebie. But whenever I'm running late, I always take a breath. And I work on this belief. I have all the time in the world to do everything that God asks of me. And that gives me a moment to slow down. Because when I slow down and I become more conscious and cognizant of the process, I am very rarely late. Even though it seems like I would be late, all of a sudden, traffic just moves for me. Everything works out for me. It's all flowing. The. The plane is delayed, like, whatever, when, if I don't add urgency and into the mix. So I want to encourage you as a mom. I know you've got a ton of things to do. I know there's so much in your calendar every day. I know it's very rare. You do get everything done. But I want you to carry this energy of I don't have to rush. Everything works for me. I have all the time in the world to do everything that God asks of me. And that will give you just a beat, so you can take a breath. And now work more methodically instead of early, urgently. The same thing applies to eating. We're going to change the way we eat. We're not going to rush through. We're going to taste our food. We're going to experience our food. We're going to be grateful for our food. Gratitude is one of the strongest energies in the world. And when we really embody gratitude in our eating behavior, it's going to cause us to slow down. And I believe in. It's actually going to change the molecular composition of the food that we eat so it is more healthy and energizing to our bodies. Now, you might think I'm crazy, but I gotta. I got some research to back this up. Now, food, especially when it's not highly processed and chemicalized and industrialized food, when it's real food that comes the way God intended it to come, not instead of like an apple, instead of like a apple, Fruit roll up dyed blue. You know, if it's more in design with God and we're eating whole foods, whole meats, whole grains, whole fruits and vegetables, natural sugars, when we're eating more in line with God, we can just be grateful for that process. And that food changes according to not just where it comes from, but how our energy level processes It. So let me explain this. There is a Japanese scientist, his name is Dr. Emoto, and you probably already are familiar with this, but he did research with putting messages into water and then comparing the ice crystals of the water with other samples. So for example, he would put water in a vase and, and, or jar and he would put the message, I hate you. And he would tell the water, I hate you, I hate you. And he would put water in another vessel and he would put a message on the outside, I love you. And he would look at the water, he would say, I love you, I love you, I love you. And then compare the ice crystals from both samples. And the ones that had the negative messages were dark, they were discolored, they had erratic forms, contort, contorted forms, really distorted forms. And the ones with the positive messages, those ice crystals from those water samples had beautiful sparkling white snowflake formations. And you can actually look this up and look at the comparisons. Okay, so there's one particular aspect of that that I find amazing. Not just like, first of all, water will absorb the energy that we send it and it changes the molecular composition of that water. Now if you're eating more godly food, more holistic, more of a holistic diet, then it's going to be comprised of a lot of water. Think about it, raw fruits and vegetables, a lot of water, Natural, you know, good organic meats who are going to have water in it. You're going to have, you know, even when you're like making the grains, there's going to be water added to it. Right? Now, processed foods, highly processed foods don't have a lot of water. Like you don't find a lot of water in Cheetos, you know what I mean? So, so first of all, natural foods, more organic, natural, whole foods are going to contain more water. Fruits, vegetables are going to, if they are predominant in your diet, you're going to have a lot of water content. Now imagine if, if you're sending gratitude, one of the highest energies, gratitude into your food before you eat it. I honestly think that's one of the reasons we pray before we eat, is because not just it makes us slow down and be appreciative and grateful for our food, but that gratitude is infused into our food and it changes the molecular composition of the food so it becomes healthier than to our bodies. And one aspect of this that I find fascinating is he took a sample of water from the Fujiwara Dam and one, he didn't do anything to it. He just put that in a vessel the other vessel that was filled with the same water, he prayed over that. And the ice crystals. If you, you can look this up and find the results. The ice crystals from the Fuji Walra Dam before prayer and after prayer are dramatically different. After prayer is a beautiful, symmetrical, this just gorgeous ice crystal before it's distorted, it's dark, it's colored. And so we are literally, we have scientific evidence that we are changing the water molecules with the power of prayer. Now, urgency and gratitude, remember, they can't exist very well at the same time. So what if we slow down our eating and we pray over our food and we put that energy of gratitude into our food. I want you to think about that which would be more easily and readily absorbed in your body in the form of energy. A healthy food molecule or an unhealthy food molecule. And we already know this, it's going to be a healthy food molecule. As a matter of fact, I believe that weight loss will or weight stabilization, whether you want to gain weight or lose weight, I believe you're going to be more healthy, you're going to have a healthier weight. If you do make food a experience of gratitude, it will change the molecular structure so your body will be able to assimilate that food and even better and use it in the form of energy. So we're just going to put this as our second core belief that we're going to wire into our body to slow down the process and be able to use the food that we eat. And it is this thought. I'm grateful. I'm grateful. I mean, you can't lose practicing that thought, right? We're going to practice that all the time again. Set your watch. We're practicing. I'm full. And now we're practicing. I'm grateful. So we're going to slow down when we eat. I want you to work on this week making the eating process a spiritual experience just as much as it is a physical experience. And practice the thought. I'm grateful. Taste your food. Slow down and taste it. Slow down and really be grateful for everything that is in front of you, everything that's in you, everything that's around you, everything that's on your plate. Plate. Everything that is in your life. I'm grateful. It'll change the way you eat and I believe it'll even create a healthier body. So go ahead. If you are not inside mmu, this is your cue.
