In this motivational podcast episode, Hannah Keeley reframes fear as a powerful catalyst rather than a hindrance, coining the metaphor of a "fear smoothie" that listeners can consume each morning to propel themselves forward. She shares a personal story about her daughter’s anxiety before a youth weekend, using it to illustrate how fear can serve as a compass pointing toward growth. Throughout the monologue, Keeley blends practical encouragement with Christian faith, emphasizing that God’s love dispels fear and that embracing fear leads to a fuller, abundant life. The episode repeatedly urges mothers to identify their own fears, confront them daily, and view them as fuel for achievement. Interspersed are promotional segments for MomMastery, an online university for moms, and a free "Mom Show" starter kit, directing listeners to specific URLs and a text‑to‑keyword service. The overall tone is enthusiastic, conversational, and faith‑centered, aiming to inspire radical personal transformation among mothers.

I think fear gets a bad rap, you know, I mean, it's not that bad, actually. You can use fear. You can put that sucker in a smoothie every morning and drink it for breakfast. I'm going to show you how in today's episode.
Here's the big question. How are these average, everyday moms getting radical results in their lives? How are they able to transform their health, money, families, homes, and have fun doing it? The trick? We're not average.
I'm Hannah Keeley, and I'm going to.
Spill our secrets and answer your questions right now in that mom show.
So I got to tell you about what happened a while ago. My daughter was so nervous about doing something. She was so scared, and. And she called me and said, mom, I'm really afraid. I was not at home then, and I hated that. I mean, you're a mom and you understand, like, when you're not with your child and they're afraid of something, it's like, oh, I got to get to her. But I wasn't. I was in Nashville at the time. She was in Richmond, Virginia. And I was just like, wanted to help her so much. She was going off the next for a youth weekend and was just nervous about it. And she said, mom, I'm so afraid. And I said, then that means you need to move in that direction. And she was like, what? I was like, use fear. Like, use fear. Make fear work for you. Don't ever be afraid of being afraid. Don't think fear is a sign that you need to back away or you need to worry or you need to stress. Use fear. Put it to work for you. And I told her this, and for some reason, this hit, and I think this is going to hit with you, too. I said, put fear in a smoothie. Drink it down, and use that sucker to propel you forward. Use fear. Eat it for breakfast. And she was laughing so hard, and she's like, I like that, mom. Like a fear smoothie. I said, yeah, make a fear smoothie. So I'm going to tell you the recipe for a fear smoothie, because I have a feeling that a lot of moms like, you're on the verge of greatness. You have such amazing power in you that you have yet to discover. And it's because you let fear push you away from it instead of propel you toward it. For me, I use fear as a compass to make sure I'm going in the right direction. If it's something that scares me, if it's something that I feel like I can't do it. If it's a target that intimidates me, then I know right away. Okay, this is a good thing. This is where I need to be moving. This is the direction I need to be going in. You need to use fear. Think about right now, those things that you are afraid of, those things that you have a tendency to shy away from because you don't want to go there. It's too intimidating. I could be a fear of spirit speaking in front of people. It could be a fear of starting your business or starting your ministry. It could be a fear of having a very difficult conversation with someone you love. It could be afraid of financial ruin. Been there, done that. There's a lot of things you can be afraid of. Afraid of commitment, afraid of success, afraid of failure. You need to use this. Don't ever wish that you had a life where you didn't have any fear, because that's not a life. You're kind of just, like, coasting along. You're flatlining. That's not living. That's just existing. You want a life where you really live, where you do those things that create fear in your life so you can discover how amazing and how powerful and how accomplished you really are. I want you to be doing things every single day that you're proud of. When you go to bed at night, I face this fear. I did that thing I didn't think I could do. Yeah, I might have done it sloppy. I might have done it really messy. I might have fallen flat on my face. But guess what? In 20 years, no one's even gonna know. You have to be willing to get out there and fail and fail so big and fail so hard that you don't even give fear a foothold in your life. When you know that perfect love drives out fear. You know, God loves you. That's that perfect love. God loves you and he's given you this life because he loves you and he wants to see you live it to the fullest. Live that abundant life that Jesus died to give you. And when you're just coasting and doing those things that you feel safe doing and you can. That are predictable, there's no real sweat equity in it. And you know, the sweat. Sweat equity. I mean, I don't mean the sweat equity where you need to, like, put in the long hours. I mean the sweat equity where you do things, pitting out because you're so afraid. That's what I'm talking about.

Use fear as your barometer. Take those things you're afraid of and make a smoothie with them. Stick it in your breakfast. Get up every morning and swallow the fear and let it propel you forward. Don't ever let fear tell you what to do. You tell fear what to do. Use fear. Use that sucker. Put it to work for you when you're afraid. Use it. Move toward that fear. So you're telling the world, nothing intimidates me because greater is he that is in me than anything that can come at me. So. So bring it. What are you afraid of? Step into that territory. Step into the ring. Step into the boxing match. Like, go for it. Because you already have victory working for you. As a child of God, you have victory working for you. So put it to work. Move into that area that creates fear in your life. Too many times we shy away from things because being comfortable is so much easier. It's so much simpler that way. It's so much more predictable. We know what life is going to look like for that day, and we're okay with it. But that's not a life that's not living. You're not here to just get by. You're here to do those things that create awe in your life, that create a feeling of accomplishment, that lift you up to another level where you discover more about yourself than you knew the day before. Use fear. I think. I just think too many people, too many moms especially, we just run away from fear. Something causes any fear in us, we shy away from it. I know so many women. Well, I'm afraid of traveling alone, so I won't do it. I'll just. I'll just stay here. I can. I can get the virtual ticket and watch it from my computer. Yeah, you can live life from your armchair. You can live life from your sofa. You can watch the Travel Channel. You can attend those seminars virtually from your computer. Yeah, totally. But is that why you're here? To live life from the safety of your sofa? Or are you here to take that thing you're afraid of, go to the kitchen, put in a smoothie, drink it down and say, come on, fear, get inside me. Get in my belly. Hey, fear, get in my belly. Like, use it. Put fear in your belly. Let it push you forward. Don't ever let fear intimidate you. Use it. It is so powerful. Fear can be used as the best ingredient to put in your smoothie in the morning. Because if you hit the day and do the very thing you're afraid of doing, then what can come at you? Nothing. The enemy doesn't have any power over you because you're fearless. You laugh in his face. Well, you know, you better not travel because that plane could go down. You better not let your kids go to summer camp, because you never know, they could get in a tragic accident. You better not. You know, you should worry about this. You should worry about that. You better be afraid of this. Why you're not here to go from birth to death with as few scars and scrapes as possible. That's not why you're here. You're supposed to get to the end of your life and have become that person that God created you to be. That woman who is fearless, that woman who is powerful. That woman who drinks a smoothie in the morning and does whatever the heck she wants to do because she can move in that direction. She's not held back by stress and worry and fear that has no power over her. That's who. That's who you need to be at the end of your life. You need to have the scars and the scrapes and the stains. You need to have had the experiences. You need to have had the life of fullness, the life of no regret. The life where you can say, yeah, fear told me what to do. And I turned the tables, did the complete opposite. Fear told me to stay home. Fear told me not to have that conversation. Fear told me to stay in that place. Fear told me to hold back, to be small, to play a smaller game. But I turned the tables. I drank a Fear smoothie, baby, and I took authority and I commanded my life. You're not supposed to live the safe life. You're supposed to live the abundant life. And that means you drink a Fear smoothie and you move into that day and you take total authority over it. Don't you let fear tell you what to do, mama. You tell it what to do. Get in my belly. I love you so much. Think about that one thing you're afraid of, that one thing that's holding you back, that one thing you can't get comfortable with, and just drink it down. You know, sometimes a smoothie is really yummy and tasty. It's like a milkshake. Yum. But then some days it's like, gross. It's just like, I just got to choke this spinach smoothie down. Choke the fierce smoothie down. Do it today. What are you afraid of? Move into that place. Take authority. You are fearless. I want you to know how powerful you really are. And you can only do that by facing fear instead of running from it. I love you. I got your back. Can't wait to talk to you later. Bye bye.
