So excited you are back for part two of the Sexy Back coaching series. Now, we talked about the thieves and liars. If you're here for the first time, welcome. It's Mom Master University, where all the cool moms are hanging out and changing their lives and changing their legacies and changing everything, right? And today we're going to change up sex, because it is time for sex to be fun and powerful and vibrant and your life to be juicy and all the good things which God designed when he designed sex. And this isn't your normal sexy challenge. We're taking things deeper. We're coming up with some new concepts here which I think are going to serve you. Going to get that brain to tick in and hopefully get some other parts of your body moving and grooving as well. So. So this is, like I said, part two, part one. We talked about the thieves and liars, those seven enemies that stand in the way of your sexuality, of expressing that desire. So if you haven't watched that or tuned into it or listened to it, go back, check it out. But right now, hang out with me. Because right now we're talking about two worlds collide and it is that feminine, masculine energy. Now, we don't talk a lot about that, usually in faith circle circles, but that's unfortunate because, you know, God, he says there is no male or female, no junior Greek. He talks about how inside God, all of that just becomes unified. But there's a reason that a man and a woman are designed to be connected sexually. And it is that beautiful connection that makes them one. Because he said, you know, the two shall become one. It's even like in the Bible, we become one flesh, right? What does that mean? We actually do become one flesh. Like, there's. The bodies are connected. They're enmeshed with one another. They do become one flesh. So we have to talk about, like, what is that masculine, feminine energy? And how do we capture more of that for us, the busy moms out there who are doing everything under the sun. It's not about making room for more sex in your life. It's about actually understanding that sex is a way of life. And we can capture our feminine energy, our vibrancy, our power as women by embracing more of that sexuality. So this is going to be a pretty deep coaching session right now. So I want you to again, you know what you have to wear when you come to all of the mom master university coaching sessions. You have to wear big girl pants, steel toe boots. So make sure. Check. Did you get your steel toe boots? Check. Two, did you have your big girl pants? Which means we have to listen. We had to be open, we had to be flexible. Because some of the things that we've been taught growing up, maybe it's not true, maybe God wants us to expand, get some more knowledge, some more wisdom. Because when we seek wisdom, we do get understanding. And understanding will all of a sudden you just, you just expressing more of the fruits of the spirit. You're not so tied into the works of the flesh. So I want the fruit of the spirit. How does fruit come? It comes from planting seed into the ground. The seed is the man, the ground is the womb, and that's that masculine feminine energy. So we, it always goes back to that. So I know you've probably heard about like masculine energy. Feminine energy is that yin and yang, right? It's the dark, the light, the positive, the negative. Like it takes everything. It takes, not everything. It takes both poles to create a unified, held together structure even think about it like the North Pole, the South Pole. It's because of the polarizing effect that we're held in as a unit, flying through space. If it wasn't for those polar opposites, we'd be like falling apart all over the place. It's that magnetic force that holds us together and, and that shows up all over in nature. You can't look at a magnet, you can't look at a compass, you can't look at a battery without seeing poles. Positive, negative, masculine, feminine. And we're going to talk about that because if we downplay our feminine energy, it's going to affect how we parent our kids, how we pursue, pursue our careers or ministry. It's going to affect our home life, is definitely going to affect our marriage, but our own, like the purpose that we are designed for is going to affect that. So we're going to get really clear on what this means about these two poles. Like the masculine, feminine energy. I want you to understand your feminine energy so you can Operate in it and become that vibrant, juicy woman that you're designed to be. So when you think about this, that yin yang, dark, light, positive, feminine, I mean positive, negative, masculine, feminine is that polarizing effect that unifies. It's the same thing with Jesus and the church now, not church as in a building organization. Okay? Church is the body of believers. It's me, it's you. It's not, it's. It's community. It's a person. It is the bride. So Jesus talks about the church, the people, as being the bride of, of Christ. So you talk about Jesus and the church. You know that that's that beautiful unity of the husband and the wife and that, that unity of, of it coming together and creating a whole like we. Literally, when you become a Christian, you open your heart and say yes to letting Jesus come into your heart and, and rule in reign. It's such a beautiful template of sexuality, of having that unifying force that, that masculine, feminine energy. Jesus in the church. Do you know, I believe that church, if church is boring for you, it has only become boring because church has become an institution in your head and not actually an experience with your Savior. So church is simply abiding. It's who we are as believers, the fellowship of believers abiding with Jesus. So when you think about that negative positive energy, like the negative energy is the woman. Not negative meaning like down or depressed or toxic or anything. Negative meaning. Here's zero. Like it's take. You have a number scale. Okay, here's zero. There's negative numbers and there's positive numbers, right? The masculine energy is on the positive scale and the feminine energy is on the negative scale because the negative absorbs the positive. And so the, the woman's energy is a negative, meaning that she absorbs. She's the receiver, she is the womb. And the masculine energy is the positive, meaning he is the giver, right? He is he. His seed goes into the womb, so that positive energy goes into the negative space. And now a full unit is created. So we have to understand what this looks like. I'm sure you put batteries in your kids toys a bajillion times. And you know you have to hook up that positive to the negative, right? How many times have you not put in batteries correctly? And then you're like, it's not working. And then you have to switch the battery over like, oh, I didn't have the positive or the negative. Soon as you touch that positive to the negative, what happens? A currency, electricity there. And think about electricity goes in waves Currency. Sexuality is the sexual energy is a wave. It's a currency. You can feel it flowing through your body when you are open and you're receptive to it. That's when the masculine and feminine connect. And think about that Jesus and the bride, he is the groom. The body of believers is the bride. And when you have that connection, there is currency, there is electricity, there is intimacy, there's power, there's. There's life, right? And that's what he wants. So I'm going to divide this up and kind of talk about the female energy and the male energy, the woman energy. So let's talk about woman first, because you're probably a woman, I'm a woman. Let's talk about. The woman is the womb, okay? It's the soil, it's the ground, it's the. It's the nest. Now think about that. It's like woman becomes the home that the man can come home to, and it's that safe space that he can now conquer and make his own. So that womanly energy, that feminine energy, is the womb energy. The woman is the receiver of that energy. So in order to receive, what is the requirement? In order to receive, you have to feel safe, safe to be exposed. You have to feel accepted by your husband to be vulnerable, right? You have to feel nurtured in order to be open. So those are kind of the requirements. The female energy is a receiver. So it is open, it is vulnerable, it is acceptable, exposed. And the more safe and intimate she feels, the more she's allowed to open up that energy field and receive from her husband. Now that is a surrender energy. Now a lot of times, if, you know, we've talked about, you know, there's several coaching series about wifey. If you, if you want to go search that, it's called wifey, but it's that submission. What actually submission means. But submission is a surrender energy. Now think about it. The times that you probably get into most trouble in your life, more chaos is created, more trouble, more emotional upset is probably. This is a wild guess here. When you have tried to exert control over your circumstances, instead of yielding to the Holy Spirit and letting God direct you, and that. And that's just being obedient to self versus being obedient to God. Who is my God right now? Is it self? Am I making decisions? Am I trying to control this? Or can I release it and let God steer my life and I be obedient? And I hearken to him. Now, the times when we get into trouble is when we Try to exert our control over it. Now, a feminine energy, is that surrender energy. That's why the bride of Christ, I think about it, we have such a privilege as a woman to be the recipient of that power. So it is a surrender energy. You are strongest. Check. Check this out. You are strongest as a believer when you are completely surrendered to God. Think about it. Clay pots, baby. We are strongest, more beautiful, more powerful. When we in our earth and vessels make room for God to shine out of that. What that means is we're not able to in control. Now. For a lot of women, it's scary to not be in control. You feel like you need to protect that, right? What happens, you're not open, you're not vulnerable, you're not exposed. So there's a very real energy in being able to surrender, not just in your spiritual life, but in your sexual life too. Being open and the recipient is that surrender energy that really allows you to, like, ease into that space, to labor to enter into that rest where you're open and vulnerable and exposed and letting, like surrendering to a greater energy. Now think about it. As the queen, you're the queen. That queen is treasured. When the queen feels treasured and cared for, she can open up more in that energy. So the problem that happens in the feminine energy is called surrender distortion. What this means, and I know you've probably seen it, it's rampant in our culture today. And is this distorted feminism where I need to be in control? And that is a. It's a distortion. That's why I call it a surrender distortion. Because we're. We're not allowing that surrender to yield more power in our life. Like, think about it. When you surrender to God, you're more powerful. When you surrender sexually, you're more powerful because you're the recipient of now. Now it's like multiplying your energy because you're receiving another energy force. It's like your negative plugs into his positive. And now your currencies are flowing and you're vibrant, you're alive. But today, feminism has become so distorted that we are robbing women of their feminine power because we're like, no, you must control. Wow, that's hard. How long are you going to hold on to that? Your power is actually in how well you can release. So that's the woman energy. The masculine energy is the seed. The man is the seed. Just like the woman is the womb. The man is the seed. So that is the giver. He's the one that, you know, He. He Penetrates the seed, goes into the womb. So he is the giver. And part of that is the. Is almost the conquest of the woman, right? A requirement for him to be giving, for him to be the penetration there is. He needs to. He needs to also feel safe, safety, to be exposed as who he is. The man being able to be exposed. And he needs to feel this, this desire to feel drawn to the woman, to feel desired is a very strong need for men. Also honor. He needs to feel honor so he can operate in his highest masculine power and also submission. Now this is that surrender. He needs to feel, feel as if he's the conqueror. Like men have this like king lion energy they want to conquer. They're the hunter. And often like women, you're. You're hunters too. But what we're hunting for is a unique, vibrant sexual experience that energizes us. And that actually comes from desiring and drawing that man in and honoring that, that husband and surrendering to. To his conquest of you. It's that hunter energy. Like, we have the surrender energy. He has the hunter energy also as a king. A king wants to be honored, right? So many women today, it's like there is such an. It's like this global emasculate elation of men. Like we're trying to like, like feminize men. We're trying to pull them out of our power. Not, not all of us, but a lot of. There's a lot of cultural forces that are trying to rob men of their masculine power. Just like there's a lot of cultural forces robbing us women of our feminine power. So we need to stand against that. Like God made us uniquely different so that in that union we would become more powerful. Right? One and one do not make two. One and one are now multiplied to make a vibrant force. One can chase a thousand, two can put ten thousand to flight. So when you combine your feminine energy and his masculine energy, you don't have one in one. You have a 10x multiplication of both of your powers. So know what your powers are and allow them to come through in your sexuality. So as a king, a king desires to be honored, to be respected, and something that goes wrong there. Just like we have surrender distortion. Men often suffer from hunter shame. And that's that being emasculated of their power of minimalizing them. But when you are allowed, like, there should be no shame in being a powerful hunter of a man. There should be no shame in being the conqueror. There should be no shame in being. Being the one who, who goes out and pursues and wants to have a conquest. So if you can recognize and honor that in your husband. And a lot of times, men will become not what we want, but what we expect. Can you expect that out of your husband? Here's a cool There's a coaching series called Knight and Shining Armor inside Mom Master University. If you have a hard time like, you know, honoring that masculine energy in your husband, go and go through that night and Shining Armor, I bet it'll make a powerful effect that's going to show up in your sexuality. So understand that the woman and the man, as much as our culture likes to, like, make this all a gray area, it is not. Is very distinctly different in the kingdom of God. That masculine energy and that feminine energy. And I want you to think about this. It's like such a beautiful metaphor of Jesus and the bride. Think about it. In Revelations 3:20 says this, this is Jesus. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears and listens to and he's my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and will eat with him, and he will eat with me. It doesn't say, I will come in and I'll preach to him, or I will come in and I'll. I'll heal him, or I'll come in and I'll fix him. Jesus is giving you a beautiful picture of that intimate act of Jesus and the bride, of that union. Because what does. What does the woman do? She opens to the man. So he knocks and at the door, right? She opens to the man. And then what happens? They abide together. They have unity together. So. So this is like not Jesus preaching to the people. This is union. Because it says right here, I will come into him. Okay, the man comes into the woman. I will come into him and I'll eat with him and he'll eat with me. What a beautiful thing. Like, it's no longer like, here's the man, here's a woman, or here's a one, here's a man. We always want to, like, get these balances screwed up. It's, here's the man and the woman. The energy. The man comes into the woman. And now what do they do? They just eat together. They just abide together. They just. It's like the most perfect, beautiful date. Jesus wants to eat with us as much as we want to eat with him and just hang out together. Now it's like he leveled it so that now we can have unity with him. There's no shame or condemnation when we come to Him. And there's no judgment either. He's like, come to me as you are and I'll come into you and we'll be one. Which is so beautiful. Such a beautiful picture of sexuality for the man and the woman. That's why God designed it as this. Well, we're going to go more into that in part three. But this beautiful metaphor of our sexuality, how sacred it is. And it's actually a metaphor of Jesus in the church. Jesus and his bride. So there are five attributes of the sexually powerful woman that I'm talking about really quick. So, because how you do anything is how you do everything. So how you are in bed is how you are in life. I promise you, we can't separate this because this mind is driving everything. So how you do anything is how you do everything. How you have sex is how you handle your career, is how you go after your dreams, is how you parent your children. So we want to do this in a vibrant, juicy, alive, confident way. So I want to share with you five attributes of the sexually powerful woman. Remember, sex is not an end in itself. It's not a tool. It's not the end game. We talked about that in part one. It's actually how we do life. It's a portal to a greater way of life. So, number one, she's creative. Think about that. We're made in the image of the creator. So sexually, the sexually powerful woman. Think about it. Are you creative with sex? Do you try new things? Do you try new positions? You know what? There is only one. And if you've ever gone through marriage, kitchen like that is everything. Marriage, communication, sex, everything. Marriage. By the way, I think it's on sale right now for Inside Mom Master University. So another reason to get Inside Mom Master University. But anyway, inside there, we talk about sexual positions. There's so many different sexual positions, but actually there's only one. I call it the Rubik's Cube. There's one connecting point. Think about it. In the Rubik's Cube, there's one connecting point in the middle. And then you can just twist and turn and be creative and, and, and do, do like everything you want to turn it this way, turn it that way, turn around this way, and it becomes a game. What if you could be just as creative with your sexuality? There's one connecting point. Try all different positions, try all different places, try new adventures. Become like, have sex days. Like, you can be creative. And when you start being more creative in your sexuality, guess what? It shows up in your life. Okay, number two, Curious. I want you to think about that. What would sexual curiosity look like in your marriage? That's why this is for the married ladies, because I believe in. In that covenant of marriage. Right. So what would curiosity look like in your sexual relationship with your husband? Why not try new things? What, like, what can we do here? What can we do there? Have we ever, like, spent the night away from home just in, like, this luxurious hotel? Or what if we could go out and pretend like we're a king and queen and go out to a fancy dinner? Or what if we could pretend like we're teenagers and we're going out on our first date? Or what if we could take a crazy date, like, let's go roller skating. What would it look like to add more curiosity to sexuality? To. To explore each other's bodies? Have fun with that. Why not? It's a free ticket, baby. Like, he put a ring on it. Okay, so it's, it's an open playing field. You can do anything. Swing for the chandelier naked. It doesn't matter. So we had the mind of Christ. According to 1 Corinthians 2, 16, the mind of Christ is a curious mind. What could happen? What is possible? Think about it. Jesus was always doing new things. He's like, you know what? We're, we're going to go all the way out to this island, we're going to get this man out of, like, demonic possession, and then we're going to go back and get on this course. And the disciples just had to go with whatever they're like, they never knew, right? Because he abided with his father and he said, I'll do anything unless I see my heavenly Father do it. I'll say anything unless I hear my heavenly Father say it. And that's why he had this insane curiosity seeking. What's next? What's the next adventure? So think about this, because again, how you do anything is how you do everything. So when you become more curious sexually, it can yield so much fun. And if you become more curious just in life, gosh, what's possible? Absolutely anything. Now, the third attribute of the sexually powerful woman is energetic. Energetic. A lot of people often, you know, they'll spend a day with me. They're like, oh, my God, you have so much energy. Like, do you live off caffeine? It's not that. It's. I believe that energy is inexhaustible. It's, it's. I say it every single day. Like when I listen to my proclamations, like, I have inexhaustible energy because I'm filled with the presence of the living God, like, inexhaustible energy. So what if you just developed this mindset where you had inexhaustible energy? All of a sudden, sex does. Sex becomes something that doesn't deplete your energy. Like, you shouldn't have sex and just, okay, let me fall asleep now. What if you had such creative, vibrant sexual experiences that you left it more energetic, more creative, More vibrant is possible. That's what we're talking about. And part of that is understanding that sex itself can be energizing. So think about in James 1:17, it says, there's no shadow of turning in him. So what if, like, when you release openness to more vibrant sexuality, more vibrant sexual experiences, more creative, more curious, more energy in that sexual relationship, it's going to show up in your life. It's going to show up as more energy in your life. You're not going to diminish when life gets hard, you're actually going to become more vibrant. That's one thing Blair and I were talking about the other day. It's like, even, like, we've been through some hard times in our life, like really hard times in our life, but because that sexual relationship, our energies together, that. That covenant that we have is so powerful that it didn't diminish even when life got hard. It was. It was more energizing. It was almost like medicine to. To help us become more vibrant and more flexible and. And more open and to hear from God better in life, because we made that more exploratory, more fun, more creative. Like, it was. It was. It was something that actually increased our life instead of decreasing our life. So I want you to think about this. Like, I want you to reposition sex in your life as something that can be so exquisite, such a necessary part of a vibrant life, but it can increase your energy and not decrease your energy. So number four is flexible. The last thing I want for you is for you to become boring in a sexual rut where it's like, oh, okay, so here's the time of day. And this is when we start kissing. And then. And then. Okay, this is where I lay back now a few minutes. Now this is where I turn over to this side. And this is like how. Okay, now he's thrusting. And now this is this position. And. Okay, now we're done. You know what I'm talking about? Like, you get scripted out, it becomes boring. So we're not gonna have boring. We're gonna have. We're gonna be flexible. What if you're open to sexual anytime? It's like, I know you got kids. I know that that can be a lot on you. But there's a thing called babysitters. There's a thing called locked doors. There's a thing called quickies in a closet. Like, I'm just giving you some ideas here. You can be flexible. It doesn't have to become a rut, and it doesn't have to be something that's boring. It does become. Doesn't have to be relegated to the bed at a certain time of day. If you could be flexible with this. Like, our kids know we have a vibrant sex life and we're drawn to each other and we're. We're attracted to each other. And that's a good thing for kids to experience because now they're going to be wanting to keep their sex life alive when they're married. So you want to set an example of what it looks like to be like to honor your husband and to be attracted to him and for him to treat you like. Like a queen and treasure you so you feel safe. That's what. What leads the way to that vibrant sexuality. So flexible. You're more open to things, right? You're. You're like that curiosity of flexibility together. Oh, my gosh, watch out. You're gonna have so much fun. Okay, so number five is confident. Confidence is an attribute of a attribute. I'm sorry. Of a sexually powerful woman because she trusts herself. A lot of times the reason we lack self confidence as a woman is because we've fallen out of trust with ourselves. So I want you to think about that. Like, do can you practice confidence? Confidence isn't something that just kind of lands in your lap. Confidence is a muscle that you have to practice. So what if you turned sexuality into a practice of being confident? What would it look like if you just, like, pretended that you are confident? I bet you would continue to pretend it until it started to manifest in your body, and all of a sudden you become confident, Right? What would it look like if you just pretended to be more creative and curious and energetic and flexible? Sometimes you have to put yourself in that mentality, play it out and see if you like the results, because I bet you're going to like it. So this is some ways to understand the differences between the male and the female energy. I want you to embrace your feminine energy. I want you to let loose that sexual energy that you have. Maybe you've had it trapped for a while. Maybe you've had it. Maybe you've had it blocked for a while. We're going to talk about that in the third part. But sex often in today's culture has become more of a. Like. Like a. Like a junk food, like a quick hit just because, like, we got to have it, right? And it's just quick and it's just. It's just not nourishing. It's not good for us. It's not lasting or sustainable. I want you to think of sex being more gourmet, more fine dining, more exquisite. It's an experience in all of your senses. Think about a junk food. You just eat it, you know, you know, like chemicals, additives, toxins. You eat it, it might satisfy your hunger, but you don't feel good later. A gourmet dinner, exquisite fine dining. It's a whole experience. And it's an experience for your eyes, right? It's beautiful plating. It's experience for your mouth. The texture, the feel of it. It's experience for your taste buds, right? The experience of that taste coming alive in your body. What if that's what sex is supposed to be like? More of a fine dining experience and not the junk food that we've made it? What if we can go into it with more intention of prolonging the process, Making an exquisite journey together. Two bodies exploring one another, loving one another, embracing one another, vibrating at their highest masculine and feminine energy. It says here in James 1:17. Every good gift, sex is a gift. And every perfect, free, large, full gift is from above. It comes down from the father of all that gives light in the shining, of whom there can be no variation rising or setting or shadow cast by his turning as in an eclipse. He loves you. He designs sex. And it's a beautiful way to operate in your highest feminine energy and allow your husband to operate in his highest masculine energy. Watch what happens when those two worlds collide, because it is sexy. Now remember, this is just part of it. Get inside Mom Mastery University.
