In this solo coaching episode of Mom Mastery University, Hannah Keeley addresses married mothers, urging them to reclaim their sexuality and feminine energy. She frames sex as a sacred, covenantal act that mirrors the biblical metaphor of Christ’s relationship with the church, and argues that sexual energy functions as a multiplier that can amplify creativity, blessings, and vitality in all areas of life. Keeley identifies three primary sexual blocks—fear from past trauma, disconnection from one’s body, and restrictive religious purity dogma—and explains how these distortions, often introduced by cultural or spiritual forces, hinder the flow of sexual power. She supports her perspective with scriptural references (John 14, Revelation 21:5, Isaiah 43:19) and uses the seed‑sperm metaphor to illustrate how God’s word takes root in the heart like a seed in a womb, producing miracles when nurtured. The episode emphasizes that embracing one’s body, releasing doubt, and aligning sexual intimacy with covenantal love can unlock a vibrant, life‑enhancing sexual experience. Keeley concludes with a call to download the accompanying workbook and enroll in Mom Mastery University for deeper coaching and practical exercises.

Hey there. Talking to all the married mamas out there that want to have a little more oomph in their sex life. So this is not a coaching for everyone. I know a lot of moms turn on Mom Master University and they listen to it as a family. That's awesome. I love it. But this is not one for the kids. So this is one for you, the mom. And we're going to dive in to your sexuality, your feminine energy, and how to get your sexy back. Welcome to Mom Mastery University, the education every mom should have had but didn't. I'm Hannah Keeley, America's number one mom coach, and class is now in session. I am so happy you are here. This is part three of Sexy Back, and we have explored so many really unique aspects of your sexuality. We've talked about things that rob you of desire, of your sexual energy. That was part one. We talked in part two about when worlds collide. Your masculine. I mean, your feminine energy and his masculine energy and the differences there and how to really embrace and escalate that energy so you have a more juicy, vibrant sexual experience. That was a good one. You may want to go back and listen to that if you haven't listened to it, both of them, because it kind of goes in an incremental order. So now we're going to talk about sacred sex, and this is talking about God's design for sex. And here's the thing. We've. We've been taught, especially in, like, religious culture, about God's design for sex. As you know, the man plants the seed in the woman and the baby is created, and that's his design for sex. But it's so much more than that. So again, I have to give you a warning. This isn't just explicit content for your ears only. This is also a bit challenging. So I want you to listen to this with, of course, wearing the two things that you have to wear to every single one of my coaching sessions. Your bigger pants, your big girl pants, and your steel toe boots. Because we go into some content that may be like, that's a different way of thinking about it. I've never thought about it that way. And sometimes that old programming can kind of like, you know, rise up and wave a red flag and say, wait, this is. This is different, this is new, this is unusual, this is bad. But I want you to just have an open mind and an open heart that God may have designed sex for you in such a powerful way and you haven't even tapped into it because you may not Even know. So there's two things we're going to talk about. Number one, how sex is a metaphor, and number two, how sex is a multiplier. So remember I said sex can. Your sexuality is like a way of life. How you do anything is how you do everything. So. So how you approach your sexuality is often how you approach everything else in your life. So if you want to open yourself up to more opportunity in life, to more blessing in life, to more abundance in life, to more joy in life, more freedom, then maybe you need to open yourself with your feminine energy to more of a heightened sexual experience in your marriage. That's why I'm talking about marriage here, right? Because this is for the married ladies. I love to keep things in the covenant because I do covenant coaching. That's what all the covenant coaches do. We do coaching in that covenant. So any area. Now sex is an area of, in our culture, especially in the church, that has always come under a lot of distortion, a lot of judgment. And here's what I want to show you, okay? Any area. Now this is for a lot of different areas in your life. Any area that contains much spiritual power is always accompanied by massive distortion. So if it has much power is going to also be accompanied with massive distortion. Think about money that there is so much distortion in the church around wealth and abundance and prosperity. We criminalize it, we demonize it, and that is not what Jesus did. So, you know, this is not a money coaching. There's a lot of, if you bought a money coaching, go to like, money lies. That's a good place to start. But this is a sex coaching. And sexuality is another area that contains much power because when you release your sexual energy and let it vibrate at a high level, right, all of the like harness that power. You also harness a power showing up in the world as a woman, as a. As a minister, as a mom, whatever you're doing here. So sexuality, that contains a lot of spiritual power. And it's going to come under a lot of massive distortion from the enemy, because the enemy, he can't create anything new. God created sexuality. What the enemy does, what Satan does, is he comes and distorts it and turns righteousness into wicked. So wicked is just a word that means twisted. That's why you have wicker furniture. It's like twisted wood. It means twisted. So what Satan does is he comes and twists it, distorts it so that he creates blocks for us to release that power in our life. Same thing with money. Same thing around healing, Same thing around Sexuality, he distorts it so that we block in our life that release of power. There's a lot of sexual blocks that a lot of people have in their life around their body, around intimacy, around confidence in your body, like all these kind of areas that we talked about. But I want you to think about this. I'm sharing this with you because sexuality has such a. Represents such a huge part of your life. And when you diminish your sexuality, you also diminish how you show up in the world in other areas. So what I'm sharing with you is a way to really, like, just release so much more power. And I want you to listen to it with an open mind and open heart, because we're going to go into some things, and we already have gone into some things that might challenge you a bit. That's good. That's growth. So this first thing is sex is a metaphor. And sexuality, we taught. We touched on this earlier, is a metaphor of Jesus in the church. The bridegroom, the bride, That's Jesus and us, right? So I want to read to you John 14, 20, 21, and verse 23, it says at that time. And I'm reading from the classic amplified version at that time, when that day comes, you will know for yourselves that I am in my Father and you are in me, and I am in you. Listen, do you see that unity there? Okay? That's his design for sexuality. It's unity with the masculine and feminine energy, unity with the husband and the wife, unity with the bride and Jesus. It's that same unity. I'm in you, you're in me. We're one flesh, we're connected. Verse 21 says, the person who has my commands and keeps them is the one who really loves me. And whoever really loves me will be loved by my father. And I too, will love him and will show, reveal, manifest myself to him. I will let myself be clearly seen by him and make myself real to him. That's a beautiful way to show the bride being open and receptive and the groom being that one who comes in to the bride and now manifests that love, and they can celebrate that love together. So being real to her. If a person really loves me, he will keep my word, obey my teachings, and my father will love him. And he will come, and we will come to him and make our home abode special dwelling place with him. So you see that we will come to him. So that beautiful place where we are joined together as one flesh. So that is Jesus in the church. It's that intimacy, where that power comes from. So what if sexuality was a template, just a metaphor of that union with Jesus and the church? So why would. Why would that example of Jesus in the church, like, be a wedding feast? He talks about it being a wedding feast, and Jesus is a bridegroom and the church is the bride. Think about it. It's that blood sacrifice. Why is there blood at that first sexual. Like that, that first moment when the man penetrates a woman. There is a. There is a. There's a blood offering there. It's a sealing of a covenant. All covenants are accompanied with a shedding of blood to show the significance of that promise. A lot of people make a huge deal over the marriage, but not about sex. And that's. That's that twisted that the enemy has done where now, like, as a culture, we have it backwards. Like, we trivialize sex and then magnify the marriage. But sex is not a matter of the body as much as it is a matter of the heart. And unfortunately, Satan has distorted that and now becomes all about the body. Like sexuality in our culture is all the body. It's all primal desire. It doesn't take into effect what happens in the heart. It is a heart issue. Baptism is a hard issue. It's when it's that decision where you let Jesus into your life. Sexuality is a hard issue. It's where those two bodies are joined together. Two souls make a covenant together. So his word is often compared to seed in the Bible, and it's actually that same word as sperm. So check this out. There are a total of 44 verses in the New Testament where the Greek word sperma, which was what? Where we get sperm is translated seed. Think about it. His word is. Is called sperm. So to conceive and give birth to the miracles, you need the breakthroughs you want in your life, the miracles you want in your life. You plant God's word in your heart and give birth to miracles. That's how. That's how God's system always works. By sowing and reaping. Seed is sown, and then we reap the manifestation of his promise. So think about how that first virgin birth happened. Mary got pregnant not by human seed, but by God's seed. So it said that like, so Jesus is actually his father, is a supernatural seed nestled in a natural body, the perfect combination of divinity and humanity. And so that's a beautiful way of God showing us how we give birth to every miracle in our life. We are the womb. The bride is the womb. That feminine energy of being the womb. The seed comes from God as his Word, and it is planted in our hearts. Now what does the womb do? It provides a resting place. It provides a. A home for that miracle of a baby. What does your heart do? It provides a home. It provides the soil to nestle in God's word, to nurture it. How does a woman give birth to a baby? How does she. How does she, like, create that baby over 9, 10 months? She just holds it. She just allows it in there. God knows how to create that baby. The woman provides the womb for the supernatural creation of that child. And that is exactly how God's word works in our life. He provides the word, it plants in our hearts, and all we do is we feed it with our belief. You can abort a dream, you can abort a miracle. You can abort a breakthrough just through your doubt. That's not going to happen. That's not for me. It's not my time. Well, that's not how God works anymore. Maybe not my turn. Maybe not for me. Maybe not for my family. No, you just aborted the dream. All we do our greatest work to do miracles and breakthroughs in this world. And to see the manifestation of his promises is to let his word take root in our home. We allow it to germinate and gestate there with our belief. And pretty soon a miracle is born out of it. A promise is manifest out of it. That's how the system works. And the masculine, feminine model, that beautiful template of sex is a way to show how the Word inserts itself into our heart. His seed is planted. The man seed is planted in the womb. God's word is planted in our hearts. A beautiful example. And look at it. Sex is joyful. It's a celebration. It is abundant. It is an energizing force. That is how we give birth to miracles. That's why it is a covenant. That's why marriage is a covenant. Sex is a covenant. So the same thing happens in our marriage as happens in our life. That's why I'm telling you. How you approach sexuality is often how you approach life. How you are in the bed is how you are in the world. So how you do anything is how you do everything. So can you see this beautiful metaphor? Like, sex isn't just something simple, and it's just like, here's the act of procreation. No, it's so much more than as a spiritual powerhouse. It's showing as a template to show how God works in our lives today. Sex is also a multiplier so check this out. If you can create a child and you're here inside mom Master University. So I'm guessing you probably have. What else can you create by allowing that energy, that feminine energy to flow, that creative energy to flow, what else could you create in life? The thief of creativity is self doubt. Sex is a multiplier. If we allow that creative energy to flow, it multiplies everything in our life and multiplies the blessing, it multiplies the joy, it multiplies the freedom and multiplies the expression of us in this world. So but we need to allow that. And often that self doubt can contaminate the flow of our sexual energy in this world. Not just in the bed, but in the world too. And sometimes it can be stuck, sometimes we have blocks and often that, that circulates around doubt. Remember I said that, you know, doubt can abort a dream. And doubt can also stand in the way of the beautiful, vibrant flow your sexual energy. So what stands in the way? Doubt. And it shows up in three different ways. Are you ready for this? These, these are the things that can block your sexual energy and your sexual expression in life. Number one, fear. Fear from past experiences and exposure. Now I know I told you, if you have any sexual trauma in your life, make sure you go and, and look up the coaching series. Don't talk about it. It's all about sexual trauma. But sometimes it's just we don't feel safe in our bodies. We don't feel confident in our bodies. We have maybe some situations in our life or something we were exposed to that gave us like a twisted version of sex. And that's a block. Now the cool thing about this is God's never stopped being our redeemer and he's never stopped being our restorer. We can literally come to him and pour that out. God can do a mighty work in our life and allow that beautiful energy to flow again. We're going to talk about that a little more. So that's the first thing is fear from our past experience and exposure that often shows up as blocks around sex. Number two, disconnection from our bodies. So sometimes we, especially moms, you know, because our bodies have been through so much, we hold this idea that we're just like a flesh suit, right? And, and sometimes it's not really flesh suits that we honor or respect. And, and there's a lot of contempt toward our bodies. Maybe our bodies are not showing up as we want them to show up. Maybe physically, you know, with how we can perform in Life. Maybe, maybe we have some disabilities in our body. We maybe have some body issues that are frustrating us. Maybe it's just our body condition is not where we want it. We don't like certain things about our bodies. And we talked about that a little bit. I want you to understand, when we hold that view of our body, we will disconnect from our body. When you disconnect from your body, you disconnect from the pleasure that your body can experience. So what if we were able to embrace our bodies with all of its beautiful intricacies? I'm not even going to say flaws, because I don't even believe they're flaws. I just believe they're intricacies. I believe they're their attributes. I believe their characteristics of a body that's lived a great life and is living a great life. What if we could embrace all that, allow that, and then allow that sexual energy to flow? Because now we're not disconnected. We are at home with ourselves. We're pulled in and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable and open because we love our bodies and we embrace our bodies. So that's number two. Now number three is, Is a pretty big one. So hold on to your. Hold on to your britches for a minute. But it's religious dogma. Now. A lot of people embrace and go through a. Have gone through a purity culture. And a lot of the purity culture is around making sure, like, girls remain virgins until they're married. And some of that purity culture shows up in ceremonies and where, you know, you're kind of married, where your dad is keeping you pure and is responsible for your sexuality until you are handed off to your husband, who now gets to honor your sexuality. And I get the push of it. I get the heart behind it, is to help men and women remain pure until marriage. But. But some of that purity culture can be very damaging to young women because with that is. Can often be a distortion around their bodies that sexual desire in and of itself is bad and that they should hold. Now, it's not pushed from the purity culture, but it does happen as an effect of the purity culture often. I'm not saying it's bad, so bear with me. I'm not saying that's bad. But. But I remember when our church at the time was doing a big push around that I didn't let my girls go to it because I didn't want them to potentially hold any shame around their bodies or think another person has to be responsible for their sexuality. I wanted them to know that they were responsible for their sexuality, and they owned their body, and Jesus is their bride, and his power allows them to be desirable and to have desire, and nothing's wrong with that. And then we can mold how we express it and how we express our feminine energy and how we channel that and how we use wisdom around it. But I wanted my girls to be responsible for their sexuality and understand there's nothing wrong with desire or sex. There's nothing wrong with it. We have to keep it in a covenant if we want to get the best results in life. So we have to understand, like, with that purity culture, although it is so well meant, it's got such a beautiful purpose behind it. There's a distortion that can often show up in. In sexual trauma, where they hold shame over their bodies, where they don't allow themselves to embrace desire, and they don't allow themselves to embrace plural pleasure because they think there's something bad about it. So I hope you're tracking with me. I'm not saying that whole movement is bad. I'm saying it can have some negative results in young women around their sexuality, and now their sexuality cannot flow. It's not a positive energy. It's relegated to, like, almost like a secret place. And we have to, like, keep it toned down. We. We have to make sure we're behaving ourselves and we're doing our, like, wifely duty. But it's so much bigger than that. And I don't think that's really what God intends for sexuality. Doesn't want that to be, like, handed off to someone. He wants us to enjoy the sexual power that we have as women and the sexual power that men have as men to enjoy that and bring it to the marriage so we can be more powerful as a couple. So if you have experienced any of this, any of these things that can block your sexual energy, know that he makes all things new. Okay, beautiful. Revelation 21:5. He makes all things new. Also. Isaiah 43:19. I want to read this. In the classic amplified version. Behold, I am doing a new thing now. It springs forth. Do you not perceive and know it? And will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way. In the wilderness and rivers, in the desert. Sex is a multiplier. It's not something that needs to be relegated in a tiny little corner of your life. It needs to be an energy that envelops all of your life. And maybe right now, through this coaching series, he's doing a new thing in you, in your heart, in your womb, in your hormones, in your Body. He's doing a new thing and rebirthing a sexual energy in you that you can embrace and allow your life to be so vibrant at this level, to enjoy sex for you, for your pleasure. He is doing a new thing. So sex is energizing. Energy has to flow and maybe he's allowing that flow right now. Remember, with you have a sexual block, it means you're not flowing just like that. Positive and negative batteries. Remember we talked about that. If you're trying to put like two positives together, you're not going to have the currency, you're not going to have the flow. And sex is a flow and it's a way of life. Again, one thing around sex is often we think, you know, we keep it relegated and we often think, well, sex is qualified by having an orgasm, right? That means sex is good and then it's over. But relegating your sexual experience, qualifying it by an orgasm, you're not understanding. You're not tapping into the full sexual power of abiding together that connection. So making an orgasm, the goal of sex is like making being, like falling out in the spirit, the goal of having a relationship with Jesus. So it's not like the end goal of them. It's not like the finish of sex and the end goal of sex. Your sexuality can be a journey, it can be exploration, it can be just an adventure. And yes, orgasm is a beautiful part of that. Embrace that. Release yourself to allow that orgasm to flow, flow through your body, to flow through your mind, to flow through your energy. But all of sex can be a beautiful experience and just operating in that currency, in that flow. Now here's what I want to leave you with, okay? Even if you have had decades with the same partner. I've had one partner, my husband, and we've been together well over three decades now. And what if you can wake up to a brand new sexual experience? Whether this is your only sexual experience or whether you've had sexual experiences before, you want to like have a new one right now, you know, whatever. God meets you right where he right where you are. There is no shame, there's no condemnation. It doesn't matter about your sexual past. What matters is opening yourself up to what God wants to do in you, through you and in that beautiful marriage covenant that you have right now. So be open to a new experience because I promise you, that's how you're gonna get your sexy back. It's that beautiful feminine energy. It's that surrender energy, surrendering to a power that is greater than you. That's how you get your sexy back. And that's how you get your sexy energy in every area of your your life. It can be for you, it can be for your husband, and it can be for your expression in this world. I promise you. I want you to like. My goal here through this series is to open you up to your sexuality at a whole new level. Get your sexy back. Now remember, this is just part of it, okay? This.
