All right, we are here, and I'm talking with Leanne Ely, one of my dear, precious friends who has gone with me through so much crap that it's ridiculous, especially the crap that we just went through for the past 20 minutes. Good. Trying to figure out how to make this work.
Right. And this earbud doesn't want to stay in, so I might have to go with just the light.
Well, you can look like. Like a news anchor and be, like, totally cool like that.
I am totally cool like that.
You know, you're totally cool like that. Of.
Here's the big question. How are these average, everyday moms getting radical results in their lives? How are they able to transform their health, money, families, homes, and have fun doing it?
The trick.
We're not average.
I'm Hannah Keeley, and I'm going to.
Spill our secrets and answer your questions right now in that mom show.
Oh, Leanne, thank you so much for being with me. And you're just such a blessing to my life, to so many people's lives to bear with me through this. We. And you know what I. Something I love about Leanne, and this is so perfectly typical of her personality, is I'm like, I can't understand how to do this. I don't know. Maybe we should. And she's like, we're gonna figure this thing out. That's just Leanne. That's just my friend. Like, no, we're gonna do this. So we're. We're.
We're doing it.
We're doing it. So I am so excited you are here with me. Leanne and I want to talk with you. We're doing this whole detox dare for, like, two weeks, and we are. Yeah. If you go to detoxdair.com you get a workbook, everything. We're trying to just detox.
And Shirley, you can see everybody.
Isn't that awesome? Hey, guys, if you would share this, that'd be awesome, because Leanne is amazing, and everyone can benefit from what she's talking about. She's incredible. She's incredible. Thanks, guys. Charlotte's here.
Awesome.
Awesome. Fantastic. Well, while you're coming on, tell me what you're dealing with today. Charlotte said Leanne is awesome. Tell us what you're dealing with today as we're detoxing, because some people are like, oh, it's just too hard, or, man, I love this. Awesome. Tell us what you're dealing with. Thank you so much for sharing, Teresa. I appreciate that.
Thank you, Teresa.
Hi, Caroline.
That's my daughter's name.
Oh, beautiful name, you guys. Share it. Share it.
Hello.
Good to see you.
Hello, Christina. Is that Christine? Okay.
Yeah. Awesome. Thanks, Kat.
Thank you, Kat. Kat.
Thanks. That's awesome. So, Leanne, you basically detox. Like, we're. We're doing this whole detox there, like I told you, and it feels kind of hard to a lot of people. Kind of intimidating and exciting, too. And I remember very well, you basically, you detoxed your whole body. Like, you're like, no, it's time in my life, I'm going to get my health on track. I'm going to learn how my body responds to the right foods, the right environment. And I have literally. I'm not saying this to flatter you, but, Leanne, I have literally seen you grow younger and younger and younger, and I'm not, you know, I'm not blowing.
Yeah. We've known each other for a number of years, so that's. Yeah. And about £55 less, so go with that.
What caused that? When did you get to that point where you're like, you know what? I'm changing things up?
Well, I mean, I got to the point where I was having such a hard time with. I was having a hard time thinking clearly and just even parsing a sentence together. I was having a hard time with pain in my body. My weight wouldn't move no matter what I did. I'd eat. You know, I'm a nutritionist. I understand this stuff. I ate well, and I even consulted with other nutritionists and said, hey, you know, help me out. Am I doing something wrong here? I exercised. I had a personal trainer. I did everything right, and still I couldn't lose weight. Now, menopause didn't help, of course. Also, you know, not being able to sleep.
Hello.
When you're not getting adequate sleep, your body's not going to take care of your metabolism. My metabolism was basically shot. I'd been in this boat before because I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition back in 2003, but it wasn't until 2010 or 11, maybe even 2012, that it was correctly diagnosed as Hashimoto's disease, which is not just hypothyroidism. It's an autoimmune condition in which the antibodies are actually attacking and trying to destroy your thyroid. And that's your master metabolism gland. You lose your thyroid, you lose your ability to get your metabolism under control and really take care of things. So as my metabolism, you know, when I got. Finally got the blood test back, and I had a doctor who said to me, no, you're not just hypothyroid. You have Hashimoto's. Your antibodies are under control. Until we get those antibodies down, you are going to perpetually feel like crap. And so we took care of business. And I'll tell you something, this is something that I think every single woman who is listening right now needs to know. If you're doing things correctly and the weight still isn't coming on, don't blame it that you're middle aged. Don't blame it. I'm after 40, I'm after 50. Don't blame it on that. Blood tests don't lie. And also be an informed patient and know what kind of blood test you need, because the TSH blood test, which is the thyroid stimulating hormone test, is your basic standard to test your thyroid. But that doesn't tell the whole story. You need a full panel. And a lot of doctors are very hesitant about doing that. But if you are one of those patients who comes in with the research saying, hey, this is what needs to happen, then you can start getting down to business and really getting things taken care of.
Now, did you have to go to a natural, like a naturopathic doctor or a holistic doctor, or is this just something where we've got to have take better authority over health and really kind of call the shots, like, no matter what kind of doctor?
I think, you know, one of the things that I did was this is when I was living in Charlotte, North Carolina. I'm Boulder now. Like, you know, Boulder, Colorado, which I love, is completely. It's a great outdoor lifestyle. Hiking and, you know, skiing, lots of skiing and things like that. Stuff that I couldn't do, you know, a mere two years ago. But interestingly, you can find doctors who are sympathetic to a more integrative approach and still use your, you know, insurance company, which I just kept interviewing. This is the thing we have to understand, and this is the one place where I think we as women, you know, we could just kind of accept whatever gets handed back to us by an authority. And we are not trees. We are not planted in one spot. We can go from place to place. If your doctor isn't going to play nice with you and isn't going to be taking care of you the way you want to be taken care, the way you are doing your own research and becoming your own advocate, then for heaven's sakes, fire him or her. You don't have to stay with that doctor. There are other doctors in your plan, I promise. And there's other doctors who will Play nice. So when I was in Charlotte, I had a pediatric. I had a physician's assistant.
I said, you've grown younger and younger.
And so there I am at the pediatric office. So there I am. See, I've got the girls saying amen. Yes, girls, that's right. This is how women get empowered, by the way.
Absolutely.
They take authority. And, you know, you hear from somebody who's done this. I have done this. And I will tell you that. That's exactly it. It's like, you know, we watch on the news right now, and we see all these congressmen having to meet their constituents. It's no different. Your doctors, your congressman, you are his constituent. He needs to work for you. Not for him, not for the drug company. He. He needs to get you in order. So even if your company, like, for example, my insurance company, would not pay for the entire test. So here's what I found out. I had a good doctor who said, all right, here's what you need to do. These are the tests that you need to order online. Here's the link to go and order them online. They cost me $125. Had I gone through my doctor's office, it would have been $1,200.
Oh, my gosh. What?
That is in the right direction. Those are the doctors you need to be working with. Those are the guys. And you can find people who are in your insurance company, and you're going to also find people who are outside of your insurance company, and you're going to pay the cash out of pocket. But guess what? It's a health investment. And, you know, we're willing to go pay gym memberships and nutritionists and trainers and whatever. If we have to pay a little bit of money out of pocket to get something that's going to benefit us in the long run so we can really take charge of our health. Why wouldn't we do that?
Absolutely.
I don't understand. Like, once again, it's like being a tree planted where we're only going to do what the doctor says or what the insurance will cover. And, you know, we're not going to pay for it otherwise.
Now, Susie wants to know where you went.
Okay.
So Charlotte.
She went to Charlotte. Oh, okay. So Carolina physicians and I can't remember the name of the.
It really is hard to find family physicians. Yeah, it's hard to find a doctor who truly, the goal is the health of the patient. I'm sorry, but it just is. Unfortunately, we live in that kind of economic climate where the big pharma is driving so much of this.
Totally.
And it's hard to find someone who is truly on your side saying, here's the back doors, here's what you need to do. Let me empower you to change your health. But if you had never done that, you would still be struggling. You would still be wondering why your weight won't budge, of course. And why you're tired all the time.
And worse. And why I can't function. You know, in my. I felt like I was functioning at 50% capacity, sometimes even worse. And sometimes I have to make a choice. Am I going to go work out today or am I going to work at home and, you know, pay the bills? So here's the thing. When you have a doctor, when you have a doctor who says, I can't do those, your insurance isn't going to cover them, just say, will you please tell me exactly what test those are? And I will look online because there's online lab testing all the time and you can pay for it out of pocket. And then you just put your doctor on there. And, you know, we're getting a lot more, and I hope it continues to stay this way, but getting a lot more power as patients to get control of our own life, to get our own testing done and to figure out what's going on. 23andMe.com is another place where you do genetic testing and figure out exactly. You know, like, for example, I have the MTHR gene, which means that I don't metabolize B vitamins very well. I need methylated B vitamins. So just as an interesting.
Exactly. But they can pop a, you know, a one a day vitamin and it's going to take care of everything.
Nah, not working that way.
Yeah.
And Caroline, my. My oldest daughter was in a car accident when she was a freshman in college. And when they did an X ray, they found her. She. They said that she was like this close to having spina bifida. I was on prenatals, but I wasn't getting the folate that I needed.
Yeah. Yeah.
So, you know, how scary is that?
Right? That was my daughter. That's so crazy. That was my daughter, too.
Really?
Yeah. Same situation. And it was when she was X rayed, they were like, wow. She. I mean, you could see it right there. She was like this fraction away. Yeah. Yeah.
So you probably have that same gene.
That is crazy. Now, if someone would post that link, if you can find 23andMe and post that link, that would help everyone who's coming on, that would be amazing.
Yeah.
But it really is just taking authority. And I was fortunate enough to. Leanne. I know. I mean, it's so funny when we get together, we never know how the conversation is gonna go. But this is very important when we're talking about detoxing, because you could be dealing with your own toxic situation and not. And, you know, you're eating right, and not know how to combat it. But I remember going to my doctor, who is a functional doctor, naturopathic doctor, and he was like, look, just get this kit. Just take it home, and you send out the results, and then they'll come back. He took care of that. And then I was able to find out that my progesterone levels were, like, they were rock bottom. And so by getting on a bioidentical hormone therapy, I was able to have more energy, and I felt youthful again. I didn't feel, like, foggy.
Yeah.
And I got that back. And this isn't just for women, guys. This is for men, too. Like I told my husband, I'm like, okay, you're getting tested, too, because we need to. We all go through different changes, and maybe what worked in one phase of your life, you know, as we get older, it may not be working anymore. Something else has arisen. So we need to constantly take really good care of our bodies. We really need to take authority over that and not just depend upon, well, you know, this supplement says it's going to be awesome, and it worked for this person. And so, you know, we can't expect everything to work for everyone. And that's what I really like about you and your programs, Leanne. They're very. Even your. When I get your meals in my inbox, I can tell, you know, it's like, do you want this kind of diet? Do you want this kind of diet? It's not like this is what you need to eat.
Well, I think the one thing, too, that we also need to really take a look at is that so first, you know, we are such sheep and followers. And I don't mean that. I don't mean that in the religious way. I mean that in the sense that when somebody says, this is what will, you know, this is it for everybody. Blanket prescription. You need to run because you need to know yourself and you need to know what works. Like, for me, I need at least 6 ounces of protein per meal. So some women, same size as me and everything, 4 ounces is enough. But I found that out because I listened to my body, I monitored it, I kept a food journal, and I Found out where I was sensitive, what I needed to run optimally, and that's up to us to do.
Yeah, Yeah. I think it's funny, I used to get your meals for vegetarians because I didn't eat meat for like, 25 years. And I'm telling you, Leanne, after I turned 45, I was like, I remember the day, like, I smelled this chick fil a sandwich. I was like, I have got to eat some of that chicken. And it was like my body chemistry was like, okay, you've got to be increasing your protein. So I started incorporating chicken and fish. And, you know, it changes.
Well, you know, let's just take a look at our physiology and, you know, for any of the vegetarians out there, and you're doing this, you know, for spiritual, religious reasons or whatever, that's fine. But for people who are doing this for health reasons, some food for thought. First of all, I have a naturopathic doctor friend of mine who said the worst tests that she sees come from vegetarians. She said they're deficient in everything. She said it's awful. My hairdresser said anytime a vegetarian sits down in my chair, I know by touching their hair that they're vegetarians.
That's.
That's another thing. The last thing is that vegetarian, we have to consider our physiology when we decide how are we then supposed to eat. And I think God was very, you know, we are fearfully and wonderfully made. He gave us a set of teeth that is we're omnivores, which means we eat everything. Those canine teeth aren't by accident. Canine teeth are for ripping meat. We only can get B12 from meat sources, some kind of a meat source or, you know, and, you know, the thing is, people go on and on and on about why and the China study and this, that and the other thing. And I've read all of it.
You have. You are just. You take in so much information, you process so much. So I trust your opinion.
Well, I need a resource. It's so funny that you said that. I have two very famous friends who are famous vegans who ended up after, like, the 9 and 12 year mark, waking up, like, obsessed with the idea of eating a steak or a hamburger and just had to do it. And finally they did it. So, you know, it was a very, very, very interesting thing where I think our bodies scream at us. You know, if your hair falling out isn't enough, and if your blood tests aren't enough, your mind's finally going to blow off your head. Just say Give me that Chick Fil a sandwich.
Hey, mama. We'll get right back to the podcast, but did you know there is an entire online university just for moms? If you're ready to get radical results in your life, just go to mommastery.com that's M O M M A S T E r Y. Make sure you check it out and take your free quiz again. That's mommastery.com M O M M A S T E R-Y.com now back to the podcast.
Oh, it's so funny. I ate it. Like, I'm all by myself. I'm outside, I'm like, I'm the sin of the ages. Like, who's gonna see me? It's like, oh, it felt so good.
I know.
Give me another one. I want Chick Fil a.
Bring the nuggets.
Since then, I've started getting, you know, we buy a lot of organic chicken and wild caught fish and, and grill it and I mean, and also I remember talking to a dietitian and she said, you've got to be careful because this is when I was a vegetarian. She said, you got to be careful with your kids because not everyone has the same body chemistry. And I found out my son had a zinc deficiency because we never ate any meat. And so when I started adding that, I mean, you know, he got more energetic. He was. It just, it changed. So I'm absolutely. We are all so different. But our body chemistry does will tell us if we can tune in enough, it'll tell us something's wrong here, we need to do something about it.
Absolutely. You know, the thing is, when what we deem as normal is actually a symptom of something that is a problem. That's one of the issues that I have with allopathic medicine, of course, conventional medicine. Is that so you have, you know, your joints ache. Well, you know, leanne, you're over 50. That's normal.
No, it's not normal.
It means something's amiss. So let's look for why that is. And instead looking for some Advil to cover up the symptom, to find out what's the root cause of the symptom. So we can then take care of things?
Yeah. Why are you having a headache every single day?
Absolutely.
Why can't you remember what your child just came and told you?
Right.
It's so apparent. We see it all the time. And we can't just blame, well, it's my life, so busy, or, you know, all the things that the media tells us we've got to take authority over it. And a lot of it is what we're putting into our bodies and how we're just letting whatever works for someone else. We think that's going to work for us.
Absolutely.
And it doesn't. We're so unique. So when it comes to detoxing and when it comes to like, because a lot of moms and you know, this is. We kind of go the quick route and we don't have time to focus on ourselves a lot. That's what I think. That's what a lot of what we're talking about is. It's like, invest in yourself enough so that you're enough of those people you love the most. Invest in your health. And I think it's so vital. I mean, when I saw those pictures you posted from your daughter's wedding, I'm like, this is what it's about. Like you're there for her. And we value that. We value our family and, and sometimes we devalue ourselves thinking that that's the way to show our family that we care for them. But that is, it's backwards. And we've got to invest in ourselves. We've got to understand the importance of being there to see to fully. I mean, you basically took care of everything when it was your daughter's wedding.
Yeah. Well, you had to, you had everything there.
I mean. Yeah. Single mom, take care of.
I paid for the whole thing. Yeah.
For everything.
Yeah.
And we are so capable of doing so much, but we've got to take care of ourselves.
Well, and, you know, it's so interesting to me that I've seen this a lot and I was one of these women who. I had kind of a moment that I'll never forget when I was. I was wearing a very size, very tight size 18. I was in. Gosh, what's the name of that lady store? Lane Bryant. I was in Lane Bryant. Yeah. And I was, you know, finally facing the fact that these pants, my pants just weren't working anymore. You know, I needed something. And so I, you know, was buying some clothes and things and my, this woman said to me, the sales lady, she said, oh, girl, you know, like, she basically looked at, took one look at the girls and said, we gotta pull these babies up. You know, I was just like, I looked like I belonged on National Geographic, you know. And we're in the. She's. She's measured me, takes it in, takes these bras into the, into the, the dressing room. And here I am standing there in a nursing bra and my children are teenagers. And she looked at me like, what? What's. You know, what's up with this? And it was that belief of not valuing myself enough and thinking that only when I got thinner would I deserve to have a new bra. But it was. It's what we do. We don't feed ourselves well, but we feed our children well. We don't take care of ourselves. We don't do the sleep, we don't do. We don't do anything. And then we wonder, whoa, what happened? You know, why I'm all of a sudden sick? You know?
Yeah. And why am I snapping at my kids all the time? And why do I not value myself? And why am I dressed like this? And we don't see the lit. Like, you didn't wake up one day and say, you know, I think I should buy a nice bra today. It was just the slow creeping in of, you know what? I'm really not that important. And everyone else comes first. And then we wake up and we can't properly be there for those people we love the most because we haven't taken care of ourselves.
Oh. And it's just this. It's this downward spiral, and we feel bad. We feel bad about our parenting, we feel bad about ourselves. We feel bad about our marriages. We feel bad about so many different things, and yet we volunteer the heck out of. You know, we're at church, volunteering, doing everything, trying to make ourselves feel good when it's the basics aren't covered.
Right. Right. We're trying to cover that lack that we have in our lives, that we have created when we can just. If we could just switch the tables, if we could learn how to say no to some of that stuff that's just pulling from us, which you said that we do as a way to fill in some gaps and then go and look at the real gaps that are happening in our lives and quit being so afraid to face it. Quit being afraid to face problems in a relationship or problems in your health or problems not being able to fit into your clothes or problems with your money. Stop being afraid to face it, because nothing changed in my life. And I know. I know the same thing is for you, Leanne. I know the same thing is for you. Nothing changed in your life until you stop the stupid fear and said, no, I'm facing it, and I'm taking action. I'm taking authority. I'm going to do something about it. Nothing will change unless you change.
It's the truth. I mean, you know, one day for Me, it was just, you know, and I have a program about that called Take Back youk Body. I just said, I am going to take back my body because there was nobody else who was going to be able to do that, you know, not one soul. It all had to do with me. So working with the doctor, get the blood tests, they don't lie. They tell you exactly what's going on. They don't care who you are. They don't care if you're 50, you know, years old. They don't care if you're 35. They don't care if you weigh 600 pounds or 150 pounds. All they care about is what the blood work says. So you get the most unbiased opinion looking at those blood tests, man, it's time to have a little wake up call. And that's when you can start to take action and start to do things that are right for you and everybody.
I am going to post a link to Leanne's program. Okay. I will post a link to Leanne's program and make sure I do that because I want to get in. I want to get in, too.
Well, yeah, I'm going to put you in, Hannah. It's the most. It's. It's fantastic. And I love that you're doing a detox because I really believe, you know, detoxes are something that we, that we need to do mentally, physically, spiritually.
Right, right.
And, you know, it starts with food. We really, you know, starting with the very, very basic thing. I mean, drink your water, eat, eat the good food that you know is out there. There's so many different philosophies. Find the one that fits you, fits your paradigm and fits your family, and that's not gonna kill you in preparation, etcetera, as well. I mean, come on, let's go. We have so much time. But I always say to people who say, I just don't have time you as much time as Beyonce does. Beyonce has 24 hours in a day.
I know.
You know, and I know she's got people to help her, but she's out there doing epic music and things like that. You might not agree with her, but I always look at her and just say, man, that girl's tearing it up. So if she can do it, I can do it.
Yes.
If you can take care of business. If she can take care of business, so can we.
Yeah.
You know?
Yeah. And the thing is, time is energy. And if you really take back your body and if you start taking care of yourself, you're gonna find you have more time because you have more energy. And what you do, you're more focused in it. You get more gratification out of it. You get more gratification out of your relationships and your life and your perspective. Just like that whole downward spiral. It's an upward spiral.
It certainly is.
All of a sudden, you start saying, you know what? I'm taking charge of my money. I'm getting out of debt. I'm investing in this relationship. We're going to go on this marriage retreat. We're good. I mean, it is an upward spiral, but you got to kick it into gear. You really do. No one's gonna do it for you.
You know, and it can start as simply as, you know, one of the things that we do and take back your body is everybody gets what we call an lrn, which is a little red journal. And in those journals, you put your aha moments. You write down the food. If you're having a problem, you can't see, why am I stuck here. You write all your food and your liquid down so you know where you are. It's just whatever it is. But one of the things that we always have to do, too, we have to start with gratitude. Starting with gratitude and seeing all the abundance of everything that we have been given will start to turn around those negative thoughts that we have and start to turn around the negative behaviors that we have as well. So I think that's just. You know, yesterday I was at the gym. I hadn't been to the gym in a long time. Right now I'm dressed in my gym clothes because I said, this is ridiculous. I was looking at my gym, and it's such a beautiful gym. It's really nice. And I was thinking, I pay for this. I don't show up. And what is that saying? That's just basically like thumbing your nose at God and saying, I really don't appreciate all this abundance you've given me.
Right, right.
You know, it's like somebody handing you this beautiful goblet filled with, you know, the most precious whatever to drink, and you just go, no, not interested.
Yeah, yeah, just toss it on the floor. And that's truly what God has given you. And he says in his word, I put before you life and death.
Yeah.
Choose life that you may live. It is a choice we can't just go through and say, well, God take care of me. God fix this. And God do this for me. He's like, make better choices, sweetheart. I've given you the power to do it. I've given you the authority to do it. Now do it. And God shows up, Leanne, you know that. I mean, when you start really valuable and support it, when you start investing yourself, when you start caring, for crying out loud, God shows up and he's like, you're not alone. You're not alone in this. I'm going to help you do it. I'm going to help you get out of that funk. I'm going to help you grow into a new place of prosperity and abundance. But you got to make that choice.
Well, you know, excuse me. He gives us so many tools. And one of the things that I think is a neglected tool that we don't look at is our own physiology, in that we get depressed and we get down in the dumps or whatever it is, and we just start, you know, we start this, like, slumping over, feeling bad, talking in a low tone. How are things? Well, you know, blah, blah, blah. Excuse me. That's a complete setup. We need to take control of our physiology. And something very interesting. This woman, last name is Karahee. And one of the things that she showed people is that your physiology can exist. It can change the way you stand, your body language can actually change your entire physiology.
Have you seen that TED Talk, the superhero.
Excuse me, Wonder Woman.
I love that superhero stance. And it does. It changes everything. Getting into that proper stance. I think it was Tony Robbins. I heard him talking about how you could. Your physiology, like, your motion creates your emotion, your physiology. If you can, like, alter that state, you will alter your mental state as well. And that's. And that's the way it works. Like, when we can. And it's physiological, we can take authority over it instead of just, you know, getting gut punched by life. We can stand up straight, we can take authority, we can say, you know, I'm in charge, and luck stops here.
Totally. I'm sorry. I swallowed water the wrong way and I can't swallow.
Oh, I hate that. I hate that when that happens. Well, we're actually running up on the end of our interview, which is fine, but it's so funny because I'm serious, guys, I'm so happy that you guys have gotten on and you're joining the conversation. And a lot of people have seen that TED Talk, which is awesome. Yeah, I love that. And I'm going to be posting the link to Leanne's program because we have got to take back our bodies, because our energy is our life, and we're not just living for ourselves. These are moms here we are living for future generations. We are such a pivotal powerhouse that we've got to take care of ourselves.
Absolutely.
So I love that this goes hand in hand with the whole detoxing. It's really like taking authority. Like, no, no more stops here. This is my body.
Put your hands on your waist and you go, wonder Woman girl, let's do that thing.
Well, Leanne, thank you so much. I'm so grateful you're here. And come back to the Facebook page. I'm going to be posting a link to her program. Get involved with that. If you have not gotten into the Detox dare, make sure you're doing that as all free. Detoxdair.com we have a workbook we're working through and I love it. I love seeing women take authority.
Amen, sister. So listen, I will get you all that information. I'll get you your link. And just know that if anybody goes to savingdinner.com and they decide that they're going to get that, if you put Hannah in the promo code, we'll make sure that you get the discount because we are giving $100 off discount to this program for your folks.
Dog, right? Hot dog.
Hot dog, sister. But don't jump again. I'm just saying that, should anybody just say I want this right now? It's a year long program. We have a private Facebook group. It's an awesome program. I created it because I wanted to make sure we have women with amazing testimonials and stories with weight loss and all this other stuff. But I just want to make sure that you get the proper link so that you can get the discount via Hannah.
Yes.
Help me, Hannah.
I'll help you. I'll get you 100 bucks off.
There you go. See, she's the gal.
All right, cool. So where can they go and they put in Hannah and the promo code. They go to savingdinner.
If you go to savingdinner.com and you hit the, if you go into, I don't know, if you go to savingdinner.com you'll see on the top it has the store. Just go to the store. It'll have the take back your body program. Click on that link and you're going to see it there. It's going to say that it is $297, but it's $197. If you put in the promo code Hannah, it should automatically do it. If it doesn't, don't worry, we will take care of it and refund you that money. Because.
Right.
You know, we're in the midst of doing that right now.
That's a year long program for 297.
It's a year long. Yeah. And it's phenomenal. Well, what we do, and this is one of the reasons, I was thinking.
A thousand bucks or more.
No, no, no, it's 297. But for your listeners, we're going to do. And your people will do 197. And here's the thing. We go through different challenges because we're constantly challenging the body to change things up so that your body doesn't get used to anything. And we're also training you on our menu software so that you can pick and choose your own thing so you're not stuck with just whatever Leanne says. For heaven's sake. We do lives just for everybody. And there's a whole mindset thing. You betcha.
You are the bomb. As my son would say. You are the bomb. Edu. Edu. We just do so much educating. Thank you so much, Leanne. I love you. Thanks for working through all this difficulty. We have this. But we did it. We did just sets the standard for how we do everything in life. Hey, if it's hard, that means it's going to be worth it. So you betcha keep on going after it. Thank you so much and I'm so, so proud of everyone who is taking action on this and plugging in and putting in the work and valuing themselves because you are going to be blessed like crazy.
Amen.
