Here's the big how are these average, everyday moms getting radical results in their lives? How are they able to transform their health, money, families, homes, and have fun doing it? The trick. Check this out. We're not average. I'm Hannah Keeley, and I'm going to spill our secrets and answer your questions. And right now in that mom show. All right, hello, everyone. It's Hannah Keeley, and I've got my good friend Liz Benny here, and she's going to talk about her awesomeness and helping people live the kapow life, and she's going to explain what that is. But before we do that, I need to tell everyone how I actually met Liz Benny and I knew we were going to be friends for life. And we're both at an event, didn't even know each other, you know, like total strangers, and we managed to just bump into each other while we're both doing the electric slide on stage, you know, during a break. And here we are dancing together, you know, making sure we got the right moves down, checking each other, making sure we look, you know, swag enough. And I realized this woman's amazing. She's just got that energy. She's got something extraordinary. And didn't know the half of it until I actually stalked her online. I'm not a creeper, I promise. And found out a little more about how amazing she is and how she helps women. Everyone. You know, my thing is moms. She knows that. But she helps people understand their greatness and step into it. So I wanted her to share right now some of those nuggets to help you realize that there really are no limitations, are there, Liz?
Oh, my gosh. Well, firstly, what an incredible introduction. Thank you so much for that. And so I just need to put the record straight. Hold the phone here for a second. You said that we were both checking each other's moves out, and we were both, like, looking to make sure each other were, like, doing it. Oh, hell no. That's not what happened.
What happened is I didn't know what.
I was doing, and I begged you for help. I'm like, please help me here. I don't know what I'm doing. And we were like, line dancing. No, you were line dancing. And I was struggling miserably to walk on the stage.
Well, that's what I meant by checking each other's moves out, because I checked out your moves. I was like, this woman needs a little guidance here. And so a lot of guidance.
Let's be honest.
Okay, Totally honest. Liz, you're Amazing. Thank you so much.
It's kind of a really. Thank you so much. And so are you. That's a really good segue, probably into this, like, because there are so many people, like, I sucked at line dancing. I don't know what I was doing. So everyone watching this right now, if you think that you suck as a mum or you suck as a business person or you suck in life at something, it's okay to suck and it's okay to ask for help. So that's probably a really. Like, I seriously was up on stage. There were like 4,000 people there, and I'm like, I was not dancing. It was awkwardly walking. That's what it was.
Well, you make awkward walking look good.
Well, I've got the photographic proof of what was going on. It was not. Anyway, so here's the thing. Hey, everyone, my name is Liz Benny. I'm from Christchurch, New Zealand. If you're trying to work out what my accent is, I do speak very, very, very fast. I got a support ticket yesterday from a person in New Zealand who complained about how fast I talk, and she said it was culturally not right for me to speak so fast. And we had a lovely conversation back with that lady, and we told her to politely go away. Here's the thing. I do talk fast. I'm very passionate about what I do. My big goal and mission in life is to help a billion people in the world live incredible lives. That's one in seven people in the world. And I firmly believe that I can do that. It might not be by the time I die, but certainly with the legacy I build, that is the goal. So, yeah, that all sounds very, very, very grandiose and massive. And like, you're like, oh, my gosh. Okay, cool. Liz Benny, I'm about to tune out. Because that sound, if you're sitting there right now going, yeah, but what about me? I'm sitting here. I'm a mom, I've got two kids. I'm struggling to pay rent. I'm in a job that I hate. I'm my husband and I just not connected. Life is not good. Let me just tell you right now that a couple of years ago, and it really wasn't so long ago, I did not have a home. And I hope it's okay to say on your show, I am married to an incredible person who happens to be a woman. And she was in hospital. The kids just was not good in any way, shape or form in terms of, like, her mum was dying with cancer. We didn't have a Home, our clients, like, in our business, our clients started to shrivel up. And I was desperately trying to change our situation because where I was in, I was in a moldy house that was literally rolling down the hill. And like, when I say rolling down the hill, I mean that there were these massive earthquakes in Christchurch. And the majority of our houses, like, we had a massive housing shortage. So we didn't have good houses in any way, shape or form. The house that I lived in had no bricks on the outside. So normally you have like, you have, you have like a. I don't know, like you have struts and stuff. And then you have like the pre framing stuff and then you put something really solid on the outside to keep the winter out. There was nothing. It was just a tiny little piece of wood and that's all. So I literally have pictures of us putting masking tape on the holes in our house. So when people look at me and they go, oh, my gosh, like, you've made so much money and like, you're all this. And I'm like, it took a lot to get here. A lot of gumption, a lot of courage, a lot of tears. And I want to like everyone watching this right now. I want you to know that there will be people miles ahead down the track, and there will be people who trigger you because you're like, ah, like, I want to be like them, but I could never be like them because of da da da da da and all those because statements. I want you to be very mindful of those because statements because they're holding you back from your life. What we do as people is we tend to judge our backstage because you know what, it's like, the kitchen's dirty, the kids, like, you haven't folded, the kids washing. Heck, when was the last time that your kids even had a bath? Like all of that crazy stuff, right? We tend to judge our backstage by everyone's front stage. And in this day and age in social media, it's so easy to see what we think we see.
Right? Right, Right.
So moms watching right now. You are absolutely amazing and want to help make sure in this segment today that I help serve you. Hannah, I'm going to give you the, like, you interview me, ask whatever you feel you need to ask me in order to serve these amazing women who follow you.
Yeah, well, I want to talk about that because you, I love how raw you are and how real because I think a lot of people today, especially in social media, are like, look at me, look at my Jet. Look at my life. Look at my awesome kids and their matching vineyard vines. And then here we are, you know, like, please do not take my kids anywhere where they'll take their shoes off, because you're going to see unmatched socks with holes in there. They're probably dirty. They probably found them on the floor. Like, all of these things that we pile on ourselves because we feel like we need to qualify somehow and understand that there's no. I just don't believe in overnight success, real lasting success. You have to work your way there. And you and I have both seen examples of people who have been shoved in to success, and it completely crushed them. And so what I want you, first of all, just your story. I love your story, how you did not give up. And I want moms to understand who are here right now and who are listening to this, that no matter what situation you're in, you're not stuck there. You're only stuck there if you decide there's nothing better. And you can always. God will give you that strength, that wisdom to make it through that and to be stronger on the other end. Because look at what happened in your life. Look what happened in my life. Look what happened in so many people's lives who are like, you know what? I'm not going to go by what I'm seeing right now. Yeah. I'm seeing, like my house rolling down the hill. I'm seeing like, nothing in my bank account. I'm seeing someone struggling in the hospital. I can see it, but I don't have to camp out there. You know, when we go through a valley, we go through it and we get to the other side. I love that you are helping people. Not just. I mean, you are helping people grow businesses and succeed wildly financially, but you are also helping people understand that this life is to be enjoyed, to be involved. Oh, my gosh.
Look, this. This excites me so, so, so, so, so very much. I want to tell you all an incredible story about one of my clients. Her name is Lauren Gordon. And when she came into my. One of my programs and the reason why I'm stumbling there, if you were like, oh, Liz didn't say the program. It's because I. Whenever I'm on a podcast like this, I always massively respect who's interviewing me, because that's just the way it should be done. And. Okay, so Lauren is an incredible, amazing, amazing, amazing mom. She came into one of my programs and she was like. She knew she had a better version of herself to live out she didn't know how to do it.
Right.
Right. Three amazing kids. She came there with a vision and a mission to make sure. Because her fundamental belief is that mom should not have to choose between. Between money or their children.
Right.
It's. You can do both. And there are so many people, you know, out there helping incredible people in the market. So Lauren is the reason why I'm using. Lauren is a really cool thing, is because you mentioned how that, you know, I help people build businesses. And then you said, but it's about the life stuff too. So it's amazing because as people grow internally, the external results show up. And most people, oh, yeah. But when I have more money. When I have more money, and it's this. And I'm like, ah, you're repelling the freaking money. Stop. Yes. Nobody's gonna give you money when you're desperate. Like, it's just not the way it works. So humility, faith centeredness, and knowing who you are and what your offerings are into the world. And that's from a business standpoint, but you can also do that from a mom standpoint, too. Like, faith here. Honestly, faith in business is one of the most core, crucial, essential things. And whether you believe in God, spirit, universe, it does not matter. You might believe in. It doesn't matter who you call the higher power or the higher power or that. It really doesn't matter. Here's the thing, is that if you feel like it's all on you, it's all on you.
Yeah.
And it's a heavy, heavy, heavy load to bear.
God never meant for us to bear that. I mean, my faith as a Christian is through Jesus and God's word and how. And he talks about faith. But here's the deal, Liz. The laws work for anyone.
Yes.
You know, and that's what I. I'm like, you know, shaking people of faith. I'm saying, don't, you know, you got access to this? Like, God wants.
Tap in, say hello, pray, ask for help. Like, if you feel like it's all on you, it's a very lonely road. But, like, I genuinely have done this so many times when I've gone, okay, I'm feeling alone. Okay, what do I need to do? Stop. Like, is this all. And if I. And then I asked myself this question. If I truly believe that my life, that an incredible life is possible for me, because I can see it's over there.
If I truly believe that's possible, then.
What if I got to do to make sure that that comes in and number one, Is faith.
Right?
I've got to have faith that that is actually like if I believe it, then I've got to have faith. Because here's the thing is it's not going to necessarily show it straight away.
Right.
It's not going to land in your bank account straight away.
Right.
But your first client mind, your first application, your first child, your first success with, you know, like you, instead of your kid peeing in the bed, they, they woke up and they went to the bathroom. These are successes along the way.
Yeah, yeah. But you mentioned, you mentioned something and I want to call attention to that because you said I had. I could see it. I could see my future self that I felt that God had given me a vision for. This could be you, Liz. This could be you, Hannah. And here's what I think. A lot of times in coaching moms, they have a picture of what could be possible, but then it's almost like it's behind a locked door. But that's not for me. But it is. It is. Even the Bible says it is for whosoever believes. Like if you can get that belief.
That is such a cool, accessible.
It is for whoever so believes. Yeah.
That statement in and of itself is worth a million dollars worth of coaching.
It is.
Because here's the thing is that a lot of people came to me straight away like after I started to become success now, like, oh my gosh, where did this lesbian girl come from? And then she must be successful because she's all power. You're all over the place. I'm like, took a lot of courage to become this because do you know how many like we call bright lights, dark shadows, the moths come on in. Right. Like, ah. I've had my fair share of haters and slanderers and people that say untruths to tear me down. Yeah, that's part of is. It is, it is.
You can't escape that.
No, you can't. So you must be prepared for it though, right? And you, your power and your conviction and your faith to get through that and honesty and integrity and all of those good things as well. Here's the thing that I will say is that people used to. People started coming to me like, how are you doing that? How are you doing? And I'm like, like, I didn't know it wasn't possible.
I am so grateful that I wasn't smart enough in school to think it wasn't possible. Like, I basically lived in my little clueless bubble in special ed classes thinking, I guess I can do Any person can do it. I guess I can do anything. I start, I was nine years old selling subscriptions to the Positive Mental Attitude newsletter in my neighborhood, which like what 9 year old does that kind of stuff?
And so weird 9 year old that believes in herself.
It's just I'm grateful that I wasn't smart enough to tear to create limitations for myself.
And I want to speak to that point right now because like that is brilliant point. And what I will say is the very first time that I saw success in my life was when I got out of my own ego. I got out of my own way. I let perfectionistic Virgo, black and white thinking Liz. I let her take a backseat for a little while and I actually did step into faith and I hired a coach. And I was like, right, this has to work.
Yeah, it has to. It has to.
It must. And my big thing right now, like, I like, it was a must through Helen high water. It was getting. And believe me, it was tough. I remember it like genuinely being like, I just, I don't know how much more of this I can bear.
Yeah.
I don't know how many more failure points I can, I can feel. But I also know that I'm not freaking giving up. And here's why. Because I made a promise to myself that I was not going to see. And I had a carrot and I had a stick. And my stick was this. And this is, this is, this is how I drove myself. Had a vision for the future. That was a must. And I had a stick that if I did not take action, the stick was going to be my regret. And the stick was horrible. So I had a stick. If you think about it's a horrible analogy, but the donkey like going after the carrot, right. And then somebody like, it's a horrible analogy. But you. Yeah. I do not promote animal abuse in any way, shape or form.
We love donkeys.
We love donkeys dot com.
Yep.
Buy that domain, it'll be a good one. Don't buy that domain, it won't be a good one. But what I will say is that I was anchored in my in like I had to do it through hell and high water. I had to do it. So my forward goal was, in fact, I'm going to start with, with the stick first. My beautiful, amazing wife, Christy. And I like, it was like, God just brought us together. Like, you girls have to be together because you have to like, you have big things to do in the world. I'm like, yeah, this is kind of weird. And like, have to go through all of the family stuff of what that was not fun in any way, shape or form. Let me just tell you right now, that was not fun.
Yeah.
I wouldn't wish that pain upon anyone.
Yeah.
What I will say is though, like, I had faith that it was the right thing because everything lined up, every single thing lined up for that relationship to just. That's what happened and that's what must be. Okay. Cool. And that's the version of Liz Benny that's showing up in this world right now to do what Liz Benny is destined to do in the world right now. Okay.
Right.
But I had assigned this big thing of like my stick was this. Well, Christie's fallen in love with me and like if I don't do something, she's going to be poor. She's going to like 10 years from now. She's like, I looked at her, we were in a, we were in a, like a house that was cold. She had to wear thermal underwear and a puffer J it inside the house because of how cold it was inside the house. Yeah.
Yeah.
So I looked there and went, if I don't do anything that's going to be here in 10 years and she's going to regret falling in love with me. I'm going to go through divorce. It's not going to be good. It's going to be absolutely horrible. It's. I have to do something now. Yeah. I have these skills, the ability, so I've got the experience, the expertise to change our financial situation. Right.
Right.
Or I must. Now am I putting all the onus on me to make it work? I incorrectly did. So I'm just going to call myself out on that. Until I took way too much emotional responsibility upon myself and I'm unlearning some of that now. So just saying, hey, I'm not perfect, but I acted imperfectly and got incredible results. So I had my stick, my carrot. My forward goal was I imagined her in our brand new house baking because she loves baking. She loves providing. She loves, that's what makes her feel happy. She loves people. Like watching people like bite into a cookie, she's like, like, oh my gosh, it's amazing. And that just fills her with so much joy. Like so I imagine that. And right now, a couple of years later, I'm living in a. Just this, I'm saying this for success story for you all to know. Right.
Not to impress. She's not impressing, she's depressing upon you.
Yeah. So this is. You won't get Ego you'll go get. You get real, real honest from me, the house I'm in right now, it's not one of those Hollywood mansions that you see. And I purposely choose to do that because I don't need. I have big goals and missions to give back in the world. However, I am living in a very nice house that is 100% paid off. I am debt free, mortgage free, and like, there's not one piece of money that is owed to a bank or to anyone. My car is paid off and I'm 38 years old.
So. Good.
And I say that because it's possible for anyone. Now what I will say is that after you make your first big success, then comes another sort of a. Like, oh, wow, like, what now? So my big thing now is see these things here.
Yeah.
My big why?
Because even on the podcast she's got bracelets on.
So yeah, everyone on the podcast you can go through to, it's. These are called loci beads. L O K A I loci Loci dot com. And there is a blue one that I'm wearing and a white one. The blue one is one that is a charity water one. So everyone must have a why. Like, the only reason why I made it the first time around is you have to be anchored in why you're freaking well doing in the first place. If you're airy fairy about that and if you're like, yeah, I kind of want to have a better situation, you're kind of not going to get better results.
Right, right, right. So true.
Yeah. So for me, like, I once we made it, I'm like, well, Cristy was my why.
Yeah.
Oh, crap, we made it. Now what am I going to do? Oh, okay. So things needed to change and I've literally been in what I call the Kapow cave. I'm in the Kapow cave right now. And I've been revolutionizing the way that I do business and. And I turned to the concept of peaceful profits. So everything that I'm doing in my life, in my business is all about peaceful profits. It's all about making sure the profits go to people that need the profits. It's all about making sure that my education goes to people that need the education. And life is. Life is different now. Life is good.
Wow, that's so powerful. What a powerful why. I remember and I want to call attention to Liz. I know that you had that strong why.
Okay.
Your family, like, you had to establish that for the people you love. And my why is the same Thing I remember our electricity van turned out, you know, because I couldn't pay the bill. And we weren't, my husband and I, we just weren't bringing in the money. And electricity turned out bankruptcy, like everything. Couldn't afford to feed our children. And I knew I had to do something. But what I want to call attention to is if you think in your mind that, well, as soon as I get to this point, it will be okay. You've got to in your mind, and I want to tell you a really, really super short story. But in your mind, you have to already have that joy now. You have to be so firmly anchored, just like you said, Liz, that it's going to happen. Like it's inevitable, that you can embrace that joy and that gratitude now and then that pulls you into that place because it's not going to be better there. You're going to be the same person. So if you can have that gratitude and that joy now, you just hasten it to you. My son actually edits all the podcasts and everything, so he listens to everything. And he came to me the other day, he's like, mom, all those nights, like when we had soup and stuff, were we poor? I loved it. I said, you didn't know it, did you? He said, but we were always so happy. I said, yes, that's. Seriously, I'm so excited that you say that because we were in exactly the same situation. The kids didn't know we were poor.
They had no concept. We would go out on these shimmy shimmy walks. We would, like, go foraging for food. This is so fun.
I'm like, yes, it's good.
Anyway.
And we used to have so much fun.
We used to have sandwich picnics in the middle of the forest. We used to get 10 DVDs for $10. They were all like the 10 year old ones because we couldn't afford to get the $7 one for like two nights. We got 10 DVDs for a week. The DVDs this is before Netflix.
This is baked the dice to the bakery thrift store where you could get like bread for less than a dollar because it was like old bread. And that was like the greatest excursions. Like, yeah, we're going to the bread store. Oh, I completely get it.
And it's fun. And the kids never know. But if you can find joy in the hard times, seriously, oh, my gosh.
But until you can, you're not. You're going to be so disgruntled, so frustrated, so full of stress that instead of Anchoring yourself into what could be. You're going to anchor yourself into what is. And that's going to keep. You're going to keep going back to that and back to that, because that's where all your energy is. You're frustrated, you're stressed out, you're like, well, as soon as my husband starts respecting me, our marriage will be good. Or as soon as I can get this house decluttered, I'll enjoy living here. Or as soon as I get a car.
It's called the I'll be happy when syndrome. Yes, it is the worst place. Look, if you want better results in your life, everyone watching this or anyone listening to this right now, please listen to this one thing. Like you're listening to two people who, who know this one to be true. Please listen. And this is hard because when you're in it, when you're in the thick of it, it is hard to hear these words. And I want to acknowledge if you're finding it hard to listen to these words or see these words, it's hard.
It's like, yes.
But I just want you to maybe have a little bit of faith and go, okay, I'm gonna try this one on. Because these girls sound a bit happy, a little bit crazy. But also, these girls are serving their market, right? And the people they're serving are getting results. Maybe step into this and go, you know what? Like, I'm going to forget the story of when the nagging. The nagging, you know what? Four weeks from now. Project your mind out four weeks from now. I call this any year thinking. So if I'm having a troubled time right now and I go, well, any year, like, genuinely any year, this is not going to be this. This problem that I have right now. It's not going to be of any consequence in any way, shape or form. It's really not. So if I project my mind out a year from now and I go, well, their version of Liz Beanie, what will she think about this? How would she. How would she process what's going on here? Well, she wouldn't be emotional about it. She'd make the decision. She'd go, abc, and there is D. And then it's off.
Yeah. And she would understand. It's just a blip on the screen.
Amen.
If my future self would come out, she's like, girl, chill. Like, you're gonna get here, Chill my.
Mastermind clients right now.
But it's gonna work out. I remember. And I totally just like you, Liz. I want to respect those People who are like, but you don't get it. I am. I can't take it anymore. You sure can. You sure can. I remember, like, there were days when I would say, today, just today, I am going to give it everything. I am going to embrace joy. I am going to be grateful. It is going to be an amazing day. I am just going to do today. And sometimes that is all you can do. And then you start mastering these techniques and you start getting your footing. But if you think it's not possible, it's not. But here's the deal with you and me, Liz. We really thought it was inevitable. Like, oh, it's gonna happen. It's just a matter of time, but it's gonna happen. And so if you can get so solid in that and know that it's inevitable, like, I remember one person told me, it starts out impossible. It becomes improbable, and then it becomes inevitable. And you just keep on that road. You're gonna arrive, but how are you going to arrive? That's the important thing. You're gonna take you everywhere you go.
Oh, yeah. This is powerful stuff. Like, everyone watching this, listening to this right now. I would invite you right now to imagine your better future. Imagine your life. Imagine what it is that you want to create, you know, six months from now, and start living in that. Start feeling that now. Start allowing yourself to really dream that that is a possibility that can happen. Say, is the longer you anchor yourself in the im, in the fact that it's not possible.
Right.
Your neural pathways, you're actually doing yourself damage in terms of your desired result because you're anchoring in the neural association and the neural pathway. This is set in science.
Yeah, totally.
It. Like, you are setting. You're anchoring in the fact that it's not possible. It's not. I can't do it. No, no, no. And then it's going to take you acting differently. Psychologists say it's going to take you acting differently 30 times to anchor in a new neural pathway right now. Is it worth you making a commitment to anchoring that in differently to get that thing that you want six months from now? Is it worth it?
Yeah.
Yeah. Right. And if we just cut it down to what it is, it's just the raw, real, honest truth here. It's just thinking differently, acting differently.
Right, Right. It really does come down to what's going on between your ears.
Most people will not do this, the inner work, yet those same people want better results, better life, more love, more love. Making more money, more connection. More travel, more of what they.
More impact.
Impact, yeah. Yet they won't do what it is, just the basic stuff.
People want to know what's the trick? What's. What's the thing on Pinterest? Like, give me the list. But here it is. It's really what Liz said is learning to think the way your future self will think. And you. And until you can do that, you'll be. You'll continue to bump up against a wall. Like, you really have to believe. Believe that that is possible for you. First of all, that is possible, and then that is possible for you. And then like we talked about at the very beginning, and likely that we're coming full circle. You're not alone in this. There's you. No one has ever achieved success in isolation. That's why I coach. That's why Liz coaches. Because. And it becomes. And correct me if I'm wrong, Liz, but I think I can speak for you, that it starts out, I want this success for me, for my loved ones, and then all of a sudden, it's for so many other people that you're serving, and it becomes such a bigger thing. At first, it's like, I'd like to pay my electricity bill. All of a sudden, you're seeing the impact that God has positioned you for, and that's what drives you right now. You're just. You know, you're. You're into peaceful profits. Like, that's your thing, is you're giving back. What would happen if you had never believed, first of all, that you could do it?
I would be in a very horrible house looking at my wife, who is in a puffer jacket, a $100 cheap puffer jacket that we got, which, by the way, we still have. And I wear them to the gym. I'm not one of those millionaires that goes, I'm gonna go and buy a Lamborghini. Like, really?
What?
No. Or rent a Lamborghini. I don't do that.
Rent a Lamborghini. Or video to put.
For goodness sake. Like, get real. And a lot of people like watching this right now. Please understand, too. You're being marketed to every single day. Go back to what your truths are of what you actually want, not what you think your dad wants you to have, your mum wants you to have, or what you think you should have so that the people in your neighborhood will think that it doesn't freaking matter. It doesn't in any way, shape or form. What I will tell you is that the people. Because I've seen it. I've lived. I've seen it. The people who outwardly project to have the incredible lives, quite often mortgaged to the hilt. They've got three, four cars on payments, the bills, the stress of their life, that they are outwardly projecting everything. It's just not worth it.
It's just. And it's not about the grind. It's not. It's not about the grind and how many hours you can put in. It's truly about what's going on between your ears. It's about getting that mindset that, you know what? I'm here one time. God placed me here one time. Am I really going to live in a corner thinking that that's not supposed to be my life? What can you dream? Liz dreamed it was possible. And I believe there's a dream inside of you. I believe there's a dream inside of everyone. Are you gonna let it live or is it gonna die with you? I think that's what it comes down to, is believing that is possible.
And what I will say, everyone, is that just because you're watching two people who outwardly might think, like, you might be looking at us right now and going, oh, my gosh, they're so confident. This is amazing. They must have all their crap together all the time. I can almost guarantee you right now that Hannah does not have her crap together all the time. Every part of Hannah. Life will not be perfect.
No guaranteed guarantee all day.
It's guaranteed. This is called life. Yes. And if anyone says that they have all the parts of their life together, like run, they're lying.
Run as fast as you can.
Yeah. So literally, I'm sitting here right now. Yeah. Oh, yeah. It's just the way. So what I would invite you to do is be an active listener and an active learner, too, because I literally am writing my own notes from this conversation. I say, what would Liz in a year think? And I'm like, that's a really cool thing. That is actually the way to think. But what. How can I put it up there so that this challenge that I'm currently going through. Yeah, Like, I'm. I'm always being reminded of that. So as I'm going through my current challenge. Yeah.
Yeah.
Because I have challenges because I'm alive. If I put that up there and I'm reminded, like, what would listen. Would. Would listening here think this or this? Well, she would think this. Oh, well, maybe do that then, and.
Sit with her for a while. Sit with that future version of yourself and get her wisdom on the situation.
Amen.
Yeah.
So be, I guess the point there is nobody's perfect. And also be a student. Like, write notes, write things down, have a notebook and take what, whatever is of this podcast or this video for you. Like whatever the key message is. Write it down. Yeah, like really, truly write it down if you want. Like, here's the thing, is that this has just cost you. Literally this has just cost you around 40 minutes or 35 minutes of your time. You can't get your time back, so you might as well reap a reward for the time you've already invested in this podcast. You might as well get paid for it.
I love it. Yeah, it's beautiful. Yes. So wrapping up. Thank you so much, Liz, because you're not just a story, you're an inspiration. And I appreciate you being so real, so raw and just letting people know it's possible for them. So just like Liz said, take something out of this and make it work for you. Maybe just today you can consult your future self. Okay, what do I do about this? How can I change my perspective? Maybe you can start developing gratitude for where you are right now. There's always something to be thankful for. But I know when you start doing that work between the ears, things are going to change. They did for Liz, they did for me. They've done for so many of our friends. And I know it's going to happen for you, too. Thank you so much.
You're so very, very welcome.
