Chapters
Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Neurobytes Podcast, where we talk about everything AI and automations. My name is Helena, and I am your host for this podcast. And today we have John Lomberger with us, and he is the founder and CEO of Acquisition AI. It's a super cool AI tool that helps you do AI lead generation, and I can't wait to dive more in detail about this particular tool with you and talk about AI lead gen in general. So welcome, John, first of all, to, to the show.
Oh, thanks for having me. I'm happy to be here.
Yeah. As we're getting started, do you want to give everyone a little bit of a background on yourself and how you stumbled upon the idea of building an AI lead gen software?
Sure. I've been in the SEO field since before it even had a name. We didn't even know what to call it when I started doing SEO. And, you know, SEO over the years has gotten more and more difficult because just the sheer volume of people and the competitors, it's really become what they call bloody water. It's no longer a blue water industry. So with AI coming in, it's opened up a lot of opportunities to do things that we could never really do before. So, taking advantage of that or actually looking at that as an opportunity and figuring out how to take advantage of it is what we have done with Acquisitionaire. It's a new product line. My main company is Internet Dominators and we do all kinds of stuff, but AI is kind of the new flavor of the week, as you know. And so, this is a new product that we've developed. For lead generation. What I've realized over the years is with SEO, that's all people really wanted. Nobody really wanted SEO. They want the lead gen. They want the people that are ready to purchase their products. So I've figured out a way that we can just sidestep all the turmoil and all the pain and frustration of SEO and just give them what they really want. Which is people that are ready to purchase their products. And a really— this is a really kind of unique combination that really takes SEO at its core, which is search. And that's what people have been trying to do over the years is they've been taking the search traffic, trying to turn it into leads. And it's a long, painful process. So with Acquisitionaire, We can do it on demand. There's no waiting for SEO. There's no cost and expense of going through all that, and there's no big Google that could just take it all away from you whenever they want to. So it's really kind of cool. What we're doing is we're monitoring search across the internet. So when somebody goes to search for one of your keywords, What we do is we look and we follow them around and we see what else they look at.
Okay.
Because we don't want just people doing a one-time search. That's a looky-loo. We want actual real prospects, people that are in market looking to purchase. So we follow them around and as soon as they consume 2 pieces of relevant content, and what I mean by consume is they've read it, they've, they've actually pulled up another webpage that was related to the search that you're interested in. Then we call them an in-market lead. Once we've identified them, and we use AI to do all of this.
Okay.
So, it's the AI is doing the hard work. And once we've identified them, once the AI has learned, okay, hey, this person, we know enough about this person that this person has a very high likelihood of purchasing based on this keyword. Then It goes and it connects to big eye data sources. And it, I mean, big, I got that messed up, big data sources. And it follows them with their marketing ID. So it matches them up against their identity inside those big data sources. And we actually purchase their contact information, including name, email, Physical address, phone number, and we can send that to you in real time while this person's actually looking at this content online. So you could email them instantaneously.
Wow.
It's almost like mind reading. I mean, imagine if you were looking for something and then all of a sudden the little flag goes up, you've got an email, and it's somebody telling you something about what you're actually looking for. It's like mind reading.
Interesting.
It's much more powerful than just SEO, and it just eliminates all the problems. It's kind of like a dream come true for marketers, especially marketers that know how to do email marketing.
Right. So let's take a look at this from a concrete example. Let's say you and I talked about this offline. Let's say I was looking for a house. and I wanted to buy a house, let's say, in Southern California, I go on Zillow and I look up houses in Orange County. And so now I entered that into my search bar. Is it tracking by cookies, or do I have to be logged into my Zillow account for it to start tracking my searches?
No, it's actually based on marketing ID. So the cookie thing, they're about to cut that out. So all the technologies that are operating on cookies is very much in danger right now.
Hmm.
So when you get a new computer, it's almost impossible for you to even connect a computer and set it up and use it without creating a marketing ID. So everyone has one. And it's based on the marketing idea of how we're following you around. And that marketing ID is attached to your identity. Your identity is attached to big data sources where you have opted in online for different things and agreed to accept marketing materials.
Wow.
So if you haven't agreed to accept marketing materials, then we exclude you.
Got it.
So we only want to send prospects that have agreed to receive marketing materials. And it's legitimate and it's legal and all of that.
So, absolutely. So I have just put into the search that I'm looking for a house in Orange County. And then now I didn't do any— I looked, scrolled through the list, and then I exited out of Zillow.
Now you're not qualified as a lead.
Oh, okay. So what do you mean by I have to look at 2 pieces of materials? There's 2 pieces of material on that website?
Or that website or any other website. Like, you could literally run that search today for a house in Orange County, and you're on our radar. So we're watching to see what you're going to do over the next short period, like within the next day or so.
Okay.
If you come back, like, you know, maybe an hour later, and let's say you run the same search on some other site, Sure. And you look at it there as well. Now you've, you've actually looked at 2 pieces of relevant content.
Oh, okay.
Now, now and only now do we qualify you as an in-market lead.
Got it.
So the next step is we're going to go and we're going to see if you have agreed to accept marketing materials. And if you have, we purchase your data and then we send it in real time To the, to the purchaser.
That's pretty cool. So if I went on Redfin and I searched for houses in Orange County again, then you can tell Realtor— uh, sorry, then you can tell Zillow that this is a qualified lead, and then Zillow can then email me if I opted in for the emails, um, for how to see more houses, like show me more houses in Orange County. Is that correct?
Yeah, it's just you've opted in to receive marketing materials of any kind.
Sure.
So that's what qualifies you for us to grab your lead.
Sure.
It's a very— it's very much a disruptor in this industry. No one is doing this yet. This is like, you know, this is kind of like the days when I started in SEO and it was blue water and it was just like, yeah, yeah. It was like, take all you want. It's an all-you-can-eat buffet.
I've actually never seen that particular approach before because I've seen like, what's it called, Lead Gorilla, Apollo, E7, GetProspects, or Get— is it GetProspects? I think so.
Yeah, yeah. There's a whole bunch of them out right now.
Let's say they're AI lead gen, and essentially there's a, there's a filter you can use. So you select like the industry, select their position, select where that lead is coming from, and then, and then they'll return to your list and you have to go ahead and purchase that to get the entire list.
Yes, yes. So, and what you said there is very important— filter. Sure, they're all— there are filters. It's not really AI. There's so many people that are stamping the label of AI on everything just because it's hot, but they're not really AI, they're just scrapers. They're scraping people's data and it's old data. It's like on a list that's who knows how old. And they're giving you, you know, tens of thousands of leads or what they call leads. But really, it's just cold bulk email. It's spam, for lack of a better word.
Spam.
You would be spamming those people. It's a very different approach in the results of what we're doing. Speak for themselves. Like, you can imagine if you're looking for something and all of a sudden now you receive an email of a discount offer or maybe information about purchasing that. Like, if you were— let's say you're looking for a house in Orange County and all of a sudden you get an email that says, don't buy a house in Orange County until you read this.
Right.
You're probably gonna open that email And, and take a look at that.
Yeah.
Now that advertiser is going to have the ability to offer you some free thing that's really cool, that is really in alignment with getting you what you want. And now you're going to opt in for their thing. And now they can start texting you, emailing you, calling you. And you've got a match made in heaven there.
Yeah.
Taking it a step further, we are in the process right now of developing an AI bot system that is a follow-up system where an actual AI robot can have these conversations with your potential customers.
Mm-hmm.
And it is absolutely amazing. When our team first got it set up, they, they told me, hey, you know, we're going to test it tonight and we've got you on the list. So I was like, okay, cool, I'll be looking for it. And I didn't know what I was looking for. You know, honestly, I'm just like going about my day and I'm watching TV with my wife that evening and bing, I get a text and I look at it and, you know, it's somebody I don't know and they're asking me a question about business.
Mm-hmm.
So I thought it was like somebody emailing me that was interested in doing business with me. So I answered the person. And then they asked me another question. And it was like, I had no idea it was a robot. I had absolutely no idea. I had like a 15-minute conversation with this person before I realized, oh, this is my system here doing this. I mean, I was like blown away.
That's funny.
It was so good.
Wow.
It was like it had closing questions. It was amazing. It was digging into like really, you know, what was important to me.
Right. So what is this bot? What is the objective of this bot that, and is it only over text or is it all, or is it omnichannel?
It's omnichannel. It can start off with email. We recommend you start with email with this and then move it to the texting.
Sure.
So, but yeah, it was like they had me on the list because, you know, they didn't have to get my permission to, you know, to text me. But traditionally, normally, when the— when we get the lead, we would take the email and we would have the bot send the email. And the bot would ask a question like, are you interested in receiving our free thing that, you know, the 5 things you need to know before buying a house in Orange County? And it would just ask you, hey, would you be interested in this? I'd love to send it to you. Now the person has to respond back. It's not like sending them to an opt-in form.
Right.
It's just asking a question. Are you interested? You know, I'd love to send this to you. Let me know. Now they send back, they email back, and the bot says, cool, I have it. I could text it to you right now. What's the best phone number? So it's creating a conversation that's very real, very realistic, and very engaging and very helpful.
I've seen a lot of these bots before that are trained to book appointments, for example, or, or just answer questions. So how does, you know, the chatbot you're creating differ? From what's—
Well, it's more of an engagement bot. It's really to start a conversation and take a person through whatever process you want. Like everybody has different processes in their business. So what we're doing is we're connecting the generation of the lead with the bot to do the engagement, to take the action of whatever you want them to take. Like with, you know, with purchasing a house in Orange County, obviously you want to set them up to sign up with you as their broker, you know, as their realtor.
Right, right.
So we look at the process and then, you know, we would build out that process for you and just automate the whole thing.
Okay, so essentially it's not just like, hey, want to book an appointment? Want to book an appointment? It's building that like and trust factor with that prospect first and then getting them to book that appointment with you.
Exactly. It's like you said, it's recreating that human factor to build trust and rapport all on autopilot.
Wow.
Which is really what a very advanced funnel— like funnel marketing is not new. It's not a new thing. But that's what it's for. It's to introduce someone to what you have and then take them through that process, usually with a webinar. Webinar is the best way that I've seen over the years to do that because they get to know you, they get to experience you, and it's almost like, you know, you're interacting with them directly, even though it's an evergreen webinar. But they get to see you, you know, Get to know you kind of face-to-face. But with the bot, it's two-way interaction. It's not just like they're watching a webinar. And then a webinar might come into play. It might say, hey, I've just recorded a really cool thing. I think it would be worth you watching it. If you're interested, here's the link. But it's not a go-for-the-kill thing. We found like I've been in marketing for a very long time, and very rare does go-for-the-kill work.
Yeah, right, right. Which is what we've seen with some of the technology out there. It's just like, hey, how are you? Good. How can I help you today? I'm looking for blah, blah, blah. And it's just, you know, then it's like, here is, you know, blah, blah, the product you're looking for. Here's a link to buy. So a lot of the AI stuff that I have seen out there does Like you say, go for the kill kind of right away. So you're customizing your software to mimic how that salesperson would talk to that prospect to get to know them a bit better. So if, like, it was a house in Orange County example, you know, you want to answer some questions like, what's the average price of homes in Orange County? What areas are good? And And then whatever, and then be like, are you interested? Is that— is that—
Yeah, exactly. And the thing that gives us the huge advantage is the fact that we're almost showing up like a mind reader because we have inside intel to what they're already thinking based on what they searched for.
And does that search have to locate in the website of your client that you're working for?
No, no, they don't ever have to have seen your website. For this to work.
No way.
Oh yeah, they never— like with SEO, you have to get them to your website, right?
Exactly.
This you do not. So all you have to do is express the interest with a search.
So you can get started even if you're a brand new website with no traffic?
You don't even have to have a website for this. I mean, obviously you want one, but you You don't have to have one, really. I mean, if you had an email and a text, you could probably close this deal. You know, obviously, it's going to be better and easier with a website, but it— the website doesn't have anything to do with the process other than maybe where you're going to send them.
Sure.
They don't have to have ever been to your website. Like people say retargeting is great, and it is, but you have to get them to your website first.
Right.
And it's very expensive to get someone to your website is probably— I'm going to say, because I've been doing this so long, I'm going to say with no uncertainty, it is more expensive to get someone to your website than for me to generate this lead and send it to you.
Wow. Wow. Well, let's talk about that cost. So what kind of results are people getting with this? Like, You know, your past clients, like how much is, is a lead?
Okay, so the leads, we're doing the leads on a wholesale basis at $1.99.
No way, $1.99 for a lead?
In any industry across the board. Like, that's really cheap to begin with. But especially in industries like real estate, solar, high-dollar stuff, you know, that's unheard of. And it's, you know, as far as like what we have seen across the board kind of as averages is, and again, this is for people that know how to do cold email.
Okay.
If you don't know how to do cold email and, you know, or you're not emailing them instantly, you're not going to get these same type of results. But if you're, if you're getting a lead and you're instantly responding to them with an autoresponder or a system like what we've got, This is what we're seeing as typical is the deliverability is like 99%. So, and again, that's based on your ability to email.
Okay.
So, but the emails themselves that we're getting, they're 99% good. So that, that's kind of our, our hit ratio on the beginning stage, which is spectacular. Now the open rate, and again, This is based on you knowing how to do email and knowing how to write compelling subject lines and all that, but we're seeing like 30 to 40% open rates on a first-time email, which is phenomenal.
Really good.
And within 3 follow-up emails, we're seeing like a 3% sell-through, like conversion Not to a lead. We already have the lead. We're talking about a conversion to sale at 3%.
That's really good.
Yeah. And again, I mean, that's not a guarantee that you're going to get that, but that's what we're seeing, you know, on an average from the people that really know how to do cold emailing.
Would this work for people in the digital space or just for people with brick-and-mortar stores?
Absolutely. No, this— anything that people are searching for, yeah, basically this works for.
Wow.
Especially like the bigger industries that have like a lot of people going to them to run searches specifically, like real estate, you know, all these big real estate sites, they all have their own search boxes.
Yeah.
So those are just Perfect cream of the crop. Another one is like in the digital marketing space, like I generated leads for SEO and it's because of sites like Moz, you know, big industry sites where people are going, they're searching for this kind of stuff. I was able to generate over 600 leads overnight for SEO. Wow.
Wow.
And more specifically for SEO SaaS software.
But can't people with— the people working for Moz or Zillow stop you from—
They don't even know what we're doing.
No way.
They have no idea what we're doing.
No way. Wow.
No idea. And there's not really a way to stop it.
Wow, that's crazy.
Yeah, it's really, really cool.
How did you find this idea?
How did you even— Well, I actually connected with somebody that was working on it for their own purpose. And they kind of, they had figured out the tech stack, but they didn't really know what to do with it. And how to refine all the way through to turn it into a marketing machine. So, I basically came into the process and we put my guidance together with their technological abilities and we came up with Acquisitionaire.
Wow.
Because I'm not a programmer, I'm not the brilliance behind the AI and all that stuff. I am more the The marketing machine up front. Like, I see things that could go together before other people see it. And then I just bring the talent together and give them the direction and the instruction, and magic happens. And I've been doing that for decades. So this is just the next step, next step in evolution.
For sure. About your AI chatbot, When do you think that's going to launch? And is it based on intent? So I'm guessing because you're saying it's a conversation.
Yeah, it's totally intent-based. It's based on the keyword. But the Acquisition AI is— it's already launched. It's available right now and it's working really well. The AI chatbot is going to be a service that we offer additionally on top of that for anybody that wants to take advantage of that and really Really automate their system. Yeah, but right now, like, the way it is, Acquisition Air, the leads are going into a Google Sheet in real time. So you could create like a Zapier zap to take that lead as it comes in and send that into your CRM and automatically follow up with them.
Yeah, put in the right tag, put in the right list, and then they automatically start getting those emails. That's, yeah, that's cool. That's cool.
Yeah, because you can tag them as they go into your CRM. You can tag them with the keyword that they were interested in, and then you know exactly how to follow up with them. And as we bring out, as we roll out our bot system, it's probably about 30 days away from rolling out for availability. We're, it's working great right now. We're using it in-house, but when we roll it out for public availability, It will be able to do all of that for you.
Right, right.
So even if you don't have a CRM, the system itself would be able to do that for you.
Yeah, I mean, I've seen a lot of reports saying, um, the next wave, like in this year and next year, is personalized marketing. Um, and I think, as you know, when you and I were getting started, even having someone's name On email, that was revolutionary that you can like, you can like, you know, put like, hi, and then bracket first name, and that would prefill to everyone's name. That level of personalization back in the days was like revolutionary. So I think consumers more and more are expecting like personalized emails, not just like a You know, email blast that's the same that you send out to like 100,000 people, um, it don't work as well anymore. Um, so with the AI, rise of AI, you get to know more of the consumers. They're kind of expecting like personalized, uh, email and SMS.
Yeah, personalized just raises your odds tremendously. I don't know if you've seen what they do at Disneyland now.
Sure.
They've got the little magnetic cards with all of your information. So as that card comes up to one of the kiosks that sell stuff, it identifies your name and it starts putting messages up with your name on like a t-shirt. So the kids, they see their name on a hat and they want the hat.
Yeah.
They see their name on a t-shirt. They got to have it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yep. Yep. I saw the same thing when I was at Universal last year. They were like, this wand chose you, Harry Potter. And all the kids were like, no, that wand chose me. So I have to have that one. And it's $60 for probably something that cost them $3 to produce.
Yeah. And they're selling so many more because of that personalization.
100%.
It's amazing. So yeah, we're really like, marketing in general is really evolving and AI is just taking us to whole new levels that we've never even thought of before.
100%, for sure.
It's really cool. But there's so many people that are just like, and I hate this every time I see this, so many people that are stamping the AI label on old stuff that's not AI. They're just doing it for marketing purposes, and it's just really the same old rehashed stuff with a new label that has AI on it, and they're just taking advantage of the wave.
So for you, let's talk about the business for a bit. For you as a CEO, what's your goals for 2024? And How are you structuring your team to get to that goal?
Okay, so yeah, in 2024, our goal really is to expand the use of this product, you know, out in all directions. And the way that we're doing that, rather than trying to do it ourselves, like, I'm not here to sell $2 leads. What I'm here to do is I'm here to open up an opportunity for other people that want to sell leads to their clients, purchase them wholesale at $2 and mark them up and make money with it. So that's, that's my goal is how many people I can create an opportunity to make more money in their existing business. So that's kind of my strategy to expand.
Wonderful.
It's, it's a, it's a much bigger strategy. Like, as you know, if you're trying to just grow your own business, And you're solely focused just on yourself, that's a limited mindset and that's going to keep your results very limited. And what I have always done is I've always tried to create— instead of trying to sell stuff, I try and create opportunity for others to make money with what I have. It's a different strategy. It's a different angle. Very, very well-recepted too. And it makes my growth just exponential because now it's no longer about my ability. It's about everyone's ability that I can open up an opportunity to.
Right. So are you white labeling your software for agencies to use as their software?
Yeah, we have 3 different levels. We have one, like, because it's Acquisition Air, it's kind of an airplane theme. So, we talk about, you know, how would you like to own the control tower and divert the flights to your business? So, it's kind of a cool theme business. And in that aspect, we have 3 different levels. The first one we call the private plane. And that's just for business owners. Like, we're going to come across business owners that just want to generate leads for themselves. So, they would buy the private plane. That's our entry level. And then we have what we call the corporate jet. The corporate jet is for somebody that wants to run a lead gen company, or they're already running a lead gen company and they just want to resell the leads. And then we've got what we call the full airliner, and that's our white label. And what that one's for is that's for the guy that wants to sell the software, access to the software, And sell the leads at a markup and actually do it under their own brand. So we've got those 3 layers available. And quite honestly, most people are going for the full one, the full airliner, and they're white labeling it. And, you know, they come across as they have a very cutting-edge technology from their business.
Hmm.
And they absolutely love it because it gives them— again, I'm giving them opportunity to take advantage of the hottest thing that the internet marketing business has ever seen.
Yeah. And then what are the price points for those 3 plans? Or is it just based on the number of leads you purchase every month?
No, it's based on the— the platform has a fee, and then it's based on per lead after that. So the monthly fee to have access to the platform, for instance, the private plane, we have a special going on right now where you can get it for $49 a month. So very inexpensive.
Mm-hmm.
As far as the, uh, the corporate jet, we have a special. Our launch special is $199 a month. And I mean, that gives you the ability to run a full agency. A full agency for lead gen. And the white label, to have this with your own brand available to you selling this as your own software for just $297 a month.
Wow. And you can have unlimited accounts in there?
Unlimited accounts, unlimited customers, unlimited campaigns, and unlimited leads. They're $1.99 each. And in both the Corporate Jet and the Full Airliner, You actually get to set your default price for the leads. So knowing that you're gonna, you're gonna pay $1.99 for them, you could go in and set your leads at $2.99 as a default price. So that way, you know, any of your customers that create accounts, start buying leads, you're making $1 a lead.
Sure. Um, I think a huge problem that I've been seeing when I talk to agency owners is getting clients. And I say that because everyone is just, you know, let's say for solar, they just go into Apollo, get prospects, get a list of everyone who works for solar. Anyone who pays $199 a month can get access to the same list. And then they're just sending them an email sequence.
Yeah.
Hey, you want this? And then whatever they're lead gen is. And so, you know, one of the key questions that's keeping agency owners up at night is just how do I sell more of my services? And do you have any suggestions for people who are new agency owners who just like, just don't know how to get more customers and The traditional ways are— people are just seeing them so many times that it's—
Yeah, absolutely. The absolute best way for you to get business is to have something of high value that no one else has. I mean, that's the best way because high value means they want it. And in the lead gen business, the companies that are your potential prospects, They want the leads. They know the value of the leads. But it's like you said, they've heard this from everyone else and they're buying rehashed lists and all that. So when you go in and you say, look, you're not— I'm not going to sell you old rehashed lists. I'm going to tell you for less than you're probably paying for a click. I'm going to tell you who in your neighborhood right now is looking To put a roof on their house, who's looking to invest in a solar system.
And you can do this for your own agency.
Oh yeah, you can look for people that are looking for leads.
That's really cool.
Like solar leads.
I can't wait to try it.
I could almost guarantee you somebody that searches for solar leads is a solar company that needs to grow their business. So that would be a perfect prospect for you. And they would be living proof that it worked because they ran that search and they found you because you popped up in their email box immediately.
Sure.
So how would you like to do that for your business?
Sure. In terms of expansion, we've also seen a lot of people move into AI voice. Is that something that's also on your radar?
AI voice is a really cool thing, but I don't really know that it's, it's gonna be something in what we're doing because we're all text and email based. Now we may do that if we get into actual calls.
Mm-hmm.
Like if we have the bot actually call to set appointments, then yeah, AI voice will be, will be the way that we do that for sure. But currently, the way that we've got it is so effective to actually just get them up to the point where they really need to talk to the real live person. I'm not sure we're going to need it.
Right.
I'm not sure we're going to, because outbound calling is very, very intrusive. We would rather have it go the other way and create the inbound.
But yeah, call, having a phone call.
And the other thing too, when a robot calls you, I don't know how many you've talked to, but it's pretty easy to tell it's a robot, right? It's not that easy to tell when you're texting and emailing. It's really not that easy to tell that it's not a real person. But when that robot calls you, you know, they're getting good, but You can still tell. Yeah, you can still tell. And like, I almost every call I take now, I actually qualify them and they're getting really good. Like you say, I don't talk to robots. They're like, and they kind of laugh and they go, oh yeah, me neither. They're programmed to look for that kind of response now. But here's something, here's a little trick. If you want to know if it's a robot you're talking to, I can tell you a question to ask them that they will not be able to answer.
What's that?
It's, what color are your socks?
Oh, interesting.
They're like, I don't understand. Go, well, you are wearing socks, aren't you? And then they hang up because they don't know how to deal with that.
I would have never thought of that. I would never thought of that.
Yeah, it's more of a personal question that they're not going to be programmed for.
Sure. Absolutely. That's— so as we wrap up here, John, what are your predictions for AI going into this year and the next couple of years that you see where this industry is going?
I just see the only prediction on the horizon is just massive growth and adoption.
Mm-hmm.
I think that's what we're going to see. There's a lot of pushback still because it's so new and there's so many people stuck in their old ways that adoption hasn't really taken place yet. But when people start using AI and not knowing they're using it, that's when mass adoption is going to have taken full hold. And it's coming. It's coming very fast.
Oh, yeah. Yeah. Oh, it is. Yeah. So many appointment setting bots for various businesses and clients. So I'm definitely seeing a lot of, a lot of adoption, a lot of people trying to make sense of what's going on because it's—
Yeah. And, you know, when, when the AI can create a better way for your business, it's a no-brainer. It's an absolute no-brainer. So it's inevitable because the AI can help in so many ways to expand and just make your business run so much smoother. So it's inevitable.
Right. Well, thank you so much for being on the show today, John. We really, really appreciate your time.
Yeah, absolutely. I'm happy to be on and share the info.
And if someone wants to get in touch with you, how can they do so?
Best way is to go to internetdominators.com. You can also, if you're interested in the Acquisitionaire, you can go to acquisitionaire.com as well. So either way, I'm there. I'm too big to hide.
Well, thank you so much for your time today, John.
Absolutely.
