Lutra AI does all your work? (Full Demo)

I don't know about you, but there are some days when I wake up and the last thing I want to do is work. I would much rather go right back to sleep or head right to the spa. And now, if you have ever wished, wouldn't it be great if my to-do list just did itself and I don't have to do anything? You are in luck. As AI gets more and more advanced, we're seeing that we're actually getting one step closer to AGI. And now there are advanced AI tools that can link multiple steps in a task process together and get the entire thing done for you. Now, ChatGPT really kicked off the AI revolution. Now what it does is generative AI, so it can generate text or images or videos for us. But now we're starting to see that AI can do multiple steps in a process to complete an entire task from beginning to end today. And today I'm going to show you how to use an advanced AI tool called Lutra AI that can do exactly this. It can actually link together multiple AI tools to complete an entire task from beginning to end. Here are some examples here that the Lutra team have made. So basically these are playbooks. And so these are processes that they were able to automate from beginning to end. And you just click on one of these playbooks and boom, it's going to automatically start playing for you. And then at the top, it's very similar to a ChatGPT interface where you can just put in your prompt right here. But it's like a more advanced version of ChatGPT where it can link multiple tools together to complete your task. So let's suppose you're looking for new leads for your business, right? So let's suppose that I was looking for more dental leads in San Francisco, and literally I can just tell Lutra here, I need a list of, let's say, 100 dentistries in San Francisco. I want you to compile their name, phone number, website and email address into a Google Sheet for me. Literally, this is it. If I was doing this manually, I have to go onto Google Maps, look at 100 different websites, and on every single website, I can extract their phone number, their email address, so that I can reach out to every single one of these dentistry. But now Lutra can actually do all of those repetitive heavy lifting, copy and pasting manual work for us already. All right, so after we have put in this prompt, we can see that Lutra has gone to work for us and it is starting to compile everything together. And now what we can see is that because we have never connected Lutra to our Google Sheet, it's asking us to connect to our Google Sheet here. And all we need to do is log into our Google Sheet. And because now Lutra is able to access our Google Sheet, it can now create a new sheet with the headings that we want. It's literally a couple of clicks. You don't need to know how to link together APIs anymore to create these pretty powerful automations. So let's wait a couple more minutes for this automation to finish here. Okay, we can see that our spreadsheet has already been created and now Lutra is going off and populating the spreadsheet. So when you're looking at the steps it's taking, you can also see the code it's writing. So if you are technical, You can actually go in and modify this code here. So let's give it a couple more minutes and let's wait for it to finish compiling this list. All right, it's been about 5 to 10 minutes-ish, and I have the entire list of San Francisco dental offices compiled for me into the Google Sheet, just like what I have asked. I have the name, I have the addresses, phone number, and website of all of these dental dental offices, and it's just blowing my mind because I had a tutorial that I did last year where I showed you how to do this with ChatGPT, where you enter in a prompt and then you copied and pasted all of the Google search results, and then you went to ChatGPT to clean up the data. And now literally like all of those processes can be eliminated with just one prompt. It's pretty insane if you're asking me. So if you're looking for more leads for your business, I know there are tutorials with complex Make or N8N automations, but now literally you can just go onto tools like Lutra and tell it like what you need and you'll get an entire list here and you get 15 messages with Lutra for free. So you can get hundreds of leads for free every single day if you wanted to use this tool. You don't need any coding experience and you don't need to link together any complex APIs. Okay, so to take this to the next level, I wanted to see if Lutra could be used outside of local companies where the data may not be as easy to scrape. So I put in this prompt here: give me a list of all YC companies in the Winter 2024 batch and put them into a Google Sheet. Find their locations and whether they are hiring or not. Look at the founders and their LinkedIn profiles. And I may want this because I may want to reach out to every single one of the founders individually and connect with them on LinkedIn. Another another great use case here for lead generation. And we can see that Lutra is now going to work for us. And over here, we can see all of the documentation that's being generated. So, we can see that it's already gone to work. It's compiled a list of company names, one-liners describing each of the companies, the website, industry, sub-industry, team size, location, if they're hiring or not, status, the stage of their startup. And it's just, just pretty incredible here. The last thing it's filling out is the founder and their LinkedIn profile here. And we can see all of the steps that Lutra is taking here, as well as all of the websites it's searching through. So what we can see is that, like, for each of the companies, it's doing individualized research into each of the websites to compile this entire list for you. And so when we use tools like ChatGPT, it can analyze one website at a time for us, but with more advanced tools like Lutra, it can now sequence the things that we want to do in a step and do multiple steps here for us, like looking through all of the websites in this list, fill out what it's all about, find the founders as well as their LinkedIn profiles for us. So this is just incredible here. We can download everything here as well. We can also see the quote unquote thought process that Lutra is going through. And when we're happy with the results that it's generated, we can always turn all of this data into a playbook. So the playbook will allow us to repeat this process over and over again. Like, for example, for our dentist example that we just did earlier, let's say that we also want a list of dentists from Boston. Instead of having to do the whole process again, what we can do is go back to our San Francisco go Dentistry List here. We can go down here and click on Create Playbook. And when we create the playbook, we can repeat this process over and over again. We can share this playbook with other people in our team, or we can just use it again. And after it has created the playbook, now we have a process that's repeatable that the AI can do over and over again and produce the same result every single time. And so we can set this playbook to run whenever we want it to run, or we can schedule it as well. So if I was looking for, let's say, dentist leads in Boston, I can put the location as Boston here. I can run it again, or I can schedule it to run at a later date. Now, something else I want to show you with Lutra here is if you go down to the Tools section, this is where you can connect it to all of the tools in your tool stack that you may use for your business. You have just seen me connect this to my Google Sheets, but there are so many other tools that you can natively integrate with Lutra. If there are MCPs that you want to connect it to, you can go over to Custom Integrations, and this is where you can connect it to any MCP server or API that you want as well. So, by linking all of these tools together and giving Lutra access to all of these tools, There are so many different things that you can do, and there are so many different steps of any process that you want to automate that can be done now, even without you having to write all of those API integrations and creating all of those automations from scratch. Now, going back to the YC information that we have gathered here, and we can see that our Google Sheet is starting to populate some of the founders' names and LinkedIn profiles here. Another cool thing we can do here using Lutra is to analyze the data that we see here. So, if I download all of this information, let's say into a CSV, could also be an Excel spreadsheet, and let's start a new chat here. And now, we can upload the file with all of the YC company information that we have just uploaded. And let's just ask Lutra to do this: analyze this data and create some visualizations, display everything on an interactive dashboard. Now, pre-AI, if you wanted to create interactive dashboards and analyze data, this is something you had to pay a data analyst for, probably a few thousand dollars to get something like this done. Now, AI can do this within minutes and for pennies on the dollar, just to show how far we had advanced with this technology, right? So let's give the AI a minute here and let's wait for it to finish compiling everything. All right, so it's been about 3 to 5 minutes-ish, and we can see that our interactive dashboard has been created. I mean, just how cool is this, guys? Like, this literally is something that you would have to spend maybe like 2, 3 weeks to do. Like, now we can visualize data within a matter of minutes. It's giving us some meaningful conclusions about the dataset that it compiled right here. I mean, this is something that you used to have to pay a couple hundred, maybe a couple thousand dollars for. A data analyst to create for you, not just these meaningful graphs, but also to put it on a visual like this where you can see and play and interact with the data. I mean, this is just so incredible. I don't even really have the words to describe it. Just imagine being able to put in all of your sales data and within minutes you have meaningful information or meaningful insights from that data that will allow you to make decisions And now just think about like what you could do with this technology. Now you could scrape leads within minutes. You could upload your sales data and get insights. You can use it to scrape information, do research, like analyze data, schedule appointments.
