Hinesh Chauhan delivers a short, practical parenting tip recommending parents buy used children’s equipment (skates, roller blades, bikes, etc.) from online second‑hand marketplaces (e.g., Facebook groups, Kijiji) to save money and avoid waste. He argues that kids outgrow items quickly and that buying gently used items reduces cost and concern about loss or damage.

As we change transition seasons, you'll need all this new equipment and our little human weeds go grow like crazy over the winter. So you may be surprised that a lot of stuff doesn't fit. So I'm going out and buying something new. Why not look at Facebook groups, kijiji, or other sources with used, gently loved, however you want to put it.
