Oh. So it's the boys birthday week, and I am putting together a feast of something I've never made before. So I've started with a potato bread, and the experiment was two nuke or boiled potatoes. Throw it straight into my KitchenAid mixer with the paddle and see how it turned out. And it turned out well. And then I fried it in some butter and melted some brie under the broiler on it. And I've made this aioli, I guess you could call it, which is cottage cheese, avocado, garlic, salt, and a bit of olive oil and cilantro. Oh, and lime. And I wanted it thick. It's got a chunk of avocado in there that didn't blend up because I wanted it to be the base of this. Now this I got some chicken breast that was marinated in sriracha garlic. Sriracha garlic, sweet chili, Thai sauce or Thai sweet chili. I'm missing something. Gotta go get some of this bacon that was reheated because I made it earlier. That's gonna go on top of, followed by some pickled red onion and cilantro. I think this has got to get slapped on by hand. And I want those juices to drizzle down over the meat to complement the base. And now we throw this all together. And I think I got two bottoms there, but. Oh, yeah, that's what it looks like. And to be dipped into some chicken broth, some chives from the garden. Giggity.
