A short, first-person YouTube vlog by Hinesh Chauhan emphasizing teamwork and hands-on teaching: he describes involving his children in changing winter tires, jacking the car, using an impact wrench, and progressively teaching them to inspect brakes. He encourages viewers to teach their own children whatever practical skills they know and asks viewers to share what they teach.

It's all about teamwork. Great. Teamwork makes the dream work. And as I get ready to change my winter tires and other work around in my garage, around the house, my kids help. They know how to change the wheels, the tires. They know how to jack up the car and do all the things, use the impact wrench and other things to get it done. And as we do more things each year, I teach them something additional. What to look for, how to inspect the brakes. Because at the end of the day, they'll need to do that as well in the different things they own. So do the same. Teach them. Teach them what you know. And if you don't know cars and you don't do your own wheels, tires, whatever, that's okay. Teach them other things that you know because really they're interested. They watch you do it. They're curious. Empower them and share with me. What are you going to do? What do you teach them? What do you like doing with them?
