Time and money. Time and money. You want more, I want more. Everybody wants more. That's what the ultimate constraint is in all our lives. So when it comes to setting goals, maybe it is also useful to highlight to your child. Oh, you don't think that's possible? Let me look at the parental controls or whatever that topic is on the settings on your phone to see. Oh, you spend four to six hours a day on your phone on social media. Only one of my kids does that, by the way. Not saying that to brag, but just to maybe shame the one that does have that four to six hours a day of wasted time on his phone. To highlight that and to also share this message to you. Dear son or daughter, I'm not going to single you out of what it's possible coming back. Time and money. That's what it's all about. How do we do that? For me, I sleep less, hence the bags me looking tired. But it's because I really want to accomplish what I've set out to do for you, for your kids. What is the trade off? What are you willing to give up to make those dreams come true? To accomplish your goals? Is it forgoing some binge watching Netflix? Is it for going checking out all those baddies on Instagram? Is it for going, I don't know. There's a million different ideas here, but you get the gist. What are you going to do? How can you support your kids in making it happen? How can you have the conversation and say you have the time, you work, you probably have the money. How can you make it happen? How can I support you in making it happen and then also share it with your kids? This is what I'm trying to do. This. This is what I'm trying to accomplish. I'd love to get your support in keeping me accountable. And let's set up a time. Once a month, once a week, once every two weeks. And just going over how we're doing in accomplishing our goals. Deal. Try it.
