Hinesh Chauhan explains why bad days hit harder for kids. A single year is 2.5% of a 40-year-old's life but 20% of a five-year-old's. When they struggle, they need understanding and love, not judgment.

Sometimes they're just assholes. Everybody has bad days. We have bad days. You have bad days. Our kids have bad days. And whether they're really little, medium sized or bigger, there's a lot that they're learning to deal with and, and have some compassion for that, because it's not easy, especially when. Now let me put something in perspective for you. Say if you're 40 years old, one year of your life is 2.5% of your life. When you're 5 years old, 1 of your life is 20% of your life. So each day is very long. And when you're uncomfortable, unhappy, haven't learned how to emotionally regulate, your challenges are far greater. So allow them, or just understand why they are being the way they are. We all have bad days and allow for that and just love them.
