Arsenal Multi-Use Machine

A walkthrough of the Arsenal multi-use machine showing how its adjustable arms, grips, and leg pad let you do shrugs, rows, and split squats. The arms swivel left-right and up-down, and a pin adjusts the lift height. Keep weight balanced on both sides.

So here we've got an Arsenal multi-use machine. So I'm going to demonstrate a few different exercises. Before I do that, I'm going to show you where you can adjust using this machine. So you can bring these because it swivels left to right or up and down depending on what lift that you're doing. So you have a lot of mobility there. You would stack the weights here. This is where you would load your weight. You've got an adjustment point here where you would pull the pin and you would adjust up or down depending on what lift that you're doing. Okay. A grip here that's already on the machine, and then you also have a grip here that you would pull the pin, lift here, and then you can use this grip here and adjust where you want your grip to be as far as whatever lift that you're doing. And then as far as some lifts that you can do, you can get pretty crazy. It's really only limited by your imagination. So you just want to make sure that you're, you're even on both sides. So let's say I go down to here and I want to do shrugs. So I would load the weight and I can do some shrugs. I could do some bent-over back rows. There's also another adjustment point here, actually two other different adjustment points. You can use this pad here for Bulgarian squats, and then you can adjust in or out here. Let's say I do that. You put your leg up here, and I could go with no weight, or obviously I could load one side. Okay, up or down. Or I could use both sides and do my lift that way. So there's a lot of ways that you can use this machine and different exercises that you want to do, but you've got the adjustment points here, adjustment point for the handle, and adjustment, uh, point for the height of how you want to use those arms. There you go.
