Jacqueline Snyder says you won't find freedom by working harder. Real freedom comes from leading: delegating tasks, trusting others, and building systems instead of doing everything yourself.
Your business is really trying to mirror back to you and show you something that you have confused doing with owning and that you have been measuring your worth by how busy you are and that you've been trying to deserve the freedom by working harder for it. And you cannot work your way into freedom. You can only lead your way into freedom. And leadership requires that you stop doing things only you can do and start trusting other people and other systems and your own discernment to handle the rest.
