First, we're gonna cut the melon in half. You have your seeds, you scoop that out. This looks so good, it smells so good. Okay, then what you're gonna do is you're gonna cut it in half to make it more manageable. Then you see this green part, you do not want to eat that. It's a bit bitter and it's not very tasty. But you're going to cut the size that you want. Partially, I'm just cutting it all the way down to the— through the orange part, but not all the way through. And you're going to just cut it. You're going to cut it horizontally, and now we're going to do it the other way. And I'm cutting it to the size that I want it. Okay, so now it looks almost like a grid. And then what I do is now I just cut along, along the melon, not going into the green. And as I do that, It comes out already diced. And that's how easy it is to dice an onion.
