end of tenancy is probably my favorite. And why? I think it, you're just spending more time on the sites. You get to meet and greet the client. It's just a little bit more involved. And yeah, I'd say that the rapport that you build up with the client for an end of tenancy, it's just more fun. And I think it's that pride factor as well, isn't it?
You know, you've taken a home that might be, you know, doesn't look amazing because it's been lived in for a number of years, and then what you hand back over is this beautiful, you know, sparkling clean home. There's a real pride factor in being able to give that. And then the, you know, them coming through and just the wow factor as well, I think is fantastic. Plus I like the idea of as well, you've got the place to yourself generally. So, you know, you might be doing it over a day or whatever. You can put the music on, you can listen to, you know, whatever you want to do and just work your way through there.
